@reliancejio @airtelindia telecom companies are always increasing their plans, disturbing customers by sending unnecessary msgs long before the recharge ends.But network speed is very poor, it is always better to pay attention to your performance than to charge extra money.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Nothing happen yet still we are facing network problems. Surprise got received SMS that complain have been resolved. What a foolish system closing my complain without resolving issues. Not worthy to recharge or pay bills

@airtelindia Airtel definitely does NOT care. 5 days without broadband and they don’t bother to answer their phones. A complaint through their app still says ‘Resolution in progress’. Call this progress, Airtel? Time to change.

Took a new @airtelindia fiber plan, it’s been more than 12 days and yet the services are not working, every second day I have to ask them and still not getting a proper reply. @Airtel_Presence kindly help me. I have already paid the total amount for yearly subscription.
