    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews removing and installing SIM card .. switching auto to manual mode network selection.. we fed up doing this things .. please let’s work on install a new tower or alternative option.. don’t copy and paste messages.. please 🙏

    @airtelindia you have the worst service Seriously, I had immense trust in the quality of Airtel's products and service. But you have let me down. It's been 3 days since I've been unable to use my wifi connection because of a connection outage.

    @airtelindia if you are not installing the wifi on time then how can we trust on the service you will be giving to us. I guess I should not install your wifi at all now and should seek for refund. This is nonsense. Why the hell your agents are so much confident but still failing?

    @airtelindia Why do you make things difficult for us, if you can't provide a proper service. My wifi is disconnected from more than two days now, Even after raising a ticket there's no resolution and no one ever came to check. SR #11031869342

    @airtelindia requested a new wifi connection. Technician came in and said can't fulfill my request as the fiber box is far from my place. I simply asked to cancel my request and process a refund. It's been more than a week and no one is helping out. Sending new guy everyday.

    eSIM transfer was seamless, but blocking SMS/OTP for 24 hrs makes no sense. Calls and data work, yet banking apps, UPI setup and OTP-based services are unusable. Can Airtel provide a secure customer verification process instead of a blanket lock? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Ads are fine but give it atleast at the end of fights or start, mid and end of reply. How can one enjoy the reply when ther are ads in every 5 minutes. Is this the customer service you are giving us. Please do better @airtelindia and @SonyLIV

    @airtelindia; @Airtel_Presence I requested disconnection of my Airtel Xstream WIFi connection over a week ago. The service request was closed without resolution, and no active request is visible now. Please help reopen the case and process the disconnection.
