    @airtelindia @airtelindia Your airtel wifi extreme service is even more pathetic. When I filed a complaint on app about wifi frequent wifi disruption, your service engineer took more than 2 days to reach my house and even after that, solution was not provided.

    @airtelindia 3 days. No broadband. I’m an Airtel Black customer. No human support, only a useless chatbot. Every engineer appointment gets rescheduled at the last minute. Is this your idea of premium service, @Airtel_Presence? Absolutely shameful. #Airtel #AirtelBlack

    @airtelindia The service you provide is not good. It is very wrong to charge for something I do not use. How can you implement it without my permission? Even if I send an email, it is of no use. There is no care. All I can do is trust you and get deceived.

    @airtelindia it has been more than a week my air Fiber Wi-Fi is down and no actions being taken. All tickets raise are closed.there is no customer support whom we can talk with.Kindly get it resolved now or let us know if we should move to some other service provider @jio_fiber
