  20 days, multiple visits, still stuck. @airtelindia asked for re-KYC, but it keeps getting rejected due to “name mismatch” while all other details are correct. How many times do I need to repeat this? Please fix this.

  @airtelindia VPO Gangapur, Mihinpurwa District Bahraich 271855 , the exchange operater didn't using power backups during regular power cut which resulting the internet & call issues for entire population since several weeks. Could you please check and fix it.

  @Airtel_Presence the internet connection has not been working since this morning. Red light on Modem. There is no Dial tone on the landline. Unable to reach Customer support to register a complaint. Please register a complaint with @airtelindia broadband A/c No. 12747656.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Every month getting more bill amount due to this. When we realise the mistake and cancel the channel immediately than also airtel is charging for entire month. This is not the right way to make money. Such a cheap behaviour from airtel

  Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why is it impossible to find deactivation option on your IVR? Not only is the AirFiber service failing, but the deactivation process is hidden from the IVR, a clear violation of @TRAI consumer protection norms. Please process the deactivation.
