Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.

Even though i complain/yell numerous times over d phone, not a single day airtel customer care executives were rude. Try to solve the problem, dont create one.
