    @airtelindia Dear @airtelindia my HD STB for #airteldth was not working. Your efficient tech said it needs replacement but instead they sold us smart STB worth Rupees 2250. Now it's not working even in a bright sunny day. Welcome to the Smart world of @Airtel_Presence. Redress please

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your data speed on pincode 784104 has been very down. Its near 20Kbps. Not a 4G experience. Please do something.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence my STB of #Airteldth is not working and your technician said it needs replacement. 3 days have been passed and the same has not yet been replaced. Extremely poor and unsatisfactory service by you @airtelindia

    @airtelindia in ur ads you claim that your network is best even at indoors! But that's not the case I'm facing call drops & connectivity issues since 4-5 months. Even after raising complaints it has not been resolved. Either u change ur claim or resolve the issue.

    Today finally i switched my network from @airtelindia to @reliancejio not just because of its internet speed or connectivity but also because of its customer care service. It seems that Airtel shutdown its customer care service. -1/3

    Yesterday, I have recharged my Airtel number but I'm not able to call anyone or use the internet service. Have been trying to reach them but they are not picking up the call. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI . . Same incident happened with my relative.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Is your airtel now governmented? Which does not solve any problem. One has to go 10 times to activate a SIM. Your service is very useless. @kavinbm

    @airtelindia is this how you manage to achieve 0 complaints mark? I've raised over 20 complaints regarding my bill dispute and had a conversation with so many 121 assisters, supervisors, appellate, modal officer but yet there has been no call back or solution provided.
