I'm disappointed with @airtelindia service regarding the installation of my broadbandconnection. The installation was not done without any prior notification, causing inconvenience and disruption to my work. It's your duty to inform customers if there's any delay in your service

@airtelindia is JUST SO PATHETIC when it comes to service levels. First it took 5 months to get a refund from them for my old connection. Now I raise a request for broadband not working. 3 days passed, app shows "it's taking longer but we're working on it". @Airtel_Presence
