    After 8 days @airtelindia is telling me about the restoration of broadband service. Where as I had already requested for disconnecting on 4th June. Good loot by @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hi Team, I have raised an issue almost a month before on X and customer says they will look into it. Now its been 15 days and I still have dead network. Monthly bill will generate soon. Shall I pay my bill or not? As I didnt use Airtel service.

    A friend raised a service request with @airtelindia to switch from postpaid to Prepaid. Request was raised with a service request number and a resolution time of 48 hours. In those 48 hours, Airtel made probably 50+ calls to the customer and then cancelled the postpaid to prepaid request on its own. The kind of scams telcos like Airtel runs for postpaid customers is why customers have trust issues and people prefer prepaid. Not to forget the efforts customer will have to take to switch back to Prepaid by visiting their gallery and harassment with over 50+ calls by the company again. Terrible.

    How can I run out of data even though I have a 5G unlimited plan? This has happened before. My network is also rolling out to 5G++. Then there was no benefit for me in taking the yearly plan of Rs 3599.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Even after lapses of more than 10 days airtel couldn't get my issue resolved and my problem of shifting of wifi connection still persists and this affected my working also. Really disappointing and pathetic services from Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence WiFi not working for last few hours. Calling your Helpdesk numbers gives an automated message that there is issue on WiFi. When is this likely to be fixed. City - Bangalore.

    when i recharged for "Unlimited 5G" but still stuck with 2GB/day limit despite 5G coverage . This is misleading. Your support team has no clear answers, it's been 3 days. Why call it unlimited when it's not? Kindly fix the issue @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Airtel
