  @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thanks for this kind of network in dehradun. Since two days we airtel subscribers did not have any kind of network and no calls are going...i am connecting to a wifi for using wifi call feature. Please help and tell when this problem will be solved.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you’ve one of the worst customer service depts. 1. Takes forever to connect. 2. I sent a port out req and your customer service exec called to ask the reason. He did not listen to my reason, instead kept blabbering in a very rude voice fyi. Ugh!
