Hey @airtelindia facing issue in data services and calls r also not connecting. From last 8 day's facing issue no resolution is there. If we delay 1 day to pay your dues u charge penalty. If u r not providing services from last 8 days u should also reduce bill @Airtel_Presence

Just now, he had to wait for 1 hour to connect to a senior guy of @airtelindia @airtelbroad customer support and he said that he cannot assure us anything. He said he want to cancel it and get his money back which he paid last week for the plan which has not activated yet.
