    @airtelindia Worst NETWORK I raised several complaint many times but They don't care about customer services and I think they intentionally do that

    1st experience with @airtelindia & it’s already terrible. Paid customer. Technician sent without an appointment. Executive spoke rudely coz I couldn’t provide an OTP while driving, then hung up on me when I called out his behaviour.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia facing internet service down during day time for the past 3 days, saying some scheduled activity. Can't you do the activity during night when india sleeps? How to get the refund for the lost time ?

    Disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service. 4th major Fiber & Mobile outage in 6 months. Issues are lazily "resolved" remotely without sending a field engineer, only to crash again. 24hrs downtime kills office productivity. Need a permanent fix now!
