    @TamilNaduOff @airtelindia Yes they took the money and they did not do the testing LOL. This is trick to get money from the customer. I can say it's fraud beeing done by renound org. Or organisational veggie you can say. Hard luck. God give you strength to get the money back

    @Himansh58626053 @airtelindia I totally agree with you Himanshu. Even i face a lot of network issue with Airtel. Operators should be working on giving a good service to its users instead of just increasing its users. Operators are just focussing on quantity instead of quality.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please have a serious look into my issue. The issue was going on a private message tweet with social airtel customer care. But it has not been resolved yet after so many calls and escalation.

    @airtelindia Subject: Request to Allow WiFi Extender Usage for Broadband Connection Respected Sir/Madam, I am using an Airtel Broadband connection with a WiFi connection number: 04015311420. Earlier, I was using a WiFi extender/router along with your broadband connection without any issues. Recently, during a complaint visit, your technician informed me that the usage of WiFi extenders has been technically restricted or blocked from the backend team side. I humbly request Airtel authorities to kindly allow the usage of WiFi extender/router so that I can access uninterrupted broadband connectivity throughout my premises. The extender is essential for proper signal coverage and smooth internet usage. If the restriction continues, I may be forced to cancel the existing broadband connection and shift to another broadband service provider who permits such usage.
