Dear @airtelindia in my village Gahmar Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh which is largest village in Asia were Airtel users are not able to use internet because of poor connection that why lots of airtel user are changing their airtel sim into other companies so please work on this .

@airtelindia I need to downgrade my Airtel Xtreme plan to 499 as I will be the only one using it now. There is no way to do it on Airtel app as there is no option for 499 there. Neither I can reach any real human being to talk on Airtel Customer care regarding this. Please assist
