@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I can quote the employees names A engeeneer, his team leader, store manager and many more. Seriously this way Airtel treat the new customers. I had applied on 10th Jan it's being 35 days, DTH installed but not activated, No body is answering calls.

If u have network issue like call drop or facing issue on call while have ur internet running perfectly and try to complaint @airtelindia, they take 28days to solve the issue.. Woww amazing service by @airtelindia

@airtelindia I need to update my GST number in my billing profile. It's a simple process, but it took 2 months. During that time, I couldn't use your internet service. Now, you're asking me to pay 2 months of internet fees before you change my billing profile. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Yes. Bcz noone cant even get new connection from your service. One of fhe Worst decision ever I done is choosing ur network for MNP. Soon will bounce back to Jio or BSNL.

@airtelindia One of the #worst service provider. Priority complain 10138270396 lodge but not action. Called 6 times their customer and spoke to the senior supervisor.Either they disconnect the call or give false commitment. Issue not resolved in the end. Pathetic service and Cheaters! #TRAI

@airtelindia It's time I switch to Jio! Extremely poor network services. Subscribed to 100mbps, getting hardly 5mbps. When mentioned about low speed test, customer care asks me if I am testing near the wi-fi router or not. Absurd.
