    @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

    @airtelindia I don't want to renew my plan as I am not at my place pack renewed last time that I already told customer support that I am not at home don't renew my plan still they renewed,,now again the pack renew mail I don't want to renew pack till I am not at my home so

    @airtelindia Got reffered by someone for a Airtel wifi connection and during registration it was not showing up initial 10 months 100INR discount on selected plan. Called support but the person just dropped without listening the problem. Can someone assist from Airtel?

    Dear @airtelindia & @JioCare,@TRAI Achyutapur (756047): Every power cut means no network. We've complained many times through customer care, but nothing has changed. Paying ₹900 for 84 days deserves better service in 2026. Please fix it ASAP. #NetworkIssue #Odisha

    Weeks have passed, yet my @airtelindia Wi-Fi relocation is still pending despite repeated complaints. I’m spending extra on mobile data, affecting my office work. Extremely disappointed with Airtel’s negligence and lack of customer support. Time to switch to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence seems to have worst services and if for any problem u call them the customer are executives keep on giving the wrong information as if they are sitting in office after having *********. Every time wrong and different answer. Bullshit

    @airtelindia .what the hell type of service you are providing!. last 3 days I am begging to shift my wifi connection, made multiple calls to customer care but no technician even contacted me. Every time I am getting new timeline. better to shut my wifi & port postpaid connections

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is the msg I received. Is this the priority we get being a Airtel black plan customer? Service request 11036814496 has been assigned to engineer. He will contact you on 03-Aug-2026 between 03:30 PM - 04:30 PM This is ridiculous by Airtel
