    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia I'm airtel retailers. I can sale sims , do recharge but if customer came for sim replacement then I don't have option of sim swap. So please active my sim swapping rights as soon as possible.

    Gujarat Metro has major issues — no Airtel/SBI card facilities at many stations, recharge takes 3–4 days, and card quality is poor. Still charging ₹90 penalty for “no ticket”. This is affecting many commuters. Please fix this urgently. @MetroGMRC @airtelindia @SBICard_Connect

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Sick management and hopless condition, airtel care person only performs corum and try to waste customers time and money, i raise concern but didn't find way to resolve the issue only customer has fault who use there network. Simply pathetic

    @TRAI Airtel has closed my SIM card without any prior notice. I missed my office cab, important calls, my flight. Who is going to compensate? @airtelindia i want to lodge a formal complaint. No network since 4pm yesterday. Customer service is now asking me to get my sim replaced

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am fed up with your worst services. I called 2 days ago and they said wait for 2 days, once wifi bill will be generated, you can pay and we will discontinue the service. Now, today, I have no reply from your customer care even being on 30mins call.
