    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Dimpy, now my case is worst and not able to do any outgoing calls. Please expedite on the issues on my del 9244556789. Did 598/- RC twice but no response confirmation. Also amount deducted from my accounts twice. Urgent help needed here.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Even after multiple calls in 1st week of May as well, later i did not have any update or solution from airtel. On what basis you are charging 590/- to customers even you are not providing the basic services as per postpaid plan on my del: 924456789

    @airtelindia i registered my complaint on broadband issue on yesterday night but internet service stop on yesterday noon.still any no response on your technical team. My internet is still not working and I am so frustrated with the services of Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @VittalGopal how many times i need to reach you for FRC issues on my del 9244556789. As per Dimpy i did 598/- unlimited pack. But it was not successful and amount deducted.Also services are not restored on my del. Call me and help asap.

    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    @airtelindia Sir/Madam, I have just converted from copper to fiber in Airtel and have started facing issues in the line and I have been requested 3 days to resolve the issue which is pathetic, do u gives a free service r we not paying rentals. If required

    @airtelindia Inspite of paying yearly charges upfront to avoid monthly interactions,ended up having so many calls in last one month to deal with incorrect bills. Call center team acknowledge billing issue but back end billing team rejecting without even basic investigation (2/3)

    @airtelindia Part 2 : You can’t even provide 2G speed as everything just keeps loading or fails to load Issue is not only for my phone its for all in the vicinity .My complaint number is CQUKI3CHN20220318913468 logged on 18 Mar 2022& you still can’t provide any resolution

    Very disappointed with @airtelindia Airtel Air Fiber service in Surat. My internet disconnects 2–3 times every day and complaint is already registered since 16 May 2026 but still NO proper resolution provided.

    Now even if I don’t use the service, I’m still expected to pay ₹600. I can’t even properly close the connection — only “pause” it for ₹200/month. This feels less like customer service and more like forced money extraction. Extremely frustrating. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
