Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

Even got a call from the CEO’s office. And still… my connections are not bundled. No complaint is being generated. No response. Absolutely pathetic.

The assigned engineer is continuously ignoring both my calls and calls from the nearest Airtel Store as well. This level of service is extremely disappointing.
