Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have recently port my number to Airtel eSim, however my sms services are not working but calls are working. I have filed multiple complaints but nothing is working. I think it's time to switch again to jio. Pathetic customer service.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why was I charged 50 rs for a new sim card. Replacement SIM cards are usually free. It was ur fault that there was no network on my 1 year old sim and I was asked to replace it. Money making tactic?

@airtelindia - Reg no - 9985618135. My airtel extreme fiber is down and there is no resolution till now. I am continously facing issue with Airtel with poor customer service. Will switch to Jio fiber soon. @jagograhakjago - Please see to this.
