    Dear @airtelindia in my village Gahmar Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh which is largest village in Asia were Airtel users are not able to use internet because of poor connection that why lots of airtel user are changing their airtel sim into other companies so please work on this .

    @airtelindia Worst NETWORK I raised several complaint many times but They don't care about customer services and I think they intentionally do that

    @sayantani_de @airtelindia Airtel has worst network support. But that's for @JM_Scindia that we don't have any other network provider other than Airtel. But yeah I would say Airtel is more than worse.

    As per your team @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the internet connection is fine but your router is not transmitting internet which is where the technician has to come to inspect the router, because in the entire building no one is facing internet issues.

    @airtelindia Pathetic network. No customer service available. Lodged complaints multiple times for poor network. But the issue gets resolved from your end without any resolution. Customer care can't be connected. Simply disgusting

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had to waste 1 hour today just to speak to your customer care team managers prasadh and venu who had informed me the technician would visit 4 pm but he never came he never bothered to contact as well

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband has been completely down for 3 days and your technician is ignoring my calls. The worst part? This exact same issue keeps repeating every 10-15 days for the last 2 months! . Need a permanent fix,plz dnt behave like ola scooter service

    Airtel @airtelindia @bhartinews I have been complaining for the last 15 days about my internet issue, but nothing has been resolved. Your representatives either disconnect calls, make false promises, or keep saying “it will be fixed in 4 hours,” “within 24 hours,” or “an engineer will visit, yet nothing happens. When selling a connection, your team arrives immediately. When a customer faces a problem, they are harassed instead. If you cannot provide proper service, please disconnect and take back your connection. I don’t want a service that doesn’t respect its customers. #Airtel #CustomerService #BroadbandIssue
