    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia there is no network of airtel in our branch obc bank dhariwal. Shifting both prepaid & postpaid connection to vodafone.

    From past 6-7 days @airtelindia internet is down , I’ve made the complaint and customer service lady told me that your problem will be resolved by today , she said she will someone. No one has turned up yet.

    I genuinely regret having to post this publicly, but after endless frustration, I have no other option. My experience with @airtelindia has been nothing short of mentally exhausting and incredibly disappointing. The level of customer service is absolutely pathetic. Trying to reach a human representative feels impossible, and the Airtel Thanks App is practically useless when you actually need support. All I wanted was to shift my broadband connection barely 100 metres away, yet despite repeated attempts, there has been no resolution. This kind of negligence towards paying customers is unacceptable. What's even worse is that for the past one year, I have been facing frequent internet disruptions. Every single month, I lose around 7 days of service despite paying for the entire month. I end up paying for a service that I simply don't receive. The constant follow-ups, unanswered requests, and complete lack of accountability have been mentally draining. Customers shouldn't have to beg for a service they're already paying for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Airtel to anyone. A company that fails to provide reliable service and basic customer support doesn't deserve its customers' trust. Airtel is far far away from quality, neither they have quality network nor the staff representing the customer care service. Extremely disappointed. 👎🙏 @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @GopalVittal Day 2: 5G network bug still unresolved for 9928356798 (Ticket: C5AGD3CHD20260713777659). Flipkart, Swiggy, Uber, Snapchat, X show "Server Error" on mobile data. Wi-Fi works fine. Stop shifting blame! Escalate to L3

    @airtelindia I was deceived by an Airtel customer care executive during a call on 16 Jul 2026. He asked for an OTP claiming it was to fix my internet issue but instead activated a new plan without my consent (Ref: 6P2E90X48N). Despite requesting cancellation, no action was taken.
