    @Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

    @airtelindia I don't want to renew my plan as I am not at my place pack renewed last time that I already told customer support that I am not at home don't renew my plan still they renewed,,now again the pack renew mail I don't want to renew pack till I am not at my home so

    1/3 Disappointed with our experience with Airtel Business and Xtelify. We engaged Airtel for Voice Services and IVR implementation with a promised 3-week timeline. Over 2 months later, the solution is still not live despite repeated follow-ups. @airtelindia @Airtel_Business

    Relocation request on 30 May for an existing Airtel broadband connection within Delhi. Daily follow-ups, multiple calls from cus care and eng.but no service after more than a week. Service unavailable while billing continues. Request immediate res and billing adjus. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have done kyc thrice but getting rejected. My family is in Saharanpur and I m in delhi, they can nit visit the Airtel Store alone. Please help if someone can come to my home to get this done. Else, I have to surrender my three numbers. Please help.

    As per your team @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the internet connection is fine but your router is not transmitting internet which is where the technician has to come to inspect the router, because in the entire building no one is facing internet issues.

    This level of service is completely unacceptable. Customers rely on their internet connection for their livelihood not entertainment I've decided to disconnect my Airtel connection, move to another provider. I no longer wish to continue with such careless behaviour @airtelindia
