    @airtelindia Dear Team Airtel, It's being more than 10 days I am facing a problem of " No Network" in my CUG number suddenly. I have raised and issued many of the mails , complaints , tweets , calls but still not positive response from Airtel. I have provided all the required documentation

    @airtelindia AIRTEL One of worst network of INDIA.. Ported to Jio network .. Airtel kindle be loyal to your customer while providing service stop giving 2G services and showing LTE logo data services is dis labelled when am on call this means your not providing LTE network

    Recharged through #airtelthanks app for #Airtel sim, the amount debited from bank, recharge successful, but recharge not happened. Worst service from Airtel. Better to switch #jio. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After over a decade of loyalty, it is appalling to see Airtel’s customer service descend into such utter incompetence. What should have been a routine Postpaid-to-Prepaid conversion has turned into a 12-day saga of failure. The Facts: April 11: Request initiated. I was told to clear my balance immediately for the transition. I complied instantly. The Delay: Since then, you have repeatedly pushed the fulfillment date further back. Today is April 23, and there is still no resolution. The Damage: In your failure to execute a simple request, you have unbundled my services and stripped me of my Airtel Black status - effectively penalizing me for your own internal delays. I manage Fiber, multiple postpaid lines for my family, and prepaid services through Airtel. Yet, despite my significant footprint of services, your support is non-existent and your IVR is a dead end. Request ID: 31-6815519608138 I am tired of automated excuses and shifting deadlines. I want a human being to take accountability, re-bundle my plan and finalize this conversion today. Is there anyone at Airtel actually capable of doing their job?

    @airtelbank @airtelindia Unacceptable service! Repeatedly asking for the same documents and delaying my request without reason. This is harassment. Resolve my issue or update my registered number today or I escalate to Reserve Bank of India & legal action.

    The level of customer service, which can hardly be called that, of giants in India is baffling. @Swiggy @airtelindia @AirIndiaX can do absolutely what they want, break promises and deliver poor or no service. Good luck getting resolution from them. No one keeps them in check.🤷
