@Anniezzzz @airtelindia Yes, it happened once to me two years back and i followed the same chatbot and customer care procedure for few days but then I figured its best to go to their store. They gave me a new sim and all was fine.

@airtelindia airtel recharge of 239 shows 28 days validity with 1.5 GB data however once recharge done from Airtel thanks app it shows 1 GB data with 23 days validity. Whom tl raise this issue with?? #discrepency #airtelthanks
