    Similar issue i faced recently, but after proper coordination with the airtel customer assistance they fixed issue in very short time, now im happy with airtel services. @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet The issue is still not solved. How much longer will it take for you resolve the issue? Since our new connection, we have been having at least one issue every month. Why? We are seriously considering shifting to @airtelindia

    Now I am not getting replies to my SMS. Wtf is going on? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic network connectivity, pathetic sms delivery, pathetic than @jio. People planning to port OUT FROM jio, please DO NOT PORT INTO AIRTEL. Airtel is THE WORST of these service providers!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence NRI in USA here. My prepaid validity till April 2027 was accidentally wiped out/overwritten when I recharged a new annual plan. Sent email to 121 but need technical team to manually restore my expiry to April 2028. Please DM to help.

    With a duopoly firmly in place, they know they can continue with pathetic service, and customers have very little alternatives. Isn't it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Strength of signal at home is -107 dbm, it is for a long period of time n facing it despite being a priority postpaid customer, please look into the issue and strengthen the signal by installing new tower or boost the signals
