    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews It's been more than 3 days since my internet is down & what efforts am i getting, to get it fixed is zero. No service engineer is receiving calls, cannot raise a complaint on airtel thanks app. Really fed up of your pathetic service.

    Hey @airtelindia you think that in India you are now only operational with your duopoly partner @reliancejio do whatever you want to do your network is bad Wi-Fi service is bad my SIM card lost in france and now they need OTP where I can give that @TRAI we need 3rd network

    @airtelindia Visited your Uttarpara, West Bengal store to port 2 numbers to prepaid, but staff at store said prepaid SIMs aren’t issued at Airtel Store and pushed postpaid instead. Very disappointing and unexpected from Airtel. Please help.

    airtel store address is I/F-3, Ashwini Nagar, Baguiati, Kolkata, West Bengal 700159. I want to file a complaint against them. there are several customers whom they cheated Google reviews are there which says about their fraud @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Paid for @airtelindia WiFi service. Since morning am chasing their installation “engineers” and call centre. Total negligence. Once money is paid, nobody cares for service standards. #viksitbharat #vishwaguru

    @Airtel_Presence Wifi is still not working. Refer to the ID above for more info. Give me a validity extension equivalent to the downtime for the hassle you caused. I was not able to work & your team was not giving a proper timeline for the downtime. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
