Terrible customer care services. No way to contact customer care person through online / customer care number. Worst feeling. I am unable to any bank transactions and attend my office calls for past one week due to worst service of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia.

Your company has stopped outgoing SMS service on recharge of ₹ 50 due to which neither we can download Paytm nor get any banking app facility. Sim verification stopped For that we have to recharge more money. The company has just made this plan. Why, so @airtelindia @irda_qc
