@airtelindia hi. The most Pathetic customer service I think is from airtel. Has inquired for airtel broadband services in our area. It's been months no action taken. No reply from your executive Mr .Allam. no wonder you lose your customers to jio. I am one of them.

@airtelindia When you made us put our entire family under an Airtel Black plan, maybe you should have said that Black stands for Black Hole. The mobile signal is terrible and the home wi-fi is nowhere near as fast as promised. Can someone do something, or should we port out?
