@airtelindia your ₹:79/-plan sucks it doesn't allow user to send a SMS .I am amazed how one can use this plan you should make adjustments to this plan where he can send SMS but it will be charged.

@Airtel_Presence Is this a Joke? Connections restored... Thank you! I have subscribed and pay for a 40Mbps Fiber and after the restoration of current outage of #Airtel my speeds are now 3/4 Mbps... If this is the case let me be clear and surrender my connection at earliest. @airtelindia

Everytime I call the customer care,I am told issue will be escalated and will be fixed in 24 hours.Same answer is repeated every day with no resolution in sight #airtelblack @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia indians number one fraud company. They give worst service with high price. In Hyderabad no signal everywhere even in highways. Worst quality. Even I took xstream box 1 year ago and my box have been damaged and technician replaced with second hand box Fraud company 🤬
