    Hello Airtel, I am facing call drop issue with my airtel sim. Its really frustratating as the call is not getting connected in one go. Please do look into it asap. Or else i would simply change my sim to jio . I dont need this type of service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hon. @consumerforum_ please look into this matter on priority... @airtelindia is running a crap app called #airtelthanks that take money from customer but don't transfer to resp. Companies and also don't bother to reply SM complaints.. @ViCustomerCare is just giving dates!!

    @airtelindia I had taken broadband service a week back and within 1 week 3 times the internet was not working , I have switched to @JioCare and now I want my advance back that I paid, no help from customer care nothing at all, salesman doensot know anything pathetic service

    @airtelindia Hi I am a resident of Banjara Hills Road No 12, Hyderabad 500034. Post receipt of a link from your team for Xstream installation at my home I have deposited the requisite amount for installation Now your team is unresponsive. Is this how you treat your customers?

    @airtelindia I am disappointed at the way my issue handled. My airtel sim not working since 2 weeks , I went to airtel store for replacement . they denied saying its a Corporate plan with Capgemini. I do not have any representatives at Capgemini to get this addressed.
