    @airtelindia I am pretty sure that I prepaid for my internet connection, and since I don't use it anymore, DO NOT charge me. Please cancel my connection. Airtel Xstream Fiber ID: 040102383153_ap Stop charging me, since I don't have access to the router anyway.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've an activated ongoing unlimited calling & data pack along with daily 100 sms . But when I'm trying to send a message it's not getting delivered by stating no enough balance. What kind of service is this for customer since 2011?

    @airtelindia, fraudsters has courage to send phising message on WhatsApp now only because they don't fear @MumbaiPolice , @CPMumbaiPolice , and I m not going to file complaint in police station, it's up to you to take direct action against fraudsters

    @airtelindia sending Xstreme fiber service disruption msg for 4 hr downtime every week does not qualify as good customer service. If ur n/w goes down for 4-6 hours every few days then you don't deserve to operate as ISP. Location: Western Pune
