    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to understand the purpose of your customer care. Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia digitalTV ID 3007893050 , disconnected my 3rd connection months back due to rate hike but till date they charging for the 3rd connection on daily basis. Worst service. Try to give better service not by degrading it .

    @TRAI Any airtel data connection challenge going on with other network providers, surely Airtel is the winner, coz itvis not connecting 3g, 4g data anywhere, you can award and cancel the 3g, 4g licence. Why they pay when they don't serve @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I had ported 5 nos to Airtel on 15.03.2020 but d incoming to all d nos have been cut yesterday citing bill not paid for the months of January and February. In this lockdown period can there be anymore hassle than this. Please help

    @airtelindia so, my first complaint n a worst one too. U sold me a Wi-Fi dongle fr 6months, n u charged me excess, I reported n not resolved yet. Now I sold me another plan fr next six months with so much restrictions n no response from customer service. Kindly address 7038805802

    Try connecting @airtelindia customer care. Looks like solid cost cutting has done. It took me 12 min , just to get email id of airtel customer care from the employee. To register a complaint, took 2 hrs through multiple touchpoint of chat, call and email.

    @airtelindia what a pathetic internet service u provide? Or is it a deliberate practice u hv started following to push people for ur priority plan? I'm not able to open a single page let alone streaming a video. I'm paying 530 rs per month and have 200 gb data of no use to me.

    @airtelindia My complaint number is 11032318198. No action since morning. When i contacted Khanpur, Delhi Airtel service store, they said our line man will come tomorrow. Such poor service. Kindly help. Even Mtnl's service was better than this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I know for a fact that airtel doesn’t care about their customers but still just want to let you know that my wifi installation is still pending since 10 days, neither the customer support is supporting not the assigned engineer is coming.
