    A bitter experience with customer service of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Was promised a wavier on my postpaid mobile bill. But it was not credited even in 2 following bill cycle. Now they say complaint cannot be taken as 3 months have passed, even when it is airtel's fault.

    @airtelindia So after raising a complain 6 hours ago and multiple follow ups - now a technician tells me there's a "Static IP Outage" going on! An outage for 6+ hours (Still ongoing)? Seriously?
