    I spoke to customer care, they explained procedure of getting new sim, I'm currently living in United Kingdom, hence I authorise my cousin brother to handover the SIM, also I have followed all the process but at last the request has been rejected. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia broadband is down once again , weekend woes continue , there are multiple service providers but none have a problem except airtel .
