    @airtelindia I have taken IPTV connection in April this year and to my surprise the remote is not working no physical damage nothing happened it suddenly stopped by itself... Please consider I am not going to pay anything for this this is daytime loot to customers.

    I raised an Airtel Broadband shifting request on 22 July (Request ID: 10999881612) with the scheduled shifting date of 23 July. The request is still pending with no update. Today, I called customer care to check the status, but I was kept on hold for several minutes @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I've been facing poor network connectivity for the past few weeks. Despite all three of us being on Airtel's annual plans, the service has been disappointing. Please resolve this issue soon, or I'll have to consider switching providers.

    1st experience with @airtelindia & it’s already terrible. Paid customer. Technician sent without an appointment. Executive spoke rudely coz I couldn’t provide an OTP while driving, then hung up on me when I called out his behaviour.

    Hi @airtelindia Even after multiple requests for disconnection & closure of Airtel wifi starting 1.June.2026 there is no resolution & bill is continuously generated & being falsely charged. Initially your CC executives were not willing to close connection and kept wasting time.

    @_aryasna @airtelindia Totally agree! Postpaid call drops are worse than prepaid. Data issues too. Airtel needs to improve.
