@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have seen bad customer experience, but what airtel does is much worse. The broadband was down for a week. I had to do hourly complains just to get it working. It was fine for few days, and then its down again for 3rd day in row.

@airtelindia Airtel is worst network. Airtel is only increasing recharge price but internet connectivity is very poor. it makes only false advertisement that it's fastest 4g network but in reality it is slowest network.

How worst the @airtelindia service is. I took a connection in Noida and when shift it to Gurgaon. These guys don't have proper shifting processor. They alloted me a new connection without my info and kept both the connection live. Now charging me on my new connection.
