    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been charged Rs 100 late fine for late payment of last month's bill. There is no such provision mentioned anywhere. I have been using Jio Postpaid for the last 6-7 years. They never have charged any late payment fine for untimely late.

    @BhavaniRavi_ @airtelindia This is a problem of the entire customer care eco system. I firmly believe, no company has a good customer care. It's just for the sake of having one.

    It has been 3 days since my broadband service is down after your maintenance @airtelindia . Multiple calls and support ticket have been raised but not resolution. Absolutely garbage. 2 of my service are up for renewal and will surely cancel them both.
