    @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

    @airtelindia I don't want to renew my plan as I am not at my place pack renewed last time that I already told customer support that I am not at home don't renew my plan still they renewed,,now again the pack renew mail I don't want to renew pack till I am not at my home so

    Hey @airtelindia I have been trying to reach customer care to change my wifi router with latest one.. No one seems to understand. Are you so dumb? They raised a new connection request. Your IVR and chat bot both are absolutely useless.

    @_khalidkhan_ @airtelindia @airtelindia has become shittier in the past few years and there broadband is terrible. Like I’d rather live without the internet than choose airtel’s broadband

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My internet is down for last 2 days and after raising a complaint airtel is just providing a new SLA every time. What a shame! Such a poor and pathetic customer service. This internet outage is hampering to fulfill my professional commitments.

    It's getting almost a month since I have made the last payment of my airtel wifi bill. The internet services are not working and every time I call either engineer or the cus representative is giving some reasons. Such a pathetic services I'm getting @airtelindia #airtel @airtel

    @airtelindia, network is the worst! I was a @reliancejio customer for 10 years and never faced any network issues. Due to some reason, I decided to port my number to Airtel, but since then, I’ve been unable to have a proper phone conversation because of the poor network.
