    @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

    @airtelindia I’m trying to reset my Wi-Fi password via the Airtel Thanks app, but it forces a special character. My soundbar doesn’t support special characters in Wi-Fi passwords, so I can’t connect it. Could you please reset my password to one without special characters?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your store is also one of the worst and even your system. Nothing fruitful ever comes out of it. I just visited it to get my WiFi issue fixed and saying engineers is not available to fix. Next month I am gonna cancel my plan and move to a local provider. Atleast they will be better than your bullshit.

    @Airtel_Presence Team are you mad, I'm still having the same issue, I'm unable to set hello tunes in my airtel number. It's always showing in error message in all song's. Without resolving the issue how can you close my ticket??? kindly give me escalation mail id. @airtelindia

    @airtelnews Company of absolute scammers @airtelindia is charging more than the billing amount of Airtel Black and closing the complaint without resolution. Airtel wale ab scam karke ARPU badhayege, so never take airtel postpaid. @TRAI Please have a check on them #airtel #ScamWarning #scam

    It's reaching 48hrs now. They told the maximum resolution time is today 3:30pm. But still there is no technicians reached home to check it. I'm not sure how it's works.. If they come on 3:30 if work continuous after a day what they will do. Worst service ever @airtelindia

    Worst customer services by @airtelindia . They will take advance payment from them and then you keep running after them. Total fraud. Sales people have so baf attitude. They won't even pick call after taking payment @TRAI
