@airtelindia Sir For my mobile no.9849177687 iam using the plan of 299 ( Airtel Network) were I get the bill of rs 352 approx for which I have this plan from last 5 to 6 years , but this month they suddenly changed my plan from from 299 to 350 without my consent.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Bad service and poor resolution. Service ID 10010096961 at 3:21 PM 17 dec Closed by engineer without resolution 3 times (3:23 PM, 5:52 pm n 6:03 PM). Reopened 4th time, now it shows that service will be resolved tomorrow. What is this carelessness?
