    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia in this Covid time we can not go out for good signal . Please requesting once again. Please do the site up gradation immediately. We are from village but we also paying the same amount like other. So why this much time for site up gradation??

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews removing and installing SIM card .. switching auto to manual mode network selection.. we fed up doing this things .. please let’s work on install a new tower or alternative option.. don’t copy and paste messages.. please 🙏

    @Airtel_Presence how many hour do you want to fix a simple broadband issue . Customer support is useless (filled with bots ). Even after escalation mail also your technician won’t come . He will pass to some other technician. Pathetic service @airtelindia

    @manujosephsan @airtelindia Airtel is the WORST!!! I was with another service provider for 12 years. Then switched to Airtel for a change. They gave me so much trouble that I switched back to my earlier provider within 3 months!
