    Dear @airtelindia in my village gahmar Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh which is the largest village in Asia there is soo bad internet connection of airtel so please work on this issue .

    @airtelindia Worst NETWORK I raised several complaint many times but They don't care about customer services and I think they intentionally do that

    Dear @airtelindia in my village Gahmar Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh which is largest village in Asia were Airtel users are not able to use internet because of poor connection that why lots of airtel user are changing their airtel sim into other companies so please work on this .

    @Airtel_Presence 6d after making them know my proble even they have my mobile number in DM as asked by them still no resolution and they haven't pick the closed connection fibre/modem this is worse in this scenario @airtelindia going down for reason

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Trying to connect with CC exe for the last 1 hr as mobile internet is not working in my postpaid no. Interesntigly, neither 121 nor 198 connects with any executive. After paying bills timely, getting such pathetic service is disgusting.

    With no wifi service since the 19th May 2026. Multiple connects with the customer service team. engineer scheduled 2-3 times. None turned up ever. Fed up, placed disconnection request. "Backend" cancelled without consulting. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Consumercourt #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Can you people behave little attentive or best in your segment anytime by any chance. Everytime the false promises you give in your so called “AIRTEL THANKS APP”,which is the worst btw, and not to follow timelines not even single time? Followed up.

    @airtelindia - I recharged with unlimited 5g access, Though I am having the 5G network, the data is limited to till 2GB. How is it possible??? Are you cheating customers????

    Airtel has become horrible from the past few weeks. Can't make calls, no incoming calls getting connected. Funny part is even customer care num 121 doesn't go beyond first set of recorded options. Ridiculous. Porting out could be better. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I was charged excess 1000 even when i had international roaming plan active. When checked the details in the bill the number if minutes charged extra does not match with details. None of your agents are able to help me with details and the service request raised gets resolved
