@airtelindia I received such a worst service from airtel shop.I went to buy a new connection. I have e aadhar card as well as on digi locker .But airtel service person declined to give me new connection.And told that that e aadhar and digi locker aadhar is invalid for connection.

@ViCustomerCare It's surprising for me that my wife is using 4G network from @airtelindia from the very same room whereas I can't use even 2G network speed from you guys. I feel sorry for myself as I am using 2 VI connections at the moment and not able to use any one of them. #Pathetic

@AirtelFiber @airtelindia Airtel fiber is not giving base plan in my city. I want base plan of 499 for 6 month asa per t&c of my Airtel app. They are just forcing too take 799 plan for just 3 month. I want base plan for 3 month. Airtel is not giving transparency to its customer.
