    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i don't have any option to connect with ur helpline. Need a SIM replacement and don't have a store in over 50kms radius. Recharge on my wifi dongle doesn't work and can't talk to anyone at Airtel. #airtelsucks #airtelbad

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think I have to switch to my previous operators that is @Idea. Atleast they have great customer support. You people aren't listening to your premium customer.

Airtel should feel proud that despite lodging a complaint on social media the same is still not resolved. Is this the service provided by the leading telecom operator

    1. Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , My Broadband Fiber Optic Connection is down from past Monday 05/12/2022 till present and no resolution, nothing fixed just customer care giving fake assurance and delaying the fix for next 24 hours and this has been repeatedly told everyday.

    @airtelindia I have raised my complaint through customer care on 7 th of nov. That my internet is not working and they said that your problem is resolve in 10 days and today is 12th of dec and i'm facing same problem very bad network aur koi sunwayi nhi
