    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think I have to switch to my previous operators that is @Idea. Atleast they have great customer support. You people aren't listening to your premium customer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i don't have any option to connect with ur helpline. Need a SIM replacement and don't have a store in over 50kms radius. Recharge on my wifi dongle doesn't work and can't talk to anyone at Airtel. #airtelsucks #airtelbad

    Bought a new Airtel SIM few days ago & still NO incoming/outgoing calls! Distributor is completely unresponsive. This is unacceptable service in 2026. Fix it immediately or I'll escalate! @airtelindia @airtelnews

Half the day has been wasted waiting for support. This issue appears to occur repeatedly. Why is there no permanent fix

    @airtelindia need help but therr is no option to get a call or speak to someone. The issues listed in your help menu do not cover the issue i face. We understand that chatbot and ai save costs but completely cut off human support is way too bad.

    I am experiencing frequent priority postpaid SMS notifications from @Airtel_Presence. I am not interested in these services and prefer not to receive further communication regarding them. I intend to port my Airtel number to a different better service provider. πŸ™πŸ“΅ @airtelindia

    The worst part of Indian telecom industry is that it almost got monopolised by 2 giants @airtelindia and @reliancejio Both give the worst internet services and charge you more. I am using both. Worst part is we can't do anything about this despite daylight looting from themπŸ™„πŸ™„

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 3 weeks. I do not have any options on my phone to switch these off. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently. @airtelindia
