@airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence It's very sad to share a very bad experience in airtel office located in Mission Charali, Sonitpur(Assam).Ur customer supporter lady was very rude and showing the power of her employement to me.I want a loyal clarification of this misbehaviour.

@airtelindia Amazon prime subscription mentioned free for my postpaid account and it was never mentioned it was free only for one year . This is misleading the customers. The next year onwards iam getting a bill for Amazon prime along with my Airtel black account
