    due to pathetic 4G speed of @airtelindia, going to port out to @reliancejio. @Airtel_Presence used to be the best network but now the network quality is pathetic, especially the data speed literally sucks and tests ur patience,in 2004 used to get better internet speed in #Airtel

    @airtelindia , you are marking huge about your 5G plus in Chennai and the picture I am sharing is a location in Chennai where there is no 5G connectivity and you may check the 4G speed at the same location. How can anyone trust the network?

    @airtelindia will you agree if we pay one day late after due date... Then why can't you give immediate action for the issue in xtream broadband... We also mentioned the emergency that we are working from home.... Now my company asking for loss of pay for my non-productive day...

    @airtelindia Part 3: Rightfully if you cannot provide a proper solution refund what I paid as recharge .Only thing your fast at is sending 50% & 90% data is consumed

    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    @airtelindia : there is literally no way to contact your customer support by anyway.. what is to be done for non functional sim all of a sudden.. very very disappointed at your inefficient means of customer care

    I am unable to reach customer care @airtelindia I went to the Airtel store again. Executive was polite & courteous - apologised for the unusual delay & requested me to wait for a few hours

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Am I the only one experiencing the slow internet service from #AirtelDown. I live in velachery, Chennai but the internet service is pathetic even worse is their customer care.

    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    "I am writing to report that there is no Jio/Airtel V! Bsnl signal tower in my village, resulting in very poor or no mobile network connectivity. Could you please look into this issue and consider installing a tower to improve service in our area? Thank you."@airtelindia @JioCare
