    @airtelindia Very bad service at Belaganj, gaya, bihar, 804403.. I have postpaid number,in 4G sometimes not even able to send WhatsApp messages..and also Internet speed is very slow..please look at the issue

    Dear @airtelindia My prepaid number was accidentally converted to postpaid. I reported the issue within 10 minutes, but I am still being told that my remaining 76 days of prepaid validity (recharged on 15 July) cannot be restored.This is unfair because the conversion was genuine

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Today when I enquired about the status of my cancellation request I have been told after five days that no such request or task raised. Such is the service. Now I am being told by customer care that it will take another 5-7 days. Pure harassment.

    @airtelindia Internet speed is below 2g .....nothing is going on in my mobile. What resolution you have given ?? Being in the 5g network area , showing 5g network in my mobile but Internet speed is the worst. What benefit I am getting in unlimited 5g ?
