    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence FRAUD alert!! Ported to airtel prepaid, the person (Kundan) who visited my place to give new sim took money for a higher recharge value but recharged on a lower value. Calling customer care didn't help either. #Cheater #fraud #airtel

    @airtelindia Raised a xtreme broadband service request on 19-10 at 11:15 via the app, Service was assigned to Mr. Nasir, which he arrived at 11:30 and resolved by 11:43. Arrived in just 15 mins! and resolved under 30! Hats off for this xtreme service standards.

    @airtelindia Kindly stop fooling people on the name of your Airtel Banking because your payment services are really bad. I tried to paymy broadband bill twice by adding Airtel money option on your app it failed twice. And your so called genius customer care added the amount back
