    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i don't have any option to connect with ur helpline. Need a SIM replacement and don't have a store in over 50kms radius. Recharge on my wifi dongle doesn't work and can't talk to anyone at Airtel. #airtelsucks #airtelbad

    @airtelindia My father is upset since morning, he has got his SIM Jio ported to Airtel,he tried to call customer care many times but no calls were being received. you should keep a simple process to talk to the customer care You should solve this as soon as possible @airtelindia

    Shame on you @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been more than 14hours no access to internet raised a complaint with the service request no. - 129103334. The engineer assigned is saying that he is coming in few minutes & it's been 2 hours he has not arrived & now not picking call

    @airtelindia you people are hopeless. Even in urban areas your so called 4G doesn't work. I switched to airtel after using Vodafone for 8 years. I regret ! I thought I will use Indian network...But Vodafone was better. - From Jamnagar, Gujarat I am Paying 200 pm
