@airtelindia your support for postpaid customer is really unsatisfactory. Facing network challenges since 2weeks, ticket has been raised and no executives are bothered to check whether I am able to call or not. Going to change to JIO now.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your Service Engineers are at my place from the last 3.5 hours and the issue is still not resolved. Entire re installation would have taken less than 1 hr.. I am surprised and infuriated at the poor quality of work.. Did not expect this from #Airtel

Tenth: Now my concern is, why a false commitment has been made to the customer? Even now I can see that your plan says, 1 year of Amazon Prime membership will be given as a benefit. Why're you making a fool of the customer by providing such benefits when you.. @airtelindia
