@airtelindia has become pathetic, talked to a customer service representative regarding fibre connection. Was bluntly told by ms. Mili to use what they were providing and they won't escalate the issue. Company is from the consumer not vice versa. Time to port.

@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Airtel stopped SMS facility on 49Rs recharge that I recently did, locking me out of my bank account too. Cannot even port to another operator as I need to send SMS for which I need unlimited pack recharge. Utterly frustrated. Airtel sucks
