    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic internet speed. Airtel bosts that its India's fastest network, I am not able to check even my bank balance, forget about paying online. Jio is far faster in tier 3 cities. I had raised the complaint few days back but no action

    @utsavtechie Even without a hotspot this @airtelindia 5G doesn’t work, it has to be the worst company, Jio is perfect than this coz they never sent me the data limit message and also better speed than Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel does not care Airtel is only a money-making company Airtel's bot does not understand customer issues Airtel Customer Service staff is confused and cannot solve any issue. My Case: I took an overseas package for 1 month and got billed twice in an interval of 1 minute. My bank auto-paid both. It took me 1 month to convince them to refund the duplicate payment. Next, the 1-month package did not work at all wasted time making it work, but no luck. They charged more at the international rate for two days, as my phone was on even after the expiry of the package. On return, I asked them to look into the case and give me the details of the usage, if any, but today they have sent me the bill which was auto-paid, plus the addition for 2 days, plus the rental charges twice with a request to pay. This is problem solving for Airtel for a loyal customer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence even the regular 5G has all of a sudden stopped working properly or performing in my area. The tower has some major issue. But i have not been contacted either for my Xstream Airfiber not working & pretty sure this wont be discussed either.

    @airtelindia Worst service. My Wi-Fi issue is still unresolved despite repeated complaints. Your team keeps closing tickets without fixing anything. I've wasted time and money. Resolve it immediately, or I'll escalate this matter to the Appellate Authority and Consumer Commission

    @airtelindia Complained several times regarding call drops , no network connectivity yet no resolution. It's getting impossible to make calls and can't even hear when someone is calling. Provide immediate resolution or will port out.
