@airtelindia @airtelnews tried all possible ways to someone from Airtel look into this. Customer care Center are most likely not managed and run by Airtel - can’t blame those poor executives providing a scripted answer every time you call.

@airtelindia I ordered a UPS from the app and there is no provision to track the order without calling the customer care. It has been 5 days and literally no response from anyone to know when will the UPS be delivered or installed.

@airtelindia then someone on 9th, when as “per policy” my plan change should have happened, repeated the same script again - they will escalate this issue and someone will reach out to me. Meanwhile I emailed nodal officer as well and guess what - exactly same scripted message.
