Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence none of your representatives keep the promise of calling back a customer. They just want to send off the customer on any genuine query we raise saying we will surely callback after checking and they never return! Completely disappointing:(

Hi @Airtel_Presence I love how you have sent me a bill notification of 1500 right on time but take 5 days (and counting) to provide me the service for which I am paying! Basically, I am donating 1500 to Airtel. Pay without any service in return! @airtelindia
