  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Wifi is down since yesterday, I had a complaint raised since yesterday. This is an Airtel black plan. So far I've not even received a call from any of your associates to fix it. (I have had to call the person who initially set the wifi up twice only for him to say they'll do it soon/today) Your app says it'd be resolved by 29 May 6:57 PM. Sigh, it's 30th may 10:14 am right now. Can you atleast correct the app? I need to work and that needs internet.

  @airtelindia I live in Bodari village, in Chamradol, near Majhauli, district Sidhi. We have a small setup for tourists near the tiger reserve gate. The network is very bad, we get only 1 signal of 4 G There are few points where we get a network so communication is difficult

  Internet down for 3 full days and @airtelindia is completely useless. Support team has no answers, only "we'll resolve it soon". Technician ghosting calls. Paying full bill for zero service. Is this how Airtel treats customers? Extremely disappointed. #AirtelProblems
