  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence someone called from 9345862357 claiming airtel agent and asking to to upgrade the plan as the data speed will go down from next week in my area. She is asking to pay to her prsnl upi I'd. Plz look into this and I dnt wnt to upgrade to any new plan.!

  @Airtel_Presence Lol, what "future network upgrades"? Your network was all fine for past 14 years from Oct2007 to Oct2021. Then u shut off a tower for "reducing expenses" & our entire area is suffering frm past 14 months! Care to explain why u shut off a tower? Turn it back ON now! @airtelindia

U keep closing Service Req without solving problem & without even asking me. Not recd a single call yet! See DM!
