    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews removing and installing SIM card .. switching auto to manual mode network selection.. we fed up doing this things .. please let’s work on install a new tower or alternative option.. don’t copy and paste messages.. please 🙏

    In 2026, that’s an unacceptable excuse. I pay for a premium service but can’t use it. Airtel: please fix coverage, share a clear timeline, or offer compensation. Customers deserve transparency and value for money. @airtelindia

    Hi @airtelindia Can you guys allow a user to disable the annoying flash/class 0 messages. Such a pathetic customer support, no backup for ai's failed understanding of issue. There is no option either via IVR or SMS based deactivation. These flash msgs appear after every call/SMS

    @airtelindia this is truly pathetic. i'm barely getting any 5G coverage, despite my area having good 5G support. i have to manually switch back to 4G every time, which is time consuming and i have missed so many assignments because of it. will be switching to jio.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel does not care Airtel is only a money-making company Airtel's bot does not understand customer issues Airtel Customer Service staff is confused and cannot solve any issue. My Case: I took an overseas package for 1 month and got billed twice in an interval of 1 minute. My bank auto-paid both. It took me 1 month to convince them to refund the duplicate payment. Next, the 1-month package did not work at all wasted time making it work, but no luck. They charged more at the international rate for two days, as my phone was on even after the expiry of the package. On return, I asked them to look into the case and give me the details of the usage, if any, but today they have sent me the bill which was auto-paid, plus the addition for 2 days, plus the rental charges twice with a request to pay. This is problem solving for Airtel for a loyal customer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Now again this month we are charged same bill of Rs. 3182, however we have not used any international internet. Pls rectify this bill to Rs. 2358. We have also called your helpline number where they said billing team will contact us but we have not received any call. Pls help.

    @airtelindia useless Wi-Fi services. Your Wi-Fi hardly ever works, and customer care isn’t useful as well. Just stuck with Airtel
