    @airtelindia Hello @TRAI please look on to this issue that @airtelindia advertising the plans without proper description. Just they gave only this plan for one day. If it's one day they should have provide the pack for 24 hours to use. So my request is to please look on to this issue.

    @airtelindia This is not acceptable. I no longer want the Airtel connection. Kindly cancel my request and refund my ₹1,500 as soon as possible. Also, I am very disappointed with the behavior of your staff. They did not communicate properly and my first experience with Airtel has014134401058

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unlimited 5G not working for me since last month, it was working before, reported this issue in customer care 5-6 times, but no help yet. Each time they are saying we took feedback and it will resolved soon. This is pathetic for taking 1 year plan.

    Dear Airtel Support, @airtelindia Very disappointed with Airtel Xstream Fiber service. I raised complaints on 30 Jul and 4 Aug, but both were marked Resolved without any technician visiting my home. My Wi-Fi has been down for 7 days.

    @airtelindia @TRAI Respected sir , I think there should be some strict norms , if the service provider didn’t resolve within 4 hours # taken full month advance + 500 extra # needs pay penalty
