@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband number is 022101763308_mh. For the last 3 months, network disruptions have been happening 2-3 times EVERY week. I pay a year's rental in advance. Your IVR gives me one ETA for resolution, whereas you text me a different ETA. Wtf?

@airtelindia On 3rd February, I have asked for the disconnection of the Airtel broadband service. I was told that it will be processed and no action was taken for the amount of times I spoke after 3rd Feb.

Now when I'm getting a call regarding this and I'm telling them about this, they said within 7bdays it will be done but it's been 10 days and no action has been taken. The customer executives just disconnect the call when I get angry. Very pathetic service by @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #sunilmittal @VittalGopal I live in Goregaon, Mumbai. There has been an outage since 48 hours of broadband and it continues without any ETA for resolution. On top of that, Airtel has bad 4G speed and call drops in Mumbai.

@airtelindia i have purchased Airtel xtreme broadplan @799 Yesterday .. your installation team came and installed the modem but internet was not working..called several time to the technician and still no reply from them ..i experience the worst after sales service
