    @airtelindia Very bad service at Belaganj, gaya, bihar, 804403.. I have postpaid number,in 4G sometimes not even able to send WhatsApp messages..and also Internet speed is very slow..please look at the issue

    @airtelindia Adei, do you have something to call as customer service? My Wifi is not working since yesterday and your service engineer doesn't pick calls. The ticket assigned to him should have been already resolved by the ETA provided by you.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @lahotiak sir i used airtel prepaid sim and always recharge 5g unlimited now 4 days to ago network showing 4g and we do switch off , flight mode , network setting, mobile updates but now no solution and i call to costumer care she told sorry and port to other

    @airtelindia whats your customer care email id ?? Why you are charging extra amount in the name of taxes ?? I didnt subscribe or opt for additional channels But im getting text msgs as channel got activated Why u r activating new channels without my consent ???

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This complaint was raised on 11th August. Spoke to Supervisor Sahil Sharma today and apparently there is no one senior at the customer service team above him. Not sure what to do. Happy to disconnect and port out. But that’s not being allowed either. Paying charges all month.
