    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very bad service. Last Friday(04.12.2020) I took a new broadband connection and paid for 6 months subscription. I was promised by Airtel agent that I will get connection within 24hours. Today is 07.12.2020 till now I haven't received it.

    @airtelindia Also the crazy furious lady hangs up on me saying there’s a problem in my SIM card & I should visit the nearest gallery. She refuses to provide technical assistance & asks me to dial 121 instead.

    Hey @airtelindia from last 15 days VoLTE on my number stopped working. There is no handset issue cause I tested on vodafone sim its working fine, facing issue only on airtel sim. Please help to resolve this.

    @airtelindia Dont choose Airtel. WORST SERVICES BY AIRTEL. Couldnt resolve a simple coverage issue since 4 MONTHS (Ref 31-3223007704790 & 31-3468744319491) Waste of money & time. Dont switch to AIRTEL

    Dear @airtelindia Ur xtreme fiber connection in Kandivali E has been giving issues in last few wks which was never the case earlier. network is down twice every wk. It is very challenging for people WFH who rely on your service. Please resolve the issue. #airteldowninkandivali
