@Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

3 months ago I have purchased a airtel Xtream fiber. After a month I discontinued the service and airtel told you will recieve a refund for the same, but 55 days passed but still not recieved any refund. Very disappointed with airtel Xtreme fiber servic @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia We've been seeking support since morning, from @Airtel_Presence . It's a commercial premises where operations are dependent on Internet & we have no internet connection since morning. They keep delaying the time of visit and the issue remains unresolved. Pathetic!
