    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What's more frustrating is the app, there's no way I can contact any customer representative. There are some preselected automated questions, which do not solve the purpose. Idk if I'm the only one who faced this issue, but this is really frustrating.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I could not send message from my number even though i have subscribed to yearly plan. I dont find option to speak to customer care in IVR. Complaint registered but resolution time is 5 days. For these type of urgent issue should i wait for 5 days?
