    But if you want to shift from prepaid to postpaid they make it super easy. @airtelindia will even send a person home to do it for you. If you want to port to another network, they won't refund the security deposit immediately.

    @Airtel_Presence Pls do something regarding network coverage optimization. Don't say DM etc. DM was used for Personal details such as mobile no. There is no option to register complaint on @airtelindia website. 198 very is busy, Appellate level no is chargeable. How to complaint? Cc @DoT_India

    @airtelindia worst service provider in the country. Waiting for 1 year, Internet not working, on landline, no optical fibre upgrade. Every time I call- “order pending”. Now not paid for 1 month, get a call every day for payment., first time I delayed. PS Chandra 9013605782

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When I contacted the customer support today, they clearly mentioned that there was no such request was made and I should wait for another 10 days to get my refund.

    @airtelindia Hi I am facing issue with the dth as getting no signal but when I have called customer care they are asking for charges this is not my fault I have recharged paying you for the services please resolve if not please take disconnection request
