    @airtelindia Your service is pathetic. Been waiting for a simple shifting of Xtremefiber for the last 5 days. To add to the agony you keep sending messages that the connection is ready for installation. Not a soul has called till date. SRNo. 127094112. Loyalty doesn’t reward.

    @airtelindia I had connectivity issue with my Aitel dth, if a customer has issue its company responsibility to solve the issue. But charging for a visit is 2 much in terms of convitivity.

    @airtelindia For someone who has always praised Airtel's customer service, the latest experience has been pathetic. More than a week & the complaint is not resolved. Airtel Xstream box has been extremely convenience. My previous traditional box worked just fine.
