Even though i complain/yell numerous times over d phone, not a single day airtel customer care executives were rude. Try to solve the problem, dont create one. Teach your executives to respect the customer.

It is shocking that a company of Airtel's scale cannot provide even basic communication to a paying customer. A local ISP would have handled this far better.
