    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews removing and installing SIM card .. switching auto to manual mode network selection.. we fed up doing this things .. please let’s work on install a new tower or alternative option.. don’t copy and paste messages.. please 🙏

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had discontinued wifi services from 20/03/2026 but still, i haven't received refund and i am not even receiving proper help from your end. You promised me that it would be completed by 24/04/2026 but still not completed kindly give me refund asap!

    I repeatedly contacted the agent through whom I purchased the connection, but I did not receive any satisfactory response. I also raised a complaint ticket, but it was marked completed without any actual resolution. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Full signal and 5G showing but no internet at all. This issue is recurring even after previous complaint (31-1000012702905). DM already sent but no response. Need urgent assistance and immediate callback. If not resolved now, I will port out.

    @airtelindia No network in my area for MONTHS (Kulve, Sirsi – 581403). Already completed all troubleshooting and raised complaints but no resolution. Need a clear answer: - Is there a tower near my location? - If yes, why no coverage? - If not, when will it be installed?

    @airtelindia what's with your wifi service ? Nobody showed up for the connection. Waiting since 3 days after paying for new connection. No customer care helps. Better we should have taken @jio_fiber.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had requested for a callback via app to cancel my subscription. Tried various methods and put cancellation request too but I'm still getting a bill after 1 month. My office is closed I haven't used it. Please close my connection!!

    @airtelindia This looks like a serious service lapse, if not fraud. My broadband connection was upgraded to Air Fiber without my consent, and as a result: - My static IP address was removed - My landline number was discontinued - Now I’m being told these cannot be restored Why was this change done without analyzing my requirements or taking approval? These services were critical for my usage. I spoke to customer support, but the response was simply: “It cannot be enabled anymore.” This is unacceptable. I need: Clear justification for this unauthorized upgrade Immediate resolution or rollback options Accountability for the disruption caused Kindly address this urgently.
