    @airtelindia I have been your customer for more than a decade now. However,as your service and customer handling went from good to bad to worse, I changed from postpaid to prepaid. Now I have limited daily data so I recharged for the expensive data packs which do not seem to work

    @airtelindia What kind of service do you provide? Disgusting! My recharge was valid till 24 January 2021, but the SIM card got blocked today, three days before! What is this rubbish? I think it's time for me to shift to another service provider

    Why is @airtelindia making it difficult for customers to reach their cust care execs? My 1GB/day finishes even before I get to use it, for the last two days. I can't find a way to contact CC or get a solution on the Airtelthankless app.
