RJ Rajesh (@rjrajessh) reported@TRAI I've a connection of @airtelindia of 40 MBPS and it work very well during day but at night they do something and it comes down to 1-5 mbps and sometimes dead. Atleast 4-5 days they've issue to provide network so it stays shut. And when at night I complain then they boost the speed for 10-20 minutes at par but after that it again comes back to 5-0.

Some time good speed for 5 minutes and then suddenly 2G speed for next 20 minutes. Severely impacting the work and overall internet experience. There is no resolution to comaplaints.
