    @airtelindia Very bad service at Belaganj, gaya, bihar, 804403.. I have postpaid number,in 4G sometimes not even able to send WhatsApp messages..and also Internet speed is very slow..please look at the issue

    @airtelindia my net is down since yesterday. The first complaint was lodged at 9.49am yesterday, was assured that tech will visit between 12-1. Next call at 12.45, assured resolution in next 3 hrs. Another call at 5. Assured resolution in next 3 hrs. Was told that 24/7 help a lbs

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been over a week since my parents' fiber connection went down. Wire was cut, the technician came after 3 days, fixed the wire but not the internet, and promised to return and never did. Stopped picking calls. Then customer care promised a fix in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. I live outside India. This connection is how I talk to my parents. A week of silence because nobody at Airtel closes what they open. Fix it by tomorrow or I am cancelling and moving to another provider.

    Dear @airtelindia, I recharged with the ₹1199 prepaid plan, which includes Amazon Prime Lite. The Airtel Thanks app shows the benefit as Active, but my Amazon account shows "No subscription found". I haven't received any activation SMS or email from @amazonIN . Kindly fix it.
