    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence U r making customer fool u r setup box run only for few months then top working & I have to ask for engineer visit which is very costly more than setup box if I asked for repair reason your setup box poor this is how a company run or making money

    Switched from Jio to Airtel, paid extra for postpaid thinking the network would finally improve but unless I’m connected to WiFi, the internet barely works. And near railway stations or inside trains? Forget even opening a page. Paying premium prices for this? @airtelindia sad!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Black support has become a nightmare. Asked for IPTV migration, but support team incorrectly broke my existing bundle and raised a new DTH request. Customers should not suffer because of incompetent handling. Resolve this urgently.
