I was promised WiFi installation within 48 hours, but after payment I’m now being told there’s no stock and I have to wait 10 days. No proactive communication, no proper updates, and customer support has been unresponsive and unprofessional. I chose Airtel expecting faster service, but this experience has been frustrating. Please look into this and provide a clear resolution ASAP.

First of all their services are ****, I get 60 ping in Mumbai server from karnataka whereas jio wifi gives 25-30 ping, hopeless service.
