    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews removing and installing SIM card .. switching auto to manual mode network selection.. we fed up doing this things .. please let’s work on install a new tower or alternative option.. don’t copy and paste messages.. please 🙏

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it is getting better after sending a DM on X and sharing details you would hope that things get better… I am getting bot calls telling me issue is resolved and if there is still a problem o should now explain to a not post all the long calls…

    @airtelindia @perplexity_ai I have ported my prepaid number from Airtel to @JioCare 6 months ago. I am no longer an Airtel customer, but I receive renewal SMS for perplexity pro. Request cancellation of any VAS and confirmation that no charges will be made.

    I have a few genuine questions for @airtelindia: • Why am I still receiving calls meant for someone else? • Why is operator-level call forwarding linked to another number? • Why am I being asked to contact a stranger instead of Airtel fixing the issue?

    Ordered an @airtelindia WiFi UPS on 10 July. Since then, no call or update. I contacted customer service 3 times, and each time they said they’d expedite it and someone would call within 3 working hours. Still nothing. Don’t order WiFi UPS from Airtel. Terrible customer service.
