    @airtelindia Requested for MNP to Airtel via website & app a week ago. Was told I'd get a call soon. No calls yet. Called your paid customer care & mailed, giving the Lead Numbers of the porting request. So far, I have got no call. Such excellent service for a potential customer.

    @airtelindia I am a customer of Airtel since 13 years. Two months ago I made a request for upgrade of broadband connection from old copper to new xtream fiber as it was available in our area. But till today I couldn't get that even after too much persuasion. 01246415209_dsl.

    @airtelindia Requested For #AirtelXstream firstly no reply from your side then when i talked to customer care they said it will take 6 months.If you can’t provide your service at time them why you are always give advertising and keep message on my no.very disappointed
