    @airtelindia There is wifi connection at my home, since 3 days wifi is not working, I called Airtel customer service, they are giving assurance that technical team will reach in 2 hours, 4 hours like this, i called them 5 times but nobody came. I am in Nanded City Maharashtra.

    @airtelindia Your internet is not wokring properly at this moment and your are not prvoding service to your customer as of now, we are paying whatever your cost for internet so why are you not providing better serviver.

    Requesting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If you are unable to fulfill the request we discussed, please initiate a cancellation request and arrange for the return of your router. I will move to another ISP service.

    @airtelindia I guess it's time for another premium support & call it "CRAP" becoz your so-called premium support "BLACK" is a black mark on you. A simple case to order a Mesh (SR#10165109857) took 5 days & still no response in spite of involving the appellate authority. Pathetic!

    @airtelindia I remember an ad for airtel zero campaign, but did not realise that the way to achieve that was to sweep everything under the rug. I have raised 3 complaints, thought the #airtelapp and #airtelstore and each time the complaint is closed without any resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence call center #SCAMI spoke with an Airtel agent last month to request safe custody for my broadband service, and the escalation team agreed to waive the associated fees.

    @airtelindia Broadband is not working since 22 april 2023. Issue raised through my airtel app(ticket id: 10166280849), still not resolved.
