@airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

Broadband service providers like @airtelindia fool customers by sending their representatives to make false promises about service and then then generate wrong bills and dont even accept their fault. @Airtel_Presence its better to switch to @reliancejio

Since morning airtel xtream broadband outage at pride world city pune. When will we get use broadband? Also please add option for outage issue in your airtel thanks app so that I don't have to come to social media for complaints. @airtelindia
