@airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

@justcsachin Sir, the mobile phone tower at Turkawangam is a total mess. We have been consistently requesting airtel to repair it but they seem to be least bothered. Please could you help and ask their local service provider to get this resolved? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia To my mind a bizzare situation. Frequent call drops even from my airtel fixed line. Have been trying to call customer service and to the numbers sent via sms. Need some number where I can talk with a live agent! Posthaste

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was deactivateed my xtream fiber connection in Dec 2020 But my remaining amount not received yet. Customer care tell me that we will send by post (cheque) refund amount on your address. Almost 8 month complete but I not received my refund cheque???
