    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You were the top network provider at a time but I don't know know why you people are not providing good network. Very bad network coverage...Very much offset by your performance. Kindly do some homework.

    @airtelindia Earlier it used to automatically deduct money and increase the validity of my number. Now it doesn't. I recharged myself but it didn't take. Emailed to 123 but they said they can't respond as my email is not registered. What do I do? Please help.

    @airtelindia Shame on you AIRTEL... Have been a satisfied mobile connection customer for years and thought the same wud carry forward by switching to your broadband for home internet. Installed yesterday and it's been FOUR TIMES since then that I have no internet connectivity...

    after watching so many ads about better network and net speed opted for airtel platinum plan but now I'm getting same speed as prepaid there is no difference in network at all with postpaid. what's point of getting airtel postpaid @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia The minimum amount to recharge to send a normal message is Rs.129. It is very bad and this is cause of reducion in airtel customer. @TRAI Please take action.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm your airtelblack customer and this is 2nd time my BB is down in past 3 days. Last time it took 7hrs to restore the connection. Your customer care doesn't believe in escalating the situation. How am i supposed to work with this down time??
