It is day 3 and @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are unable to do any of the following: 1. reinstate a connection in safe custody 2. Acknowledge emails forget resolving the issue 3. provide a definite time to resolve 4. provide any escalation.They talk about "next level" services.
