    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to understand the purpose of your customer care. Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.

    @airtelindia Your company made me wonder why I switched from vodafone I had given a complaint that I could not use the dataAfter five days there was no action but only the bill came for 470. Five days passed and no action so Vodafone at the end of this month and next month change

    Worst Customer Care Experience from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank. Went to Airtel Authorise partner & got an answer that we are just here to sell sim cards only. Tried 121 customer care, got the answer that I need to call 400 for Airtel Payment Bank-related issues.
