    @CricCrazyJohns Service Req. No. RWRRV5CHN20230404159773 Agent told me you are not the only customer, we have many people calling us we have to see all. So disconnect the call. @airtelindia I don't know why @Airtel_Presence The agent can't even spend 2 minutes. I have using Airtel for 7 yrs

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my broadband connection (DSL no: 054211029514) is down. Your customer support IVR is not accepting responses through phone to lodge a complaint. If your wires are being frequently cut in Varanasi, why don't you look for a permanent solution?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unfortunately I have booked Airtel Broadband connection on 31st March. But fortunately Airtel is still one the worst service provider. No one has visited till date for installation and ur ASM is not responding to calls or messages. Need refund asap

    @airtelindia My DTH connection is not working post I have recharged it even after multiple heavy refresh command. Raised a compliant ticket but still the issue is not resolved and even the money is getting debited from account every day.
