    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if there is ever a award to be given to most pathetic customer care experience....it should to you. It takes an hours to navigate through the IVR menu before u can talk to a HUMAN, that to be with no solution

    @tarunbansal24 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am sure they are not! They simply close complaints without solving anything. I reached the Nodal Level to get my issue fixed but its same even there. No action, just assurances for a month.

    @airtelindia .. For reopening my paytm payments bank, they want confirmation mail from your side stating my sim activation date & name, That clearly showing my name, email, phone number & activation date.. please let me know your email id for support. Thanks
