  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal @kavinbm Still waiting for a resolution here. Its been more than 24 hours and resolution is awaited. Got a call from Airtel Store Sanjay place agra they said its resolved. But I am unable to find the resolution. Fantastic service guys.!

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As my broadband is not working fine I tired to upgrade it to fibre and and got a call from your representative. He misbehaved and told me there is no service in my area. I can’t have a broadband but I already have one. He was not ready to listen.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 8months and counting I still not received the refund of connection charges 3000 change. I followed it up with multiple emails and calls. Shared bank account details. But no one is responsible for refunding. Can you please look into issue.
