    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    Extremely frustrated with @tataplayfiber Fiber. Facing a blackout for over 24 hours in Pune. Despite 7-8 calls, no technician has been assigned, and they just closed my ticket. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Save yourself the hassle and get @airtelindia Fiber.

    @airtelindia hey airtel please don't offer services to custome if u can't give one . Airtel tool 500 .rs in advance on 27/05/2026 for IP tv till date I am waiting for installation. Pathetic service by airtel india .@MeitY_NICSI , @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia I have using Airtel for last 12 years as a postpaid user last week last week I changed the pla now my speed is less than 2g that is how I low you ca stoop despite being a customer for so long and why I am not able to remove google cloud charges

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service Request No. 31-1000014174579, dated 08/06/2026. It is the third day that Wi-Fi is hasn’t been working. Nobody has contacted till now. What a pathetic service, I have experienced.

    @airtelindia Hi, Someone applied Credit Card Request from my account and that request was not raised my me. Request you to kindly cancel the request. Its showing in my pending request in my airtel account

    Hi Airtel, when I initially checked my device readiness, Priority Postpaid was enabled on my Airtel postpaid number. However, after checking again, it's now showing "Phone not ready" and says my device doesn't support the required software. I'm using a Google Pixel 7 running the latest Android 16, and 5G SA/Network Slicing are already enabled on my number. Could you please clarify why this status has changed and help resolve the issue? @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @montibht @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am also having the same issue. After converting to "Priority Postpaid" getting worse speeds than Prepaid 5G and even normal 4G speeds. Download speeds are less than 10 mbps and upload is 1 mbps. Getting worse after the conversion!

    @airtelindia @TRAI the worst ever internet service provide in India is Airtel. Taking customers for granted. 30 days ke paise lo aur 25 days ka internet do. Ek saal mein 2 months ke paise sidhe profit. #nagpur #airtel
