Dear @airtelindia Either provide us a good network and internet speed or reduce the tariff prices. You charged us more before @reliancejio came into picture for 1GB per month with 2G speed. And charging us more now for the same 2G speed. #airtel #airtel4g

@PradeepHardikar I switched from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia and really sad to state that the customer support is equally disappointing at airtel as well. I guess, they are all the same at the core
