How worst the @airtelindia service is. I took a connection in Noida and when shift it to Gurgaon. These guys don't have proper shifting processor. They alloted me a new connection without my info and kept both the connection live. Now charging me on my new connection.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have seen bad customer experience, but what airtel does is much worse. The broadband was down for a week. I had to do hourly complains just to get it working. It was fine for few days, and then its down again for 3rd day in row.
