Lately experiencing very poor service by #airtelindia. It's been almost 24 hours since the broadband wires got chipped yesterday. Surprisingly, the Airtel team showed up and they fixed my neighbor's connection but didn't fix mine. This is very disappointing. #airteldown

Airtel Gallery Fraud Alert. They collect data & then do not activate the new number and instead allocate the number to some other customer. Their helpdesk service is appalling. Nobody even understands the issue or is able to articulate properly @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
