@reliancejio @airtelindia telecom companies are always increasing their plans, disturbing customers by sending unnecessary msgs long before the recharge ends.But network speed is very poor, it is always better to pay attention to your performance than to charge extra money.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Nothing happen yet still we are facing network problems. Surprise got received SMS that complain have been resolved. What a foolish system closing my complain without resolving issues. Not worthy to recharge or pay bills

@airtelindia my sister has sim damaged issue in postpaid connection , herself she visited airtel service center and submitted adhar copy and executive completed all protocols but still Sim is not activated after 35hrs. If called to executive won't receive call. Worst service.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI my airtel sim stopped working. I visited airtel store and they told me to get a new sim. They refused to issue me a new sim as they don’t issue any sim after 5 pm. Market opens from 5 to 7 pm. And they don’t issue sim after 5 pm. Is this fair?
