@Airtel_Presence And @airtelindia says it takes 45 days from now to solve the issue..just a data issue. Recharge is not reflecting..did 2nd round of recharge still not working..what else you want me to do? Any responsibility? @JioCare is it possible to retain the same no with jio n move fwd?

@kunalthakur26 @airtelindia I had the same experience you never get a call because the customer staff never really logs your complaint. Even when you force them to transfer to a supervisor they hand over the call to a colleague. I just caught one claiming to be an advisor.
