@airtelindia Fiber speed is good for one floor only . Improve wifi range issue as nobody gets wifi range in all rooms .There is miscommunication between customer care and technician as technician says no to install wifi extender at my house after approval by customer care

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am unable to make calls after a recharge of 3997 on IR. Your team suggested sumthin and now my network is also completely gone. I am stuck with a phone on the road and connected to an open wifi. Your team not responding on whatsapp too.

Very pathetic response on IVR 121. When you promise that Zero Complaints. We now know where this comes from Airtel does not provide a Complaint Number for unplanned outage which is totally against the TRAI guidelines. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
