One of the worst broadband providers I’ve experienced—poor connectivity, no accountability, and endless follow-ups with no resolution. The Wi-Fi is absolute crap. Enough is enough

Wire was cut, the technician came after 3 days, fixed the wire but not the internet, and promised to return and never did. Stopped picking calls. Then customer care promised a fix in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. I live outside India. This connection is how I talk to my parents. A week of silence because nobody at Airtel closes what they open. Fix it by tomorrow or I am cancelling and moving to another provider.

I'm without internet and no proper resolution has been provided. Please escalate this and resolve it.
