    Forgot to say I am eagerly waiting to work as a volunteer in porting all #jiousers in my area to other network users and at least they will be happier and won't suffer for more than six months just like me @JioCare #willtryairtel @airtelindia any assurances for our area

    @airtelindia am an user of airtel postpaid am getting worst service in the area(Tenali)which a prime town in Andhra Pradesh,I have made several requests before also but there is no change in the connection speeds(indoor/outdoor) never expected this from airtel

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Hi Team, has raised service request multiple times saying that not able to pay electricity bill through Airtel thanks app. Didn't received positive response from your team and closing the service requests without resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Poor network in A.T.Agraharam, Guntur...While diagnosing the mobile for network issues through the #AirtelThanks app, it couldn't find any sim in my handset..Open network system shows of very good signal but infact it is not.

    Its showing 4g but there is no at least one point of signal this is worst network I ever seen before please rectify this's problem the net speed was too poor & week calling signals @airtelindia 🙏 @JioCare is 100% better then airtel its fact

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence someone called from 9345862357 claiming airtel agent and asking to to upgrade the plan as the data speed will go down from next week in my area. She is asking to pay to her prsnl upi I'd. Plz look into this and I dnt wnt to upgrade to any new plan.!

    @airtelindia The customers who uses INR 1000 mobile phones to just get connected with their loved ones they always complaining about the poor voice quality, @ViNewsOfficial IDEA 2G network also have same problem voice cracking. Hope @trai will treat this matter on priority basis.

Airtel had solved the issue. and i have received my network and recharge amount back to my number. 27 days To solve a customer issue is a long time. If the same trend continues #airtel is going to be in trouble to retain customers.

    India’s internet has been officially split into two classes, and the announcement came from .@airtelindia itself. Postpaid users now get “priority 5G.” Prepaid users get whatever is left on the same towers, the same spectrum, the same network. The deciding factor is not technology, not infrastructure, not even fairness. It is the size of your monthly bill. The most dangerous part is not the policy itself, it is the precedent. Once a tiered internet gets normalised in India, every telecom in the market will follow the playbook. First speed will be sold, then app access, then connectivity itself. The open internet that built digital India will disappear quietly, one corporate announcement at a time. Public spectrum is being sliced by wallet size, and the regulator has not said a word. .@Dot_India @JM_Scindia silence is not neutrality, it is complicity.

    Very disappointed with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia service. I paid ₹1500 for Airtel Xstream Fiber+ dth. Your technician visited & cancelled the connection saying there's no signal availability in my area. I was promised a refund within 2 days. Now it has been more than 11 days
