    @airtelindia Very bad service at Belaganj, gaya, bihar, 804403.. I have postpaid number,in 4G sometimes not even able to send WhatsApp messages..and also Internet speed is very slow..please look at the issue

    @airtelindia Internet outage since 3 June 3 AM and still no resolution. After multiple followups the local executive's response was to block my number. Other homes in the area have been fixed but my connection remains down. Is this the level of customer service Airtel provides?

    @AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence It's been 48+ hours and I still have NO internet at my home in Hoskote, Bangalore! 😤 BESCOM removed the pole your cables were running on. Your team said someone will come to install a "black box" — NOBODY has come. I had to take 2 days leave from office because of this. Complaint raised. Automated response received. ZERO action taken.     @airtelindia I am Airtel black customer had 2 post paid also along with Wifi but really fed up and frustrated with way issues are resolved, will try to move all connections out to any other better service provider. #BadService

    @airtelindia Technicians are saying they are not paid salaries they will not come to fix the issue. BC I will also not get salary if i am not able to work due to wifi issue.
