    I really have concern with all telecom companies. Like if someone don't want to use 4g service and they only need new sim card for calling then also they need to pay 249,299 to get new sim. And with this they will get 1-1.5gb data/day. Like why @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia i must say you such a irresponsible network, around 5 calls and 5 days of no network on wifi, you are shameless that you still charge me fine if payment is due date passed for 1 days, my office hours area affect, who will pay this?? @Airtel_Presence @consumerforum

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a ticket and I am yet to get any response for past week . I tried connecting to customer care but I am unable to do that because since ticket is raised on my account. Please provide update on the ticket(21-3321253122)
