@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Still waiting for a response. This issue has not been addressed since May 31, 2021. Facing this situation because all of us use Airtel SIM Cards and Broadband only. Trusting Airtel has made this problem even worse. No response or resolution.

@airtelindia What customer service - pathetic you can’t give normal internet services - make new promises and fool the customer. I have been making complaints for many years now. Fibre optic 5 g and so on - normal voice communication keeps dropping.

@airtelindia so terrible customer care services the gaint telecom is providing inspite of repetitive emails n tweets the team is not bothered to reply to the customers. Also they keep raising complaints which are never closed or resolved is this the way Airtel thinks @PMOIndia

What a pathetic service by @airtelindia. Couldn't do DTH recharge through airtel thanks app despite trying several times. But with use of @Paytm , I could do it in 2 minutes. #customerservice #Airtel
