    @airtelindia kindly help for a better network we have tower in Ben Tiyari village Chakiya district Chaundali Uttar Pradesh but network is very bad and no one is ready to resolve it many complaints already raised

    @airtelindia @airtelnews What a terrible service you are giving. Since yesterday evening at 5 PM the WiFi has been down and it still hasn’t come back. Neither can wecontact Airtel customer care nor get the engineer’s contact details. How long will this issue take to be resolved

    @airtelindia What's the matter with your Internet services in Goregaon East, Mumbai. It is nearing 24 hours and there has been no resolution. Feels a bunch of autobots respond to every call with the same 1 liner message, only the timing to fix being extended???

    I cancld my addon services from @airtelindia using app, got a msg after 2 days, that my service has been renewed. I tried calling customer care, ivr on every submenu keep on presenting my current bill details and at end of sub menus of 5-6 levels it asked raise complaint on app

    @airtelindia No signal in Bahrain from last 1 month on my Airtel SIM, though roaming pack is active. It was working earlier. Tried manual selection (STC Bahrain) but no network. This is a backend issue. Need urgent HLR reset / roaming refresh. Stop generic replies.

    @airtelindia the Internet speed in U Block (Pin Code: 122002), Gurgaon is very pathetic please address the issue quickly, the speed sometime goes down to 2 mbps Thanks

    @airtelindia One of the most useless network in India named Airtel provide 2G speed in 4G slot Multiple report and giving multiple date like hearing in court. I am totally dissatisfied with this 2 major duopoly company fooling Indian people. The money is wasted.

    @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn Can anyone help me as a customer of airtel who paid for a service and now I as a customer have to reach out to your Service Agents and other people just because they cannot do their work or are on leave. Simple request of IPTV turns heavy work for us
