    @Airtel_Presence How many years you need to resolve the issues permanently. Now also you are not understanding customer pain and sending generic responses instead helping us. If you have issues in service then you need to pay for it. Why i need to pay @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Horrible Billing experience with Airtel broadband. Your billing system can not support plans you are marketing, especially, annual plans. Renewal I did in Airtel app with new plan didn't reflect in billing system (1/3)

    @airtelindia Inspite of paying yearly charges upfront to avoid monthly interactions,ended up having so many calls in last one month to deal with incorrect bills. Call center team acknowledge billing issue but back end billing team rejecting without even basic investigation (2/3)
