@airtelindia On 2nd Oct, woke up to find my broadband not working. My attempt to register my complaint through your IVRS failed , as it was not registering my options. Strangely , I kept on hearing voice in Bhojpuri with no option to change language.

@airtelindia So this is your service like elephant tooth. While selling the plan you guys assures 24*7 service available if fiber creates issue but on real time uh guys are not even answer calls. I've complained in morning working since morning . Till now no one came to fix.
