    my pack for the day gets wasted also on a normal day the fiber speed is like a hell , airtel 4g mobile data speed is far much better and consistent. Data speed lowers down in the same room if you are 2 mts away from the router! It sucks! Return my money @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia my broadband shifting request is still not done even after 48 hrs. I'm in this new place without internet connection. Absolutely unacceptable situation. No response from customer care either.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence DSL was down twice within 30mins of interval. When tried to call 198, it’s connecting to #BSNL customer care. What’s happening 🙄😬

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence either the Airtel Bank is a fraudulent setup, or your cashback schemes are an eyewash. Neither, the Customer Care nor the Stores have any idea of the product. Customer Care asks me to contact the Store, & the Store asks me to contact Customer Care.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Another day also completed and issue not yet fixed.. it's 5th day of fiber broadband disconnected and Airtel is Sleeping as we have already paid in advance for the rental. Think before going for Airtel broadband.

    @airtelindia giving DTH setup box black in Rs. 1500 if ur @Airtel_Presence broadband customer but @airtelnews social media team asking me to pay 2600 and not allowing me to upgrade my setup box. Whole system is collapse and top level of corruption. Pls do needful

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Shame on you folks. Airtel's ad shows they have this 0 complaints policy for customer and strive towards it. Fraud. Even when customer reach out to you, atleast respect them and resolve their complaints
