Airtel I am fed up with your network. In my area (502291) your network is working averagely from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. after 6 I am unable to make calls I bought complain to your customer care but the issue remains still please help me. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Just giving a 5G layer of network (airtel-ericsson) is a different thing and pure 5G (JIO-indogenuos ) or ATMA NIRBHAR BHARAT , BOTH ARE DIFFERENT, your just trying to make fool of people by giving just a another layer of network on top of 4G And saying 5G, TOTALLY IMPURE

@ViCustomerCare I am having 699 plan. Prime was provided but in just 2-3 months it was cancelled by Vi without any intimation from there end. After reaching customer care they said we cant do anything. Totally frustrated.wasting my money. Soon not resolved, joining @airtelindia

Yeh sahi hai @airtelindia ! Multiple options to reach your customer care when I was prepaid! None when I'm ported to postpaid! PS- I wanna port to @reliancejio! My other number is a jio and I'd like both of them to be it! You can't force me to use Airtel! TBC

@airtelindia Better if you guys teach some etiquettes to the sales team. Got a call from +91 9746190590, started pitching two or three plans and when I said am not interested she just cuts the call without saying anything. Is it bad to not change plans when you guys call?
