    @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

    @airtelindia I don't want to renew my plan as I am not at my place pack renewed last time that I already told customer support that I am not at home don't renew my plan still they renewed,,now again the pack renew mail I don't want to renew pack till I am not at my home so

    @Airtel_Presence You just become a ghost after responding to message, if the sending private message is the only responsibility of @Airtel_Presence account then I will need response from @airtelindia or whoever have authority to fix the issues and responding with clear directions.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I am facing this issue from very recently. You have to answer this. If you people are not ready to provide unlimited,then stop claiming it. If you keep on fooling people, you are going to face some serious legal issues.

    @airtelindia @Bhartiairtel u have the worst service in this industry. Customers are suffering bcz of your third grade service. Make sure to burn down your customer care centers as your service agents are the most arrogant characters. I am having issues for past 3 weeks

    @airtelindia @airtel Why is it a pain to shift my connection. In the app it shows correct address but engineer says he has got wrong location, needs to be changed by customer care. Customer care is cutting my call after I talk to AI bot for 2 min. Please resolve and expedite….

    Airtel cannot fix an issue for 6 years , i was once with Airtel back in 2020 and i have shared this via their Dm’s and this is what they responded and after 6 years the issue is still the same , a just born kid learns to clean his **** in 6 years . Unlike a dumb child just like you @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @JioCare Fed up with frequent disconnect and no internet thing. Called customer care and requested a visit by the engineer and she kept insisting to restart router (which I did several times since a few days). She instead suggested to close the connection @airtelindia cn u help?

    @IndianTechGuide @airtelindia Damn, how much more are you going to increase the prices? A ₹600 recharge now lasts only 28 days, and you're charging ₹1,000 for a 58-day plan.

    What a wonderful service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 👏🏻. Wifi doesn’t work for about 24hrs. We are capped at 2.5GB/day if we use hotspot. How do they expect us to work peacefully? Monthly bills alone arrive on time.
