@Naresh_Off1 @airtelindia Worst network! Even though i am using both sim prepaid as well as postpaid, still not getting good network for surving the internet, Tried multiple calls on cc, IVR handled itself and dropping the call before understanding the pain/connecting to the supervisor. Worst network.

@Airtel_Presence pathetic customer care service provided by @airtelindia payments bank,recharged my vi number through the airtel app,the money was deducted but recharge was unsuccessful while the app shows success.transaction id 1445964952. CC no.puts you on hold for 30+ mins.
