I raised a WiFi ownership transfer request for my flatmate, but before it was completed, I clearly requested permanent disconnection as neither of us wanted the connection anymore. Airtel support confirmed the disconnection request and said it would be processed within 7 business days. Now today I receive an email saying the ownership has been updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Why was the transfer processed after a confirmed disconnection request? This is extremely unprofessional and stressful. Need immediate resolution and confirmation that the connection is permanently disconnected with no future billing issues. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #CustomerService
