@airtelindia @Airtel_ I have to raise conplaint against fraud services provided by Airtel Set top boxes. Every 4 months the remote of box gets non working and i have to order new one. Airtel is cheating customers by not replacing it. Pathetic and worst service. #Airtelchor

@airtelindia Why is the customer denied for eSIM on there existing prepaid sim card? I was told to convert to postpaid and then apply for eSIM. nor is my email id being updated on prepaid sim. I already have a 1yr prepaid plan why should I convert to postpaid for eSIM?

@ViCustomerCare (using idea from past 13+ years )had one of the worst experience ever just to upgrade a sim to 4g it's been a week still unable to activate sim, time to port to @airtelindia 🙏
