    @airtelindia both sms and internet is not working fine since 2 days in my prepaid connection. Mind you this is in Yelahanka Bangalore where everything was working fine until then and when contacting customer care there is only option to raise ticket which says 7 days to resolve.

    Worst worst worst service ever. It's been 5 days, my fiber connection is down and even after giving so many remainders, airtel care haven't resolve the issue. They didn't even assign executive for a site visit to resolve it. Now bye bye airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
