    @airtelindia I am facing problem to get my broadband connection no.01204253491 shifted from ghaziabad to lucknow. No response to my mail sent on @121. Toll free number is not working. Airtel thanks app not supporting. Will higher executive of airtel provide any help and support

    @airtelindia Instead spending money on advertising try to improve you services first. Customer support is horrible there is no way you can reach customer care neither through phone nor app. You talk of reducing complaints to 0 take the complaints at first place

    @airtelindia Please explain why you are charging my DTH account even if it is not recharged ? As we pay beforehand for services, so it is pre paid service. Also why I can’t use internet based streaming services if DTH account is not recharged as I have already paid for the box..
