    @airtelindia Very bad service at Belaganj, gaya, bihar, 804403.. I have postpaid number,in 4G sometimes not even able to send WhatsApp messages..and also Internet speed is very slow..please look at the issue

    Booked Airtel WiFi in Mumbai, paid the money, technician came and then suddenly said there’s no signal in the area. No refund update, no response from the service guy and customer care has no proper refund option either. This is honestly feeling like a scam now @airtelindia

    Customers pay for reliable broadband service, not excuses. What is the point of paying if basic Wi-Fi coverage inside a 1 BHK flat cannot be provided? We are completely frustrated with this pathetic service experience. @airtelindia

    I really don't wanna be the person who complaints here on twitter but @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia is worst service provider, cutting all the customer support and no way to reach out to them in case of problems

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what would it take to bundle all the airtel services that i am using.. everytime i do it from airtel app , its says “ something went wrong” if i call customer support ( that is a nightmare in itself) they disconnect the call saying “sir technical issue araha hai aap thodi der baad try karna” Kya chahte ho bhai? Time to switch to @reliancejio it seems.

    I have repeatedly faced outages in my area, experienced continuous inconvenience despite regular payment, and received little meaningful resolution despite multiple escalations.Meanwhile, I will also be exploring formal consumer grievance channels. @jagograhakjago @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence I raised a Wi-Fi shifting request on 6 May 2026 (Order ID: 21-167403585752). Installation was later scheduled for 13 May, but even after 9 days it has still not been completed. Kindly resolve this issue urgently. @airtelindia

    Pathetic customer care @airtelindia . Even local broadband services offer faster resolution. Spoke to at least 8 different representatives. And everyone offered quick resolution. And yet nothing. The last one I spoke to, Richa, ended up saying it will be done tomorrow. WORST!
