@JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

@airtelindia Part 2 : You can’t even provide 2G speed as everything just keeps loading or fails to load Issue is not only for my phone its for all in the vicinity .My complaint number is CQUKI3CHN20220318913468 logged on 18 Mar 2022& you still can’t provide any resolution

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Poor service. I opted for installation of new airtel fibre connection and I got a call from installation guy after documentation was done. He said he will reach me in 10 min but he did not, again he said Will reach me in half an hour but he did not.
