    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Since when was the broadband shifting request was considered as broadband disconnection request? Highly disappointed in the service. Customer support is an icing on the cake who are trying to prove their recklessness.

    @airtelindia really one of the worst service, I visited Ramamurthy Nagar coustomer reason my sim was not getting signal.. They told me to replace sim & i agreed to replace. Now that sim is not working in iphone 11. Again revisted they told 6 times

    @Airtel_Presence I done MNP from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia. Sim activation not completed in india, As per showroom confirm I made MNP. Currently I'm in Germany, Now it went wrong and I don't have signal to activate the sim. Kindly help for activation of the MNP sim.

    Worst experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence mobility Postpaid plan 499, after paying 600 per month only getting 1 mbps.
