    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm just tired of the poor service you guys provide. I wish to cancel my WiFi and IPTv as I'm relocating but the customer care team has been of zero help. They put my call on hold for 40 minutes. No callbacks. Never going for Airtel again.

    @bhartiairtelfdn Bt u knw u hv really bad CC support for international users. 100 times I called thm for a resolution they don't have any. My Airtel number which I ported to Jio has been discontinued & back to @airtelindia bt they r not issuing the num to my bro in India. What the hell is this ?

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I paid ₹5,000 for an AirFiber annual plan after your representative instructed me to pay via his personal UPI. The annual plan was never activated and I was billed monthly instead. 🧵 1/6

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear jio it looks like I am in 2010-12 There is no 5g network in Cloudy weather It's hard to truth on jio for a video Or dowloading...unstable network minimum 5 times a day. Soon I will switch to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelindia This is unacceptable. I have paid for services that Airtel has failed to provide. I expect: • A full refund for the period during which the services were unavailable. • Immediate resolution, or I will permanently switch to another service provider.

    @airtelindia is the worst. Its Nonsense AI cannot solve the issue & connecting to the customer care is itself a huge task. Without any info, they hv disabled calls & net with valid recharge till 31/12 in the name of KYC. How my aged parents can visit their store for KYC!!!
