    In all, I think, @airtelindia is doing a much better job at it. I'm really impressed with the services after experiencing other major service provider in India. I believe, government of India should take steps to let other competitors flourish for better results for consumers.

    @airtelindia My issue is not resolved since a week. All details are shared via DM to @Airtel_Presence. If any senior customer care representative is reading this then please look in to the matter. This type of lousy service is not expected from a brand like Airtel.

    @arunbothra @airtelindia complaints regarding slow network connection gets closed automatically without any resolution. When I reopen it, that also gets closed automatically without any resolution. And the cycle continues each time I raise a complaint.
