.@airtelindia is the most useless customer care service I have seen. They keep sending me links which don't work and when I point this out, just send me the same mail again and again.

@JohnRayhan They don't have a customer service, it is non existent. Both @VodafoneGroup and @airtelindia are giving it away to JIO while we customers are still clinging to them just because we don't want to go with JIO. I along with family left both and using BSNL, Happy with BSNL.
