@airtelindia @WynkMusic airtel is a big cheater, i complained many times for sms related issues but not resolved yet, i did recharge many times but same issue failed to send message continuously, behind this i have more than 1000 lost.

@airtelindia worst service provider... No easy customer care process. Advertisement was right there will be 0 complaints because process is no where to raise any issue. How will you receive complaints??? Very good airtel keep it up

@airtelindia Well, we bought your Mesh WiFi for our home less than a month ago.. it SUCKS. The connectivity and speed is so slow, I would rather buy an internet extender like the old times. @airtelindia

Sad that it has come to this. I have to again take to twitter to get @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to take some action. I have been abroad for 2 days, paid for an expensive roaming pack, but unable to use it. Airtel Customer service has just been giving me useless responses.
