    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @VittalGopal how many times i need to reach you for FRC issues on my del 9244556789. As per Dimpy i did 598/- unlimited pack. But it was not successful and amount deducted.Also services are not restored on my del. Call me and help asap.

    But instead they raised service disconnection vide SR10365150074063. This what your customer centric approach? If client requests for a extension you will disconnect the services? Thanks for your support for such a long time. We will move @airtelindia broadband r @JioFiberChennai

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Dimpy, now my case is worst and not able to do any outgoing calls. Please expedite on the issues on my del 9244556789. Did 598/- RC twice but no response confirmation. Also amount deducted from my accounts twice. Urgent help needed here.

    Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

    @HiHonorIndia Do you know... @airtelindia is also now against @HuaweiIndia Had 4 yrs old #Honor5X, where all other SIM such as @BSNL_CHTD , @VodafoneIN , @reliancejio is working... All @airtelindia SIM doesn't gets latched with its network when connecting through Honor5x...

    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    @airtelindia is there any reason for selling existing numbers as part of prepaid and new customer go through all harassment calls. Customer service doesn't help on this factor. Any alternative to get out of the problem

    Hey @airtelindia , three days of call drops and unusable data on my Airtel SIM. Even on Airtel WiFi, I'm forced to use Jio hotspot to stream and make calls. @reliancejio is more stable. Please urgently fix the network.

    Hello @airtelindia - if I am travelling and need to use the unlimited 5G hotspot to connect my laptop, you're saying I can't even do that now? Pls clarify...because if the answer is no, you can't do it - I'm switching away from your network today. No DM bullshit.

    @TelecomTalk @airtelindia feels like a scam based on my experience. 1 month, multiple complaints, zero resolution. Service requests get closed without fixing the issue. Even as a postpaid customer, I haven't received the promised priority/Fastlane benefits. Extremely disappointed. @TRAI
