@airtelindia - I have made 3 emails and 5 calls to customer care just to make a change in broadband billing period. Yet no resolution. have you. guys so taken customers for granted that your cust care stafff does not even respond to emails ? Worst service

I stay in very good locality in Bengaluru, here @BSNLCorporate 3G is faster than @airtelindia 4G. Not able to load simple web page using airtel internet and they not solved issue even after raising complaint more than 6 months. Very pathetic service with high cost.
