    @airtelindia Internet outage in Rohini, Delhi since yesterday 12 PM. Nearly 24 hours with no service, no real update, and no accountability. Multiple restoration promises have come and gone. Your chatbot only says "we recognize the inconvenience" i lose an entire working day.

    @airtelindia this is absolute worst service. I have decided to file consumer complaint. Im facing daily wifi outages and no one is helping in airtel. @nch1915 please register my complaint against airtel. I demand urgent action and compensation for trouble caused daily

    @airtelindia I think you have not read my issue properly. I said why this information is not shared with me when I was asking for refund on 10th may . Suddenly you people are saying plans with different denominations can be activated simultaneously. I want refund of my money .

    Totally stuck in a bot loop! The Airtel Thanks app has zero options to connect with a human agent for network issues. Internet is down and customer support is completely inaccessible. Fix this connection! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown #CustomerService

    @airtelindia I have recharged mistakenly a number twice amount of Rs. 199 & Rs. 319 at same day i,e 10th may . I called Airtel customer care support for refund but they told me that double recharge will be adjusted on next month.
