@Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

Very worst service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , been facing broadband issue for the past 2 days and registered a complaint to your customer care team. Then got the service person's no, and he sent another no and i called him and he is sending another no. No proper response.

What was the point of me porting to @airtelindia if I don’t even get network at my own home? And everytime I raise a complaint, I never hear back from them, you go to the store and they say “you need to raise a complaint online” 😒
