    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    @airtelindia My Amazon Prime benefit under the Airtel Entertainment Plan has stopped showing. Customer Care promised an External/Engagement ID, but I still haven’t received it after 4–5 business days. Not happy with the service and delay. Please resolve this urgently. #airtel

However, instead of receiving clear and consistent information, I have been given different statements, different pricing/charges by support team.

    Hi @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence My internet is not working since 6th Aug, technician was scheduled for 8th then 10th and now 13th. SRN 11037245522, no response from Airtel Appellate either. This is blocking my work, can you please check.

    Scoop: All Airtel Service Engineers left job and joined other companies, Airtel services are completely collapsed across India WiFi and digital TV services are affected in major cities and they are unable to resolve issues in cities like Delhi Mumbai Is it true @airtelindia ??

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews are you people really in the business of communication? I have been writing to you since 2 weeks and you don't reply. I am not asking for any complicated issue. You can simply refund the money paid by me and close the matter.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago This is extremely frustrating, especially because I am an existing Airtel customer with Airtel Wi-Fi and cable services. I am trying to add an IPTV connection, yet I am made to repeatedly follow up and spend considerable time on calls without receiving a proper resolution.

    @airtelindia should I port out of your network?? The 5G you offer feels like 3G of 10 years old BSNL service. Earlier, I thought it could be due to those free prepaid sims your company offers to Port-in but I am using your postpaid for years and it turns to be a myth. #airtel
