@airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

@airtelindia I have raised a ticket regarding excess balance refund for xteeam fiber, problem is not solved and ticket is closed. After many follow up, it's still not resolved. Really disappointed this time with this experience.

Hi @airtelindia The call network is not consistent here, It drops for a full day sometimes.Internet speed is hovers around 5mbps .We even find it hard to connect with zoom meetings. We expect a great service from India’s no.1 telecom network. Contact 7500819658. @Airtel_Presence

I have been a customer of Airtel for the last six years but Airtel has now made our service here very awful. Even after informing Airtel about this many times, no problem was solved. @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please take a look at this issue.
