    @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

    @airtelindia I don't want to renew my plan as I am not at my place pack renewed last time that I already told customer support that I am not at home don't renew my plan still they renewed,,now again the pack renew mail I don't want to renew pack till I am not at my home so

    Whenever I talk to someone in direct call in my @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence sim. I have to talk them in parts for 5 mins call. There is Always continuous call drops everytime. Worst svc ever. Facing this issue from April 2020. No solution. Will move to @reliancejio now.

    Called 16times to customer care superior and each verified identity and then also after 72hrs my installation is not done each tym they are just making fool saying that team will contact not a single person from airtel contact mejust fake promises @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
