@airtelindia , Hi , I upgraded to airtel black on 16th July . I am a post paid customer (9840104969)for past 10 yrs. Fiber net team did not turn up after repeated requests, mail. Today they closed the issue abruptly. God help airtel , I am surrendering my Black connection.

@airtelindia I had installed a landline on 20/7/2021 in my office and had put a request for centrex number activation on my fixedline number but it's been 10 days and my request is not accomplished worst response from your customer care.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@airtelindia Worst company never solve issue .... An Org who can't provide good internet speed in DELHI NCR Region .... forget about the whole country.. @reliancejio 1.5 month s complain karte karte pls port my all 3 postpaid no to jio...at least you people provide good internet speed

How @airtelindia care their customer, Make false excuses, false promises, no action on complaints. They have worst customer support, ground workers and management too. Ground workers do not answer calls. Call centre says complain is registered... to be continued..

It is very poor on the part of @airtelindia not to have any proper system to collect and dispose electronic waste. The unused dth set top boxes are left with the customer after account disconnection to throw them into garbage. Clearly this is against CSR.
