@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i don't have any option to connect with ur helpline. Need a SIM replacement and don't have a store in over 50kms radius. Recharge on my wifi dongle doesn't work and can't talk to anyone at Airtel. #airtelsucks #airtelbad

This happened in August as well and when I tweeted they have revised the bill. If by tweets only you resolve the problem then let us know we will not call customer care.
