    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic internet speed. Airtel bosts that its India's fastest network, I am not able to check even my bank balance, forget about paying online. Jio is far faster in tier 3 cities. I had raised the complaint few days back but no action

    Still the issue is unresolved. I had DM the contact number but still no one has reached out. Pathetic service while they are stating would provide priority postpaid service. First you provide basic service @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 5 weeks after completing SIM replacement (KYC, authorization & video verification), my Airtel SIM is still not activated. Customer care missed two 24-hour commitments. I’m overseas and can’t receive Aadhaar OTPs. Please resolve urgently @DoT_India

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It has been another 24hrs, still no action has been taken If I had asked for a new connection, 5 people might have called and 2-3 would have arrived for installation. But what is there for existing customers? This is a pathetic service. Unacceptable

    Dear @airtelindia, Just wondering- if incoming calls and SMS are blocked within 72 hours of recharge expiry, how is a customer supposed to log in to the Airtel Thanks app to recharge when login requires an OTP sent via SMS? Isn’t this a catch-22? Please clarify. @DoT_India
