Casagrand Homes is spamming my inbox with unwanted promotional messages. Airtel still couldn't reslove the issue of me not receiving SMS from my workplace....but is permitting companies like Casagrand to spam me with such messages... @casagrandhomes @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

The final day reminders on bills/ payments with the disclaimer - "Please ignore if paid", to even the users who have paid, is like the worst product experience to good citizen users. Creates last minute doubt and stress in users mind. @airtelindia
