    @airtelindia your bot in airtel thanks app says to call or WhatsApp to +91 99100 99100 but again when I pinged in WhatsApp it says “raise queries relevant to the service that you use”. What kind of AI your are using. Please hire someone to create your bots.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dynamic Bridge mode enabled but ONT isn’t passing PPPoE on any LAN port. Internet down 5 hours. PPPoE fails even from PC - WAN service is misconfigured. Need NOC to fix INTERNET profile, enable IPv4, and clear PPPoE session. No response from the team
