@Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Airtel , kindly help. My father went to the Airtel store who is in home town Kanpur (UP), He has an Airtel Postpaid number. He was facing network issues. But instead of supporting him with a new sim card , your store deactivated his number.

@airtelindia does it take 2 months to provide a DTH connection in Hyderabad. Pathetic response from Airtel customer service. Very disappointing. Not a single person could answer our queries or send a person to provide connection
