    Third class service. Unprofessional staff and sales guy. Dont buy this service. I had worst experience with this company. I have paid 2001 for Airtel Black and really it is like Black. Awaited DTH.Received Part service .No Response from sales team @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. From yesterday the router provided by you is not switching on. Your assigned technician didn't came yesterday and today iam getting sms that they will come on 4thmay to fix it. called 4times to ur support but nothing happened. Please check

    @airtelindia I am from Banharishpur, Panchla, Howrah, West Bengal. 4g tower within 500 mts. Unable to use Internet. I visit my home about every 3 months and raise a complaint. Every time it is 15 days time. Every time I come back, I have to raise new complaint again🙄
