The technician does nt respond and the #airtelthanks app does not show any status or complaint or request. Can u pls help. The same issue happened last time, thr was no intrnt for 4 days

Although I am airtel postpaid user with unlimited 5G data plan. Customer care are just ignoring the complaint and kept saying the same things but not any resolution.
