@Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

@airtelindia #Airtel is #Fraud Executive making false comitment to increase the customer. Before installation of Xstrem,i asked from executive,can we hold it if i don't want to use,he said yes without condition. When i asked to hold,customer care denied as it is new connections.

@airtelindia Pathetic call service since 3 days in core Bengaluru area. Customer care taking more than 10 mnts to reply "services will be corrected after 10 days" Ridiculous. Do you expect a customer to b out of service for more than 15 days, that too on prepaid.
