    @airtelindia I don't want to renew my plan as I am not at my place pack renewed last time that I already told customer support that I am not at home don't renew my plan still they renewed,,now again the pack renew mail I don't want to renew pack till I am not at my home so

    @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

    Dear Team, I received a call from Airtel customer care they said I have to pay for number because its VIP number. So want to know that you guys only decide who is VIP and not VIP @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Never recharge Airtel number in advance based on their SMS, because recharge pack come into effect from the day of recharge not day of your existing pack expiry, so you lose validity days, this is Fraud.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Please do something concrete to resolve my issue by today rather than sitting on the request. At least tell me WHY the outgoing calls and SMS are not working. Or else please let me know the procedure to port to other carriers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence will anybody revert to my network issue, lodged complaints many time. 9873577440. Today even broadband is not working as it should. Please help or let me Port-out in less than 3 months of taking connection.

    Pathetic Customer service from @airtelindia . Looting the customer. The bill was paid still the connection was cancelled without informing. Ridiculous @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel - Complaint No...1-1949XTO11 raised on 14th dec 20. And today is 5th January 21... Still no updates on my complaint. Any reason? Why no SLA ?
