    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia :good way to cheat customers. you change bill cycles without customer consent as standardisation, then you charge extra late payment fee, add some infinity fee every month :) thanks to #saddam and #pravin who says they don’t need customers consent

    @@VittalGopal @airtelindia Hi Gopal Sir, Just spoke with airtel customer care representative regarding excess charges as per him Rs. 130 charged extra for 10 SMS. Don't know wich type of SMS sent by me. Request to you look into on top priority. Regards Arun 9864599545
