Now i am receiving multiple calls from them and as sson as I pick the call i am put on hold for 4 minutes straight after which I disconnected the call. Customer care team closed the ticket without doing any of these. Raised the same request with @airtelindia DTH team , they completed the request in 2 days. Fiber team is bad.
