    @airtelindia I have been having wifi issue since yesterday. Your app and your support teams are ****. I have made 5 calls and everytime I call, they say its a temp outage and it will be resolved in 4hrs which is what your chat on Airtel thanks also says.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence still i am not aware about the issue and whether internet eill be restored. It is important as my wife has lost 2 working days due to this issue. It is causing financial and mental distress

    Take it back @airtelindia whats the point of buying 500mbps plan when speed is 20-30mbps you technician changes wire take code and move on instead of analysing the problem root cause and fixing
