    @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

    @airtelindia I don't want to renew my plan as I am not at my place pack renewed last time that I already told customer support that I am not at home don't renew my plan still they renewed,,now again the pack renew mail I don't want to renew pack till I am not at my home so

    Over a decade I am a customer of Airtel one 10101034027491. Today I wanted to add a IPTV box but horrified with customer experience. My recordings with customer care will be a case study for @airtelindia . No resolution but created more problems for me. Thanks Mittal ji.

    I have one Airtel plan (No 10101033877779).IPTV Service not started even after 6 days of payment.Nobody bothered to attend the Complaints mentioned through airtel app. Pathetic swrvice. Only interested in payment collection. Nobody bothered to respond @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since yesterday, I have shared all the details on the Airtel Cares chat, but I still haven't received any response. What's the point of having a postpaid connection if my issues are not being resolved? This will be my last month with Airtel.

    @airtelindia clear case of cheating. Agreed for 1GB loan. Never used. Was not in my phone. Had to get others help to book cab. At home using WiFi. I find 1021MB of 1 GB left. How ? Take back. Should not deduct data from phone. Cheating customers

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Services I’ve paid Rs. 50 for Airtel Fiber on 2nd of August .Raised a request for Airtel broadband on 4th of August.Spoken to 121 customer care on 3rd , 5th , 6th , 7th & 8 th Aug,from being assured response in 24hrs/6 hrs /4 hrs now can't register complaint

    @airtelindia Poor Airtel network in Kusmarja Village, Jharkhand for the last 2 months. Facing voice breaking, call drops & weak signals on all 3 Airtel SIMs. Please check the local tower/network coverage and resolve this urgently. #Airtel #NetworkIssue

    @airtelindia Airtel network has been pathetic to say the least. Frequent disruptions of the WiFi and what’s more frustrating is the 5G does not connect to the internet. Airtel has become unreliable and that’s a fact. hope you can do something quickly to restore my confidence.
