In advertisements they potrey that the care for customers.But in reality,they don't even mind the customers. @airtelindia customers support is very worst ever. It is taking weeks to resolve a simple issues. Better to switch network #say_no_to @airtelindia @thatsTamil

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Spoke with ur executive Swathi and TL Rimsha on 20th Sep who promised a follow up on my number which wasn't working for more than 2 weeks (data). They never called back... No calls, no messages, no whatsoever.. Pathetic. Bad.worst.
