Even though i complain/yell numerous times over d phone, not a single day airtel customer care executives were rude. Try to solve the problem, dont create one. The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, residents face difficulties in communication and online services. Therefore, we kindly request you to complete the remaining installation procedures and activate the network services as soon as possible. We also request you to consider installing and enabling 5G equipment and services instead of 4G, which would greatly benefit the villagers with faster and better connectivity for future needs. ARVIND BAKSHI (@arvindbakshi) reportedI had raised request on May 8th to cancel @airtelindia fiber broadband and refund the balance amount. Customer care team closed the ticket without doing any of these. Raised the same request with @airtelindia DTH team , they completed the request in 2 days. Fiber team is bad.
