I’ve had the worst of experience trying to get an #eSIM activated on @airtelindia - twice now they’ve issued a physical sim, I’ve done everything to convert and the physical sim gets deactivated while the eSIM doesn’t. Not to mention the huge time sync of going to an airtel…

@airtelindia worst services ever. My sim is not working since Saturday. I have visited 3 airtel stores but all shut down. This is horrible. Waste of money &time. If you don't resolve the issue I will file complaint against consumer forum for deficiency of service @Airtel_Presence

I have prchsd ur Airtel Fiber plan on 1st April. Ur Sales committed me that he will get the installation done on the same day n he pushed me to make the payment. Y'Day also i have called yr Customer Care they have me assurance that by 2 pm installation will be done @airtelindia

@ATT @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I got roaming activated through Airtel, India. I was expecting mobile network of AT&T which I was able to get when I was in San Antonio (TX) but not able to get when I am in Houston (TX). Please help.

@airtelindia I complend last 6 years more than 95 times about the Indias no 1 network airtel for problem in network internet speed call droppings not only me all of the villagers students facing issues but didn't take any action in 6years need a tower my number is 9829121121 😭👎
