    Disappointed by Airtel’s service.I cannot even speak to someone on a call properly nor use any apps due to internet issues.I had complained airtel service about this 4 months back and they said they’ll resolve it within two days but still no progress #AirtelDown @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Why down time? You are charging more then @reliancejio fiber.with out free trial, why we have to wait ? If down time happen you should have to give customer extra day after plan validity as penalty..

    @airtelindia @airtelbank I've been writing mails since 4 days now regarding my inactive Fastag. Getting no solution from any of the customer care executive and getting charged double everyday #airtelbanksucks Looks like i need to switch to @PaytmBank for Fastag now.
