    To anyone considering Airtel Wi-Fi: think twice. Their service shifting experience has been one of the worst I've had. Also, let me know how I can formally escalate or register a complaint against this poor service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews my Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since yesterday. Customer care keeps saying it's an "area outage" and keeps extending the ETA. However, nearby Airtel connections are working fine.

    @airtelindia i face network issue since two months many complain raised but issue not resolved yet. Kya yahi hai @true5G , @airtelnews inko jra bhi customer ka parbah nahi hai. Internet to fir bhi door ki baat hai normal voice call bhi nahi ho pati hai.

    @airtelindia, what a complete mess. Your sales team will say anything to get a customer to pay. I booked Airtel Fiber only after your sales representative, Nanda, confirmed multiple times over WhatsApp and on a call that wired Fiber was available at my location. I have screenshots of those commitments. Today, I took time off work and waited for the installation. I asked for a 9 AM visit. Your engineers turned up around 12:30 PM, only to tell me that wired Fiber doesn’t exist at my location, only AirFiber does. They didn’t even bring a router. So what exactly was the purpose of this visit besides wasting my time? To make it worse, the engineer’s response was essentially, “We’re not Airtel employees, we don’t know.” Customer care says one thing, the sales team promises another, and the field team knows nothing. No accountability. No coordination. Just customers being passed around. I chose Airtel because I’m already an Airtel Black customer and expected better. Instead, I got false commitments, wasted hours, and absolutely no resolution. Stop sending scripted apologies. Escalate this to someone who can actually fix it. I want to know who is accountable for taking my payment based on incorrect information and what Airtel is going to do about it. @airtelindia #Airtel #AirtelBlack

    @airtelindia Even after having an unlimited 5G recharge plan and having an excellent 5G network coverage, why the hell is my daily data limit of 2gb getting used and I can't use my 5G unlimited data. You guys are just scamming people at this point.
