    . @airtelindia Request 4 fiber tv connection on 22 April 2026 ws raised & I paid 500/- on the same day. I ws told i will get a call within 4 hrs bt no-one called. I called 121 on 23rd, 24 Apr but no help arrived. Today is 28th Apr still no response. registered mob no. 9767572512

    @airtelindia what’s happening in customer service worst experience. While using airtel thanks app unknowingly I selected postpaid section it automatically sent for an otp accept auto approval and I don’t receive any confirmation call my prepaid changed to postpaid. With in 5 mins
