    @DoT_India Thnx for your concern as many customers have the same issue as transaction has failed but they don't get their refunds from @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence It's 30 days and i didn't get my refund. Many of customers are not on twitter but they have this issue. No one to care

    @SbSarav @airtelindia Don't bother, just terminate the connection and get a new one, AIRTEL doesnt care about losing it customers. They will close your issue requests without even solving the problem, that's how little they care

    @airtelindia , Internet isn't working since yesterday and technicians visited our lane, i guess no one's internet is working.. On asking about our house no. Fix, they said it is fixed, we're working on another. Well, who confirmed it is fixed when they didn't call didnt ask

    Converted @airtelindia postpaid to prepaid! Better port to any other carrier because zero service for prepaid customers. The IVR options actually don’t work at all! None of the numbers! Just menus which cannot be selected

    @airtelindia Broadband is not working since morning and there is no way to contact other than 121 which just gives you an automated reply with zero assurance and reason. All the office work is halted and doesn't have any idea when it will get fixed.
