I had raised a complaint yesterday that was resolved, and today the wifi is down again , The icing on the cake is that now i am not even being allowed to raise the same complaint ! It just says the issue was resolved yesterday????? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Customer service just gives the reason that it's there policy as the xstream box belongs to them therefore without recharge they can't allow the usage by any mean. I hv paid a hefty amount of 2.5k for the hd box upgrade to xstream. How this belongs to @airtelindia
