    @airtelindia Can't I port from other prepaid to Airtel prepaid. Why you insisting customers to port to mandatory postpaid with monthly rental of 500rs. New way of looting customers in this pandemic. @TRAI is there any technical problem??

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, Your 4g service is not working properly and low network presence at 445302 location indoor and outdoor both. I have chosen Airtel because of network presence and good Internet speed but I seems you are lacking behind somewhere.

    @airtelindia Hi, I have ported my sim from another network to Airtel two months back. I am unable to make and receive calls and internet is working intermittently. I have raised 8 SRs on this regard and every SR is closed with out resolution. Request to confirm if you can help me

    @Airtel_Presence how @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ignore appellate complaints? An appellate complaint must receive update within 39 days. Lodged appellate complaint on 09 Apr (CAPPL3BLR20210409804237). No resolution till now and customer care can't do anything. Ridiculous!. check DM
