    @airtelindia I don't want to renew my plan as I am not at my place pack renewed last time that I already told customer support that I am not at home don't renew my plan still they renewed,,now again the pack renew mail I don't want to renew pack till I am not at my home so

    @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn Raised complaint to resolve Airtel wifi issue. Technician came and went without resolving issues. 3 days have been passed still same situation. Please do the necessary.

    @airtelindia kya chodu banaya bhai, airtel was so good before ab toh kya hi kardiya, ported to postpaid for so called fastlane 5G but still its ****, tbh i feel im just paying more for the same dumb stuff

    @airtelindia internet connectivity remains poor, and complaints somehow get closed without fixing the problem. So here’s my honest advice to everyone: Use any SIM card you want, but please think twice before choosing Airtel.

    The network here is so poor since last 1 year that neither calls are made nor internet works, your service is completely poor, to make a call to go away home.This is final and serious complain from my side, otherwise I will shift 50+ Jio members of our village to @airtelindia

    Is moving to postpaid mandated while porting to Airtel from another service provider @airtelindia ? I have been trying for a prepaid Sim since a month now.. but I always get the same answer to take postpaid. Not sure why? Can you confirm please
