@reliancejio @airtelindia telecom companies are always increasing their plans, disturbing customers by sending unnecessary msgs long before the recharge ends.But network speed is very poor, it is always better to pay attention to your performance than to charge extra money.

Well well well so @JioCare won't reply me when they got a tower inside my neighborhood and they still can't provide a network that can call or use internet On the second place @airtelindia says they will call me but they don't and i keep getting frustrated with the speed RIP

@mrgyan @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Have spoken with customer care only so far. Seems they are just not interested. Their complaint resolution mechanism is just useless.

@airtelindia my issue for the 5th month continuous with Airtel, last month someone from airtel presence called and assured issue resolved permanently.. what exists is a PERMANENT issue for 3 connections and your system. For heaven's sake Rectify your stupid system.

@airtelindia I am totally disappointed with the airtel network. The people in our area are experiencing network issues with it , we are not even getting half of an Mbps The YouTube is not even loading the opening page. Soon willing to change my network to @reliancejio

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I want to have wifi Or broadband connection in dasna Ghaziabad but the service provider is providing service at 1500₹ for 20 mbps & 1000 for 10 mbps. The speed is not even worth at this cost. Please look into it and provide us internet 1/2

Dear @airtelindia I don’t think your app and customer care cell is not working. I got my fastg 3-4 months back but app still shows in shipping. I tried calling customer no one answers the call. How would I add balance in fastag? Very poor customer service.
