I am using Xstreame Fibre which should get a landline service but unfortunately landline service is not available from your end. Why Customer should pay full amount if you aren't providing full service?

Every time I visit store, I get a different answer -DoT suspended SIM, KYC needed etc. Now nodal office says no KYC needed, but I’m being asked to pay ₹50 for a duplicate SIM to fix this.
