really disappointed in Airtel response. Have logged a complaint for last 10 days for Airtel BB. Since last 24 hrs no connection, but nobody at @airtelindia is bothered. Is this acceptable in these times when everyone is working from home??

@ConsumerWelfare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence That's the problem, We can't sms with charge of ₹1/sms in that pack To send sms,we will have to reachrge atleast of ₹129 which gives unlimited calls and SMS for a month Telecom operators cleverly scamming people in India You should raise this issue with higher authorities
