@airtelindia After that they were trying to sell me a new prepaid or a postpaid sim rather than solving my problem. I think its done by your end to make extra money. Have shame. If its possible to buy a new sim with virtual ID then why dont you give a new sim on the same number. (2/2)

@airtelindia I got my fiber connection installed on 1st April. Internet got disconnected on 4th April and came back on 6th evening. Again got cut on 7th April and came back today afternoon. And now it's again cut. What is going on? Why have I paid when I'm not getting service?
