    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You were the top network provider at a time but I don't know know why you people are not providing good network. Very bad network coverage...Very much offset by your performance. Kindly do some homework.

    @airtelindia my wifi connection has been down for 48 hours & there is no resolution yet.. This is really frustrating.Your engineers are not picking up call. Yesterday they said box needs to be fixed & maintenance team is not coming. Airtel black service request no. 11030726111

    This is disgusting and every 4 days I faced same issue. @airtelindia please hire good engineers as we pay thousands for a month and you providing useless service. Else looks to switch @jio_fiber @JioCare

    @airtelindia I have been using your service for more than 3 years and this is the worst experience I'm facing. I have an active 5G unlimited pack and my phone was connected to the 5G network all throughout the day, yet the data quota was being used by 4G quota.

    What if you’re moving in the next 2 days? Where do one keep the router and go? And then they will continuously keep calling from different numbers all day long and disturb you like you have no work. This is really horrible and a way to not allow disconnection @airtelindia

    The customer care will not help. Give you multiple offers even after you continuously tell them about wanting to close the connection. Then they will make ask you to call them back after somehow getting hold of them on call @airtelindia
