    Absolutely pathetic services @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ,atleast twice the internet breaks down weekly,no proper response to complaints,internet gets down at 5pm can’t raise a complaint for that day,ironically the next time slot given is 6pm,next level of corporate negligence

    @airtelindia , seems your AI Customer support is just to frustate customer not to solve problem. How can someone get billing when they have deactivated the Broadband service? and your call agents are warning to Jail the person??

    Dear @airtelindia, This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I booked an Airtel WiFi shifting request for 3rd July. An engineer called in the morning asking for my location, which I shared at 10:41 AM. After that, he went completely silent.

    I have an Active Free Screen Replacement benefit in my Airtel Thanks app (valid till 05 Jul 2026), but the "Claim" option is not working. I have already contacted CS , Nodal Officer, and the Appellate Authority and shared all required screenshots.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @AirtelIndia Facing repeated Airtel Wi-Fi connectivity issues again. The internet keeps disconnecting and it is affecting my work. Despite previous complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Please look into this on priority and provide a permanent resolution.

    @airtelindia There was an issue with your device from the month of mid April whereas I requested the replacement of the device but it was not yet resolved whereas my outstanding amount is due for the last 3 months now, I want the replacement, and then I will pay.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia My broadband has been down since 3 July. I raised a complaint at 8:41 AM that day, but no service engineer has contacted me despite multiple follow-ups and an escalation. I was assured someone would call by end of day (7 PM). No one did. The next day, I was again asked to wait. When I requested a billing waiver for the outage, I was told to call back after the bill is generated to request it. It’s disappointing that customers have to repeatedly chase support for both service restoration and billing corrections. In an age where so much is automated, why should customers spend their time making multiple calls for an issue that wasn’t caused by them? Can someone please take ownership, have this issue resolved urgently, and ensure the billing adjustment is processed without requiring further follow-ups? Please ping me here for my account details
