    What's happening to @airtelindia? Poor speed, poor network, poor customer care.. Using airtel broadband for many years, they couldn't provide fibre network yet even in Bangalore! Planning to change provider.

    @airtelindia This is absolutely disgusting scenario as i recharged my prepaid number by 239 .As per Airtel thanks app i should be getting the benifits of 1.5gb data for 28 days but Instead i got only 1gb data for 23days. customer care service have no answer.

    Syed souzan supervisor promised me to resolve this issue in 30 mins and no technician turned up. I waited for 3 hours but no one turned up. It's important to have the internet considering wfh. Please check issue and help me immediately @airtelindia this forcing to shift to #jio
