    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My bill plan changed without seeking confirmation, I would have liked to change the particulars .The customer resolution regarding the same has not been satisfactory . Tried using Airtel thanks, raised on customer care number , also marked an email.

    Unlimited calling service offered by Airtel is a sham as we are supposed to pay (premium rates) for calling toll free customer care numbers of other companies (like banking services). Jio doesn't charge for these calls; not sure about Vi. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @airtelindia my sim is not working for more than 20 days and the business is getting impacted. Your service agents have no clue what the issue is. Each one points finger at each other - store, Appelette team, support. Every time I talk to support, they give me different reason.
