    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Gonna switch to @reliancejio or vi due to pathetic service by you. I recharged a wrong number and let them known immediately. Now after 3 days they responded nothing can be because the recharge was done 3 days ago. Were you guys sleeping?

    @airtelindia My number does not exist in your system. I did a recharge for rs 2999 on 10th October 2022. Can you please help me enable my number? Customer care number won't work because it asks for a number which doesn't exist in the system.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Airtel is not able to provide customers sevices as my broadband is down since 4-5 hrs even escalating no one responding and my official work is pending due to this, pathetic service, local ISP's service is much better than Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence I did whatever was advised by your team & even replaced the sim, but still the problem persist. Ur technical team is not ready to listen what I had discussion with your network provider in Burundi!!! It seems @airtelindia is overwhelmed with no of customer to address these issues
