  @airtelindia The most frustrating part is that there seems to be no responsible person to ensure that the backup generator is started on time. As a paying customer, I expect uninterrupted connectivity, especially when backup power arrangements are supposed to be in place 2/2

  @airtelindia Your Wi-Fi has been down at my shop since 22 August, and despite multiple attempts, I haven’t been able to connect with customer care. I’ve also tried raising the issue through the Airtel app and have already sent all the details to your inbox.

  @airtelindia @airtelindiahelp I install Airtel AirFiber, but since installation 10th Aug, the router has never worked properly. Every time there’s a power cut, it takes 2–3 hours to restart, and then starts showing a blinking yellow light again after a few hours.
