    It’s a pain to NRIs and India’s annoying OTP system! Everything required OTPs! And @airtelindia and @reliancejio loots customers with forcing international packages otherwise blocking incoming messages, meanwhile most of apps don’t allow foreign numbers. This needs a fix asap!

    @airtelindia one side says Priority Service but ground reality is worse. No body ready to lesson nor addressing problems. For one simple problem taking 15 days and informing customer that problem solving timelines for 10 to 15 days.

    Horrible experience with @airtelindia fiber connection. Raised disconnection request on May 8. Kept on receiving calls asking to give connection to friend/family. Then sent out mail to escalation team. They promised to disconnect and refund remaining balance. Still getting calls.
