    @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

    @airtelindia I don't want to renew my plan as I am not at my place pack renewed last time that I already told customer support that I am not at home don't renew my plan still they renewed,,now again the pack renew mail I don't want to renew pack till I am not at my home so

    @airtelindia ur service remains pathetic as always. Till the time payment is not done u keep calling and chasing like idiots and once payment is done there is no accountability or follow up. Reason I stopped using airtel for a long time

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband WiFi Internet is down since evening in thakur village 400101 and the chatbot has been giving std revert 5-6 hours for it to be back. This is seriously pathetic customer service

    I must say @airtelindia have very very poor network across India. Travelled to Kerala, parts of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka,, network reception was very poor. I now think they have lost it already. ..

    @airtelindia is the fastest network in inda which took 5 mins to download a 88 mb app 😭😭.... And I'm tired of complaining... Can anyone suggest me any better network rather than this **** in Hyderabad

    Hello @airtelindia i have recharged ₹1099 plan for 84 days with 5g and 4g unlimited data on june 23rd but after 1 month i am not being able to use internet, the data cycle didn’t reset after 1st month, so i called your service providers they keep giving me dates Please help
