Jayendra Tiwari (@JayendraTiwari8) reported@TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio It's whose duty to do E-KYC if a person is switching From Prepaid to Postpaid. I think Tele Service Provider. Regardless of having a Postpaid connection I was lost without Google Map in Jammu-Katra road. I request TRAI to take some stricter action.
