@airtelindia I have complained about how airtel representative without my consent ported sim to airtel postpaid them asked for 400 rs as charge. Did same for my father's sim also. Now we are facing issues. Now they are asking for money again to port back to prepaid.

@airtelindia In the last two months that I have been using airtel broad band services, they have experienced FIVE technical issues that took 2 DAYS to get solve everytime. Very poor customer service. Highly Disappointed.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today we had an internet and phone crash of service at our office. I have 4 service request numbers which are unresolved. DM'ing you has been a big waste of time. ZERO RESOLUTION. You say my phone is unreachable, its an AIRTEL connection.

@airtelindia I went to your store to get my number ported from postpaid to prepaid and all the formalities were completed and i was given a new sim. Now the old sim is not working and the new sim has not been activated and your store is not able to help. Can you help???
