    @airtelindia Very bad service at Belaganj, gaya, bihar, 804403.. I have postpaid number,in 4G sometimes not even able to send WhatsApp messages..and also Internet speed is very slow..please look at the issue

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Not able to recharge my broadband on Airtel APP which is expiring today. Customer Service (Nishant, his name i suppose) was too casual and dint help in closing the request. Very irritating. Can this be resolved ASAP

    Dear @airtelindia, It’s unfortunate that consumers often have to turn to social media just to get issues resolved. Recently, my elderly parents accidentally clicked on not subscribed channels via remote while scrolling them, and the amount was deducted instantly without any OTP or confirmation. When I contacted customer care, they refused to register a complaint and stated that a double-confirmation feature has only been introduced now, effectively dismissing past grievances. I stopped using Airtel in 2017 due to similar service issues, and it seems little has changed. With the Jio-Airtel duopoly, consumers increasingly feel cheated and overcharged. Will pay my bill except this unfair charges.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Last and final chance. Either you fix your Wifi frequent disconnection issue or hundreds of single dish residents here will shift to @tataplayfiber. This was agreed in our society group. We are fed up.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have already mailed the appellate regarding this multiple times. Kindly get this issue resolved at the earliest or I am going to discontinue as the service has been utterly horrendously irritatingly disappointing.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The ₹219 refund was processed. Later I tried claiming the Netflix benefit included with the ₹1729 plan. It never worked. I called customer care and was told it was just a "technical issue" and to wait.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Despite multiple emails & complaints requesting cancellation of my Amazon Prime renewal, Airtel ignored my requests and kept sending template replies. Amazon confirmed only Airtel could manage/cancel the subscription. Yet Airtel renewed it for ₹1,499 without my consent.

    @Airtel_Payments Your RuPay NCMC Debit Card doesn't work in Delhi Metro if the balance is below ₹50. The old DMRC Smart Card allowed negative balance and adjusted it after recharge. Please review this policy for commuter convenience. #DelhiMetro #NCMC @airtelindia
