    @airtelindia I don't want to renew my plan as I am not at my place pack renewed last time that I already told customer support that I am not at home don't renew my plan still they renewed,,now again the pack renew mail I don't want to renew pack till I am not at my home so

    @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

    @airtelindia 3 din se WiFi band hai aur aapki taraf se ZERO response. Recharge time pe full speed, service time pe full silence — kya baat hai Work disturb, daily routine mess… aur customer support ghost mode mein. Fix this ASAP warna escalate karna padega enough is enough..

    @airtelindia the most Horrible services by airtel. Frustrated and agonised by their service even after subscribing to their so called premium black plan. Customer care is equally horrible with their AI executive instead of a human identity serving there before. 2. I will never suggest or recomend airtel services to any of my known person. 3. And this is the state of their services in the Vasant Kunj a south Delhi area, the so called high end.

    @airtelindia holds a black connection and paying ₹1800 pm. Called CC for some query. Rude behaviour by Mr. Shibam could not resolve the issue but rather put me on hold for next 30 minutes to bring his supervisor!! Is this a support to a black customer? Why shouldn't I leave Airt

    @airtelindia Payment in advance. How airtel make public fool. Service request is not reachable regarding Cancellation of new wifi connection. Poor service from airtelwifi.

    Me running a hotel in rayalaseema mydukur,from yesterday onwards we recieved so many disappointed reviews from my daily customer becoz of Not responding Thier calls 🥲😬. The only reason that we got those -ve impressions becoz of using AIRTEL sim @airtelindia . No proper n/w🙏😪.

    Paid for Airtel Xstream Fiber with IPTV. Only WiFi installed. 14 days delay and now saying “no stock”. Stock issue is not my problem. Install IPTV within 48 hours or refund full ₹1500 including WiFi. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
