Very poor service @airtelindia I am an #airtelblack customer and neither your customer care agents nor the backend team can resolve a simple issue.. the back end system says I have exhausted my monthly data of 3333 GB..where I have 1900+ GB left for this month. very disappointing

Hey @airtelindia please close my broadband connection at the earliest. Every other day there is a network outage for almost 12-14 hours, am I paying for this? Moreover I have my exams soon, so I can't take the risk of internet outage during that time.
