@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence You are making fool to the people. I am using Xstreame Fibre which should get a landline service but unfortunately landline service is not available from your end. Why Customer should pay full amount if you aren't providing full service?

@airtelindia charges extra for black, but gives horrible customer service. Cancelled connections don’t get updated. Keep getting double charged. When you raise a request, they just auto resolve it. Why charge extra if you can’t deliver service.

@airtelindia definitely has the worst service. Their sales executives are the WORST. My Airtel DTH has not been installed even after calling them multiple times. All they do is lie & give false assurances. On top of it my plan has been activated since 14-feb. @Airtel_Presence

3 days since the broadband is down & this afternoon a "dedicated" customer care agent promised me that it would get fixed by 5:30PM today & I just called then again & turns out I have to wait another 24hrs. So much for being an Airtel black customer @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
