  @Airtel_Presence I have been in contact with your customer care team but one has proper TAT. The internet is now down since 2+ days which is more than 50 hrs. Do you think this is professional behaviour from @airtelindia to seat on an issue for these may hours.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If anyone still following this then there is still no progress. The ground team visits and promises to come back in an hour but they never come back! Meanwhile, the backend team marks the ticket as resolved.

  2+ days of no broadband from @airtelindia and still no engineer, no real update — just repeated “wait 24 hours.” This is not service, this is harassment. I’ve already faced income loss because of this negligence. @DoT_India @TRAI please intervene.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it’s been 48 hours since I am facing the same problem. Getting one signal in my phone also, took a screenshot. What shall I do? Shall I port this number to another network or will wait for your answer?
