Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

Service is pathetic, takes more than 24 hours to resolve. Upon asking how to put a disconnection request, no one is guiding. Fedup

If you're restricting someone's service: Tell them the recorded usage. Explain the policy clearly. Give a consistent answer. That shouldn't be too much to ask.
