@airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

I had so many complaints on application and called Airtel Customer, spoke to Network Technicians did all troubleshooting several times but till the date 10-Sep Airtel couldn’t provide

@airtelindia did recharge 2day n due to technical issue they r saying recharge done twice so service wl be active frm mid night. Full day i hv to wait no call no net nthing. Very shameful technical issue is frm Airtel n customer hve 2suffer this. Lootnae ka accha tareka hai yae

@airtelindia I’m very disappointed with your support team on Airtel Fiber. Raised a request 10080415396 for the internet issue and it got assigned to be addressed betwn 1-2 PM today. Called engineer and he says he doesn’t work in my area. How recidivous is that?
