@airtelindia I was prmsed by Mr Rahul Singh- Customer service advisor and Rohit- Customer service advisor that a person will visit today & replace my modem by 6pm. No one came and no technician called. Cancel my connection and refund my installation charges & 1month charges Rs589

@Airtel_Presence By opting 4 @airtelindia I probably hv agreed to be tortured by your team. First thing done by your techician was to get my TV remote n find out the completion code and cancel my ticket. tho the Issue still remains.(1/2)
