    @airtelindia has figured out the perfect way to have zero complaints. They have configured their customer service such that it’s IMPOSSIBLE to reach out to an agent. I think I made a mistake porting to Airtel. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Very bad broadband service available in my locality.For the last 2 days I am not getting internet due to which I am missing my classes.When call their engineer they don't pick up the call Nor do they answer anything. Please @airtelindia improve your service.
