    @airtelindia I want the 4G Data speed not the 2G speed.... And the calls is also getting distortion. Do kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible..

    @airtelindia I bought a new DTH remote just last month because the previous one was malfunctioning. At the time of raising the SR, I was told the charge would be ₹350. Your technician demanded ₹450 and refused to provide service unless I paid it. I had no choice but to pay. Now the new remote has already malfunctioned, and you have the audacity to demand another ₹350? Why should I pay again for a defective replacement—and risk dealing with the same rude and extortionate behaviour from your technician? This is completely unacceptable. Fix this without charging me again, and ensure your technician provides the service professionally.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I disconnected my Airtel Internet service since March 2026 due to poor service from your end after an ongoing issue from Dec 2025 and the router was picked up by ekart from my place. Why I am again getting msg now for router to be picked up.

    @airtelindia we are facing internet and network issue since last 3 yrs. Location Laxmi Nagri pathri road Parbhani. I know there will be no effect of complain, as no tower nearby this premium location..DM me for details @TRAI

    There is a serious Airtel network issue in our area. The network is available only when there is electricity; whenever the power goes out, the network completely disappears. Kindly look into this issue and take necessary action. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What is wrong with ur service? SR was raised yesterday. 1 technician came but no solution. Today 2 technician came in the morning and afternoon. Still no solution. Was asked to wait for 1 more day. And the pathetic inefficient NOC team does not help
