    @airtelindia Worst NETWORK I raised several complaint many times but They don't care about customer services and I think they intentionally do that

    Dear @airtelindia in my village Gahmar Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh which is largest village in Asia were Airtel users are not able to use internet because of poor connection that why lots of airtel user are changing their airtel sim into other companies so please work on this .

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointing experience. Your sales team visited for installation, promised certain offers, and after we suspended the service, we were told the refund would be processed. It’s already been 30 days, but the refund hasn’t even been initiated.

    @airtelindia I ported my number from another network to Airtel. The porting process was completed at 11 PM last night, but I am still unable to make outgoing calls. The Airtel store is closed on Sundays. Please resolve this issue immediately and activate the outgoing service.

    I switched from prepaid to postpaid, and my data ran out yesterday. Customer care says they can’t tell me how much data I’ve used, the app doesn’t show it, and I can’t even buy a data top-up. So how am I supposed to know my usage? @airtelindia

    I recharged with the ₹349 plan, but my 5G is still not working. It shows 5G on my phone, but the internet stops working as soon as my 2GB daily data is exhausted. Please check the issue and help me activate the 5G data benefits on my number. @airtelindia
