    @airtelindia worst bloody service. since 3 pm until 11.30 pm now the wifi has not been fixed. instant service is not provided. the pole is right front of my gate and i have a problem. my job goes at stake because of your stupidity. fix it or remove this **** from my house

    Hi @airtelindia - I raised an issue of WI-FI not working on 30th June 2026 -service request 11033930030. The issue is still not resolved and almost for 10 days WI-FI is not working. No luck even after calling customer service. @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence In this Vasai-Virar flood like situation @airtelindia is totally dead, despite my yearly plan & monthly Wi-Fi. Regretting my choice! Thankfully @reliancejio is working fine—had to buy a 3-day Jio data pack just to get online & complain about Airtel’s terrible service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can’t believe you guys. No reply to the DM, No resolution provided even after calling numerous times. Your service is pathetic. I really hope @TRAI does something about the ways you are handling the matters .

    @airtelindia Wi-Fi has been down since yesterday, and this happens for at least 2–3 days every month. We are charged for the full month, but even a one-day payment delay results in penalties. Please resolve this issue and provide an adjustment for the service outage.

    Now days Airtel is very bad in all services. No network in mumbai kandivali west . Trying to consult to airtel office . There are only bots ,no any consult person in their company. There are No any network From last night . #airtel @airtelindia
