Yesterday, I raised a request and one of your executives said she has done and Iโll have to wait for 4 hours to reflect in my account. Now, today, when I called up again, another executive, who doesnโt know how to speak to customers, said itโs not possible to cancel/remove the Apple TV Subscription from my account. She also said itโs โFREEโ. Since when is Apple TV free? Even ifโs free, I would still want it to be cancelled. If you arenโt cancelling/removing the subscription from my account, Iโll be porting my voice and WiFi services to Jio. Itโs your call. And I can tell youโve lost many customers in my apartment complex.. be ready for some more folks to follow suit.
