    @airtelindia Worst Customer Care I have ever experienced. They don’t want to give the solution only give grammar. Complaint given at leaf 20 times and every time got the reply within 24 hours it will be rectified and that 24 hours is still going.

    @airtelindia I have taken connection of xtream fibre and it is not working from last 4 days. There is no response from your team. Please check. Caller customer care twice. Not a good service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia New SIM activation and access of network in few hours when you port ... But... To solve network related issues need 8 working days and the Government says promote locals?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Observation - Airtel needs me to pay the bill for weekends but Airtel won't fix fiber LOS on a weekend. Airtel will give a false assurance via tkt tht it will be resolved, but alas tht will be Mirage. It won't even bother to give me an update on it.
