    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence had horrible experience with customer support for a genuine issue regarding billing. Been a long “Platinum Customer” but never faced such an issues. Hoping for a positive response here. Heard you guys are quite responsive here @airtelnews

    @airtelindia This is so pathetic that there’s no way to reach out to anyone for the grievances. You are loosing your customers to @reliancejio They are quick and gives such fast service. Finally getting Jio Fiber.

    @airtelindia Not happy with the service, raised a complaint twice related to data and sms benefits not credited, but without proper resolution request has been closed. Called to cc today again and spoke not satisfies with the reply they are arguing that i have used the benefits

    @airtelindia Expecting proper resolution. Two things which disappointed me is the way cc behaves and they are trying to put blame on us, this is not at all fair. If u cant then honestly accept it rather dont try to put blame on us for unused benefits

    @airtelindia.... I am using airtel black plan for dth and wifi. Wifi is not working in my apartment where's it's working perfectly fine in other apartments of my society but your diagnostic in app keeps telling everything is ok.... Run a diagnostic for your app
