  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wife lost her phone and is trying to block her number.. it’s impossible to connect to your customer care.. the lost phone option jus has replace sim .. there is no option to talk to customer care.. pathetic service..

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been using 8484874208 since last 4 years. The servise is getting worst day by day. From last 3-4 months there is no network for 6 hours a day. If I pay my bill late you charge late fees. Should the rule for airtel not be same??

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since 2 days fiber is down because you are "upgrading the network" . Everytime you have to carry this out on working days ? ****** insensitive bunch. Only sending automated msgs, no human touchpoint.
