    Hi @airtelindia @perplexity_ai My Airtel Perplexity Pro benefit is active until 26 July 2026, but I claimed it through Airtel and can no longer access the linked Perplexity account because phone-number login is unavailable. I need to cancel the payment mandate.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia. Promoted "Fast Lane 5G" network slicing for postpaid users, but reality is a complete crawl. Fulfilling all criteria but struggling with zero/poor 5G coverage at my location. Complaints raised, zero resolution. Anyone else facing this backend mess?
