    @airtelindia Very bad service at Belaganj, gaya, bihar, 804403.. I have postpaid number,in 4G sometimes not even able to send WhatsApp messages..and also Internet speed is very slow..please look at the issue

    @airtelindia Also let me know how to connect to your customer executive. I called on 121 but they want me to recharge with some talktime, while my unlimited plan is already active. This is a limit. Atleast the customer helpline should be easily accessible.

    @cneuralnetwork @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very bad advice, jio is much worse and i geniunely love airtel. Their service is top notch ( wisdom of the crowd) and their speed is faster than jio anytime

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I've been following up for the last 3 days regarding my inability to send SMS to service/short-code numbers (1947, bank OTP/verification SMS, Aadhaar app, etc.). Normal SMS works, but these messages fail every time.

    @cneuralnetwork @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's not new, it's well known issue, was quoted many times over months in reddit t_t switch to jio/Vi whichever is better in your area it's good and unlimited here in kolkata ( atleast till now )
