    @airtelindia cant believe its 2026 & u expect customers to go almost a week without Wifi in Delhi! Every day an engineer is assigned, he visits, does nothing, says it’ll be fixed the next day & then stops picking up calls. Fix this or just disconnect my connection at this point!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews It's incredibly frustrating when you're busy and your work is affected by poor internet service. I've complained several times in the past, but the resolution hasn't been any better.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence that qe tried reaching you multiple times. Could you please look into DTH sulport team. I guess it is outsourced. When I had registered DTH complaints earlier, they closed Service request without visit, without doing anything /2

    @airtelindia @airtel Why is it a pain to shift my connection. In the app it shows correct address but engineer says he has got wrong location, needs to be changed by customer care. Customer care is cutting my call after I talk to AI bot for 2 min. Please resolve and expedite….

    Hi @airtelindia FastLane label issue has been pending despite escalation to the Appellate Authority. Instead of investigation updates, I'm receiving generic template replies, including emails referring to the wrong mobile number. Please have my case reviewed properly
