    What a pathetic internet service from @airtelindia — the connection keeps disconnecting all the time. If you can charge customers for every single month without fail, then you should also deduct charges for the days your service doesn’t even work properly.

    @AirtelIndia Complaint: IR pack Rs.5,999 on XXXXXX3013 (USA/Houston) sold without checking device compatibility. OnePlus phone refuses stable network despite IR active & all troubleshooting steps. Request full refund + explanation. Escalation to TRAI/consumer forum if unresolved.

    Still no resolution from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After 16 years as a customer, this is honestly disappointing. Repeated false commitments, zero accountability, & 3 days wasted waiting for installation. Maybe it’s finally time to move on from Airtel Black. @jagograhakjago
