@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia : Airtel Representative Amit called me and couldn’t give timeline.Also informed that ticket has been closed all. What a serious piece of crap. I raised a ticket on 9th Jan and on 8th feb, state changed to resolved without actually resolving it.
