    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    @TamilTechOffici @airtelindia Nothing happened with DM. You, the customer support guys were not aware of the blockage it seems... Asking me to change sim, change mobile.... Just understand that each and every Airtel SIM didn't work with Honor5X. And each and every other network sim is working with it.

    @airtelindia Your service is pathetic. Been waiting for a simple shifting of Xtremefiber for the last 5 days. To add to the agony you keep sending messages that the connection is ready for installation. Not a soul has called till date. SRNo. 127094112. Loyalty doesn’t reward.

    @airtelindia Inspite of paying yearly charges upfront to avoid monthly interactions,ended up having so many calls in last one month to deal with incorrect bills. Call center team acknowledge billing issue but back end billing team rejecting without even basic investigation (2/3)

    SCAM ALERT: Think twice before getting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Fiber in Bangalore! I paid ₹1900 upfront on Jun 7 & 8 (Ref: C2G88C52VB). It’s been over a week with ZERO installation. The local team took my money and completely ghosted me. Absolutely pathetic service. (1/3)

    @airtelindia I've been trying to contact the customer care to fix network outage for nearly a year. How can there be network blindspots in the heart of city in chennai near T nagar. Unable to receive or make calls, the network is fully down for a whole area for years.
