Disappointed by the services of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Looks like they have fired their entire call centre staff and now the entire customer support is handled by IVR. No human to talk to and explain the matter even though I am an airtel black customer.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I applied for new fibre connection of airtel xtreme fibre on 13.02.2023 in Ranchi,JH. Till today no connection given to me. The main issue is the engineer is denying to give connection his name is Mukesh by giving illogical reason.
