SARVESH PANDEY (@TheSarveshPande) reportedI am fed up with @airtelindia terrible network; they talk about providing coverage in the mountains, yet there is no signal even on the ground. Their recharge plans are more expensive than those of any other company.
-
Gaurav Chaubey (@GauravChaubeyIn) reported@airtelindia "India's premium network" only in ads. Every power cut in my area means complete network outage. Paying premium postpaid charges for third-class service. Reliable backup infrastructure seems missing. Please fix the network, not just the marketing. #Airtel

-
Golu Mudgal (@mudgal_lakshay) reportedDear @airtelindia , @TRAI , I would like to raise a concen about the pathetic behavior and services and operate as you like. First we need to do an unlimited recharge to call 121 or 198. And you will charge top for per 3 minutes as well. Even after that, there is no option to raise complain about Wifi. And when I somehow manage to talk to customer executive after back and forth argue with your AI assist. They said you should call 121. My god, I got able to talk to you after calling 121 and after 5 mint. What happened to my India. Isn't what we expected. And I know there will no body to care about this post as well. And nobody restricte them to raise recharge in every 6 months. #pmoindia #airtel #service

Inzi_Gooner (@inzi_gooner) reported@airtelindia What’s the point of AirFiber if it needs customer intervention after every power cut? An internet service that can’t reconnect automatically is a failed service. Fix your product instead of your marketing.
