@airtelindia Hi have raised complaint no 31-3669494290683. The dead line to resolve this issue was on 25th july 2021. Had raised it on 10th july. Had called customer care they are just for give us 7 days but I dont trust them anymore. Please give me something in written or . 1/2

@SidaqSingh2 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is no system in airtel. No defined process to handle any grievance. Tbe customer care, the technical supervisor, the nodal officer, they only take the complains and dump them somewhere. I mean how tou are managing to be so negligent.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had booked a new BB plan (Application No. 0804163153) with an advance payment of 6 months fees (BB Plan @499/-) to MALLESHWARAM, BANGALORE branch on 17th July. Nearly 10 days over and still my connection pending for activation. Please help.
