    @airtelindia So disappointed. Made the call to take airtel broadband connection. They come and cut electrical wires they know nothing about and messed up home automation! Now I need to run around fixing the damages! Extremely #poor #CustomerExperience!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had done the mistake by taking black , debited the amount post disconnection also , requested for broadband disconnection and now the DtH also not working , Total confusion , dont know whom to contact , pls help
