Repairing the Xstreamfiber guy asked for money for changing the wire, and also without bill . So i asked them that i will not pay then they left without repair , today is the 4th consecutive day airtel fiber is not working. Great service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .

@airtelindia My Xstream fibre is down from last 24 hrs and no one has reached me to get that fixed even after raising SR. This is the third occurrence in last 20 days. Pathetic service .

@airtelindia trying to get my broadband connection shifted from a week. Have made endless calls to customer care and not received a single call. Been a very old customer and still no solution received. Pathetic service!!
