    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence, I recharged my number today, balance is reflecting on my account but I am still unable to make calls. I tried reaching out to customer care using 121, 198, UPEast customer care no, airtel thanks app but nothing has worked so far. Pls help here.

    @airtelindia @Rohanrm2013 Airtel black is a FRAUDULENT service. As per my plan1349, data is 210GB, but in app, it shown as 195GB. Regarding this issue, I have been following and sending mail for last 5 days. My issues are still persist.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel nowadays becomes totally a fraud company. I have bought Xtreme Fiber 3 months ago and at that time they told me that I'll get voice calling services free after 3 months and now they are conning me by saying it takes 2 more months for this service.

    Durgesh is a rude person, he has been yelling in front of cx at a new agent & has a very harsh tone, I escalated this wit Preeti d store manager bt she seemed too casual abt it & so was Durgesh wen I told him at MNP, I hv been a legend customer and moving my biz to @airtelindia

    Very pathetic services from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in #Mumbai. My area faces outage 10 days a month and this is happening every month and guess what? They do charge for the full month. Time to switch to #JioFiber
