    @Airtel_Presence I had paid for broadband installation and due to feasibility issue, I need to cancel the installation. And it's been a week now I am yet to receive my paid installation money. The sales person told it will be reversed in a couple of days. @airtelindia

    It has been more than 60+ hours since I lost my broadband internet. For the first 30 hours they said it's a outage for the whole area. Even after the outage, my internet is not working and still no one came to fix it. Raised request 20 hours before @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am getting bills for an account which is in safe custody, your Airtel Thanks app doesn’t have an option to raise a support option and IVR is of no help as well, what is the best way to reach the customer care? Very frustrating and disappointed with your service.

    Btw, @airtelindia the appreciation is just for your customer care executives. Still I've the network issues. And I'm facing this for several months now. can't receive call/ use internet. Spoke to morethan 10 of your executives. All had same template replies. SERVICE NOT IMPROVED.

    Dear @realmemobiles, please learn from @airtelindia on customer response. Even though i complain/yell numerous times over d phone, not a single day airtel customer care executives were rude. Try to solve the problem, dont create one. Teach your executives to respect the customer.

    @geekyranjit @airtelindia Airtel has become a non reliable network. No network, no proper support nothing. I get no network at all. Waiting to port soon once the current plan is over. Atleast I need to use some service as I've paid for it. For internet I go near windows, for calls I'll run to terrace.

    The 3GB/day data of @reliancejio completed due to the unexpected software update. Now am left to use the 2GB/day of my airtel sim. But because of the excellent network service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #WorkFromHome is totally ruined.🙄 Let me recharge add-on data for Jio.

    I notified several times the worst network problems of @airtelindia. @Airtel_Presence Tries to call me and they're not able to reach me because of the network problems. Tweets back "NO RESPONSE AT YOUR END".. GREAT. 👏👏👏

    @Airtel_Presence Dear Mary. You couldn't reach me because there is no network in my area. I suggest you to change your automated message to "Unable to reach you" rather than "No response". The mobile phone is in my hand. Hope you understand. That's the service I get from @airtelindia.
