  @VittalGopal Mr Vittal your airtel customer care is really terrible. I have been a customer for close to 20yrs but there is no value. Last year I disconnected my airtel dish connection due to harassment and now your team says they will call but never call @airtelindia

  Why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sucks in customer experience. * cant reach CC quickly * chatbots are not just useless but will irritate already irated customers. * issue resolution takes ages * you cant get sim replacement easily * airtel stores are never helpful ... #Vikram
