    My Worst decision of 2026 is Switch @JioCare to @airtelindia. Airtel provide worst network connection. Always call drops. I told them and also share my number. But No response.

    @airtelindia your IVR is pathetic like 1980's @SunilBhartiMitl When i call to understand my wifi billing it keep me in loop despite clicking on correct option. What is this pathetic way of customer experince. If there is difficulty in doing buissness be upfront instead of cheat

    @airtelindia I am an airtel black customer. I am on call for past 30 min with your exec with simple request to cancel my DTH connection. He says due to technical problems he is unable to do so. Really? (Note, there is no outstanding due) @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now, 3 days has already passed. Today also I called the customer care to hear the same old fake promise that "it will be resolved within 24 hours sir" Total nonsense service by Airtel to be honest. Kindly help.
