@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Just got outage on Broadband connection. The app does not allow any complaints. Requested for callback. No callback received. Receiving messages saying there is outage but without end time. Time to think on Alternate solution.

@airtelindia I am facing the internet issue from the last 2 month. Every time i complaint about this your customer executive say that there is an updation in your area. Please resolve this issue otherwise i will port my number to Vodafone or Jio.
