    @Airtel_Presence I can't watch a movie without constant buffering. 2 years at a stretch (2020 and 2021) I didn't face any issues but suddenly 2022 Jan the @airtelindia broadband network weakens and the organisation doesn't give a ****!!! Brilliant job indeed 🙌

    @airtelindia pathetic customer service. You employee verified and noted my permanent address when I took your black plan. And now when I want to discontinue your team says that the address is incomplete and hence disconnection request cannot be taken.@jagograhakjago @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia Hi, Nobody is attending the complaint 10045352052. Our business is stopped since yesterday due to no internet. Pathetic service. Got many fault promises from airtel like, will be resolved with in 2 hrs. Etc. No one has contacted yet.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I placed a request for fiber upgradation some 20 days bk. The first order was cancelled without servicing. They raised second order. Nothing happened. I am your Airtel Black customer as well. Pathetic service. Order number 21-18591983240.

    I raised the request to shift my broadband connection. It has been 4 days but no assistance provided by Airtel. It made loss for me, bcoz I am on work from home. So today I have to raised another request for disconnection. Worst service by #Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence.
