    I laughed when I first saw your ad with ambition to bring down complaints to zero. But in last couple of months I lodged 3 complaints, installed Airtel Xstream and was completely amazed by efficiency and turnaround time to resolve complaints. Way to go guys. Gr8 work @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Mayur vihar phase 3, Delhi has a severe network issue of slowest internet speed . It is continuing regularly problem, u not upgraded your tower infrastructure. cheating customers by charging full amount, knowing the issue. @TRAI

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, please fire your “Customer Care Specialist” staff. They are dumber than the IVR service. Save yourself some money and customers’ frustration. I met two useless specialists today who forgot their brains at home.
