@TamilTechOffici @airtelindia Nothing happened with DM. You, the customer support guys were not aware of the blockage it seems... Asking me to change sim, change mobile.... Just understand that each and every Airtel SIM didn't work with Honor5X. And each and every other network sim is working with it.

@airtelindia Fed up with using Airtel 4G network. You advertising Airtel is India's fastest network.But 4g network speed is poorer than GPRS speed. I am facing this issue in a urban area. Contacted customer care and created multiple tickets. No resolution so far.

@airtelindia Horrible Billing experience with Airtel broadband. Your billing system can not support plans you are marketing, especially, annual plans. Renewal I did in Airtel app with new plan didn't reflect in billing system (1/3)

@HiHonorIndia Do you know... @airtelindia is also now against @HuaweiIndia Had 4 yrs old #Honor5X, where all other SIM such as @BSNL_CHTD , @VodafoneIN , @reliancejio is working... All @airtelindia SIM doesn't gets latched with its network when connecting through Honor5x...

@TamilTechOffici Do you know @airtelindia is blocking some mobiles to get latched to their Network for the past 5 days. My #Honor5X is not latching with #Airtel for past 5 days... Confirmed with Honor service centre that phone is good. My new Airtel sim is not having issues with other phones too

@airtelindia Inspite of paying yearly charges upfront to avoid monthly interactions,ended up having so many calls in last one month to deal with incorrect bills. Call center team acknowledge billing issue but back end billing team rejecting without even basic investigation (2/3)

Oyi @Videocon_d2h your customer care is incompetent. Your App is rated 1 star at the play store. It doesn’t work. Your website UI is horrible. Why do you even exist? You just sell yourself to @airtelindia or @TataSky. They would do way better work with your infrastructure.
