    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia how do you expect me to pay w/o getting a bill. First ticket was closed w/o any resolution, so i opened another. got a call from technical team asking me to pay, else penalty will be charged. is it not fair/legal to get a bill for payments?

    Hey @airtelindia I have a great idea for you. can you give customised plans instead of fixed plans, because there are only 20 fixed plans, there is some customer unsatisfaction. Can you leave the selection choice to customers... like, selection of data size, validity period.

    extremely fed up with @airtelindia postpaid services. Can't receive/make calls, can't use internet when I m in my home. Extremely poor services. When escalated to appellate they asked me to PORT OUT @AirtelPresence What a SHAME!!

    If u want to die slowly take connection from @TikonaTIL one of the worst wifi service provider i have ever come across @fiber_jio @airtelindia please extend your broadband service to all location asap

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've been following up with customer care for the past 8 days to get a copy of my postpaid bill, but I still haven't got it. I have called multiple times, raised 2 tickets, but no use. and now i've been told to pay else late payment will be charged

    @airtelindia dear airtel I am postpaid customer I am migrated to prepaid I am paid 408 as a excess payment I am not received that as refund,I am raised compalaints three times but every time quary closed with out resason please give my amount as soon as possible
