  Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and @TheOfficialSBI I just did the payment of my AirTel broadband connection - amount is ₹1179. Money deducted from my account but the transaction failed after the deduction. It's stil showing overdue in my AirTel Thanks app. Kindly help.

  Unfair charges for unused services and no call-backs from the so called finance team for the past three days -@airtelindia has deteriorated. I need to deactivate and stop #airtelbroadband services but customer care doesnt even action on this request! What a scam!

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You can just keep me in Airtel for next 3 months. I absolutely regret of leaving @VodaIdea_NEWS and never recommend to join airtel. They give u sim at ur doorstep and then ask to travel miles coz their incompetent team can’t fix small issues. #airtel #pathetic #customerexperience

  @airtelindia please check the network near the area of Regal College, Kankavli. Just to be frank its zero over there. And hence you cant exactly report an issue from such an area. Complaints are pending for quite some time. Do look into the same. Thanks
