Hi @airtelindia I am having 50 rs coupons in my Airtel thanks app which I was unable to redeem during my recharges. I already wrote email to Airtel customer care and no proper response for the same. Useless customer care. I think to switch to some better network.

@TanvirK53745074 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hey did ur problem resolve? I am also facing "DONT CARE" attitude of airtel. Airtel replied to my email with just "check with 24x7 digital self-service options". 121 says insufficient balance with my unlimited call pack. Money wasted with Airtel :(

@Airtel_Presence So you agree that @airtelindia is fooling customer by saying "unlimited free calls" and not mentioning about 1860xxx numbers in packages :( And why not 121 ? customers with these packages are not important to airtel :(
