    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You were the top network provider at a time but I don't know know why you people are not providing good network. Very bad network coverage...Very much offset by your performance. Kindly do some homework.

    @airtelindia you have been promoting and advertising Airtel Black all these days with promise of dedicated support etc etc .. placed an order for jointing black and a new xtreme Fibernet … 5 days and no one has contacted me for details on connection , pathetic service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India Looks like Airtel has L1 team which replies to the message and ask DM after that they forgot what the issue was DOT can we SLA based solution in place so that if an issue is not solved within specified SLA telecom operator should pay
