@airtelindia Airtel is loosing its importance now. I tried calling Airtel payment bank customer care to reactivate my dormant account for KYC verification but no one picking up the call on 400 or on their landline number. Also neither of their Video KYC link on App is working.

Hi @airtelindia Please update the status of the request number 10089884211. Cuz calling any of your customer number will take 4 mins atleast to reach the executive and then also won't get solution. Moreover, #Porting seems more feasible than reaching you.
