    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    No wifi service since 6 july Complaints simply pushed saying issue will be fixed by 3 or 4 hours. After 6 odd days 1 technician comes and leaves midway saying he will come again only to not show up. Calls kept waiting for hours. Pathetic experience @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @divya_gandotra @airtelindia Same issue with me. I don't remember the mail, I don't remember the card or upi. I logged into perplexity with all of my email, still I don't which one is it.

    @airtelindia Almost 10 complaints were raised in the last 3 weeks for unsolicited calls, even when full DND is on. For almost all of those complaints, you have either issued warning or deemed them as "of service nature". My DND already blocks service related communications as wel

    @divya_gandotra @airtelindia Even I’m facing the same even I forgot which mail id i used and card for auto pay, having so many email and card after uninstalling the app few months ago facing this problem now, unable to login with Airtel number, I contacted them via mail unsatisfied with answers 😔

    Hi @airtelindia @perplexity_ai My Airtel Perplexity Pro benefit is active until 26 July 2026, but I claimed it through Airtel and can no longer access the linked Perplexity account because phone-number login is unavailable. I need to cancel the payment mandate.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have already contacted your support team, and they advised that the registered owner must visit an Airtel Store in Rajasthan. Unfortunately, that is not possible in our situation.
