    @airtelindia Lokeswari was his supervisor and manager when I contacted him. He said that he did not come to work. Manager name is Prabhu. and Srinivasan gave false information. This is your Customer Service Center Chennai.

    @airtelindia Your company made me wonder why I switched from vodafone I had given a complaint that I could not use the dataAfter five days there was no action but only the bill came for 470. Five days passed and no action so Vodafone at the end of this month and next month change

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to understand the purpose of your customer care. Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.

    Very poor mobile service quality rather worst in Hafed road Prem Nagar rohtak . No incoming/outgoing is possible these days. Calls are totally fail. Net service also has gone worst. We are leaving airtel and joining Jio as alternate @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
