    Hi, @airtelindia It’s been 10 days since my query was assigned to the @Airtel_Presence person. Till now, I didn’t receive any update from them. Request you to look into this ASAP. As my financial transactions got stuck due to mobile numbers not working for OTP.

    @airtelindia I am currently in international roaming Ivory Coast and I am just using airtel for sms and incoming call.I get full range .I was receiving call and otp.I have enough balance also around 1k but as of now I am not even receiving any otp or call. What’s wrong.Fix it plz

    @airtelindia pathetic and useless service. Following up since two days to reactive my old connections. Modem and router are with me but no response yet. Now planning to move to other provider after 6 yrs..
