@airtelindia today give me date of resolution 30/4/2021 and I am not sure you are going to resolve it or not. In my area nearly above 100 complaints are registered (10 of my known persons). Still no resolution. I don’t have any option just to wait or switch to other network..2

@airtelindia : can you educate your social media team at @Airtel_Presence to understand that when customer inform them that visit to Airtel stores isn't helpful as they don't deal with Airtel Xtreme Smart Stick, they stop stop giving - visit to Airtel store as a solution
