    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Switched my broadband to #airtelbroadband in the hope of getting better and quicker service, only to get disappointed. The broadband is not even installed yet. My kids have not been able to attend the online classes for more than 10 days.

    @airtelindia shifted to Airtel with a lot of confidence for broadband service! Extremely disappointed with it and the response to the marketing executive who popped up promotly to get the connection but has slyly disappeared after my complaint! Plz look into it.
