    @airtelindia I don't want to renew my plan as I am not at my place pack renewed last time that I already told customer support that I am not at home don't renew my plan still they renewed,,now again the pack renew mail I don't want to renew pack till I am not at my home so

    @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

    Aroutine eSIMtransfer for Airtel Black connectn turned into weeks of frustration. My wife completed the verification call in India,nobody informd her tht phone needed to remain on Wi-Fi for 6 hours. The transfr failed, leaving phones without service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia yesterday I have installed airtel wifi at my home despite after 1 day today onwards it stops working . As per customer care they told that in your area network issues are there.They have given assurance that it will fix in 4 hours. But it has not fixed yet Pin-844120

    @airtelindia please help me guys , when the electricity cuts off total tower shuts off just one point tower .. and after power came it hardly tools 10 mins for resignal.. please rectify it . I have already dm you .. location- Jaipur , Jamdoli

    @airtelindia Ref: request ID 21-17792991117. Service Engineer declined to turnup for installation in the evening today after making us wait for the whole day.

    @airtelindia It's finally fixed. Didn't even require a visit, something you guys could do at your end. Baffling that it took you 67 hours to do that, and even more baffling that it took me about 12-13 phone calls following up. Fix your customer service, it wasn't a pleasant experience at all
