    It's near about 8th month ago my oldest connection Airtel digital TV has been restore, ID is 3012078656 So many problems on my STV box automatically restart colour fade hang issue within warranty period, two time swap my STV box with charges 150 Rs. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Same problem within a month then I called customer care they said it will cost 150 taka is it possible to pay 150 taka repeatedly if this is the service I will not recommend anyone Need Free Service *very bad service*. I hate this. *Worst service* @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, my broadband is not working from June 1st and your so called technical team is still working to resume service. Even tried contacting multiple layers of customer care team, floor supervisor, level1/2 service manager, area manager. Its not resolved.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Fiber is down, and you're asking me to wait 2+ days for support (Complaint ID: 11031746379). A new Jio connection would probably be installed before Airtel fixes an existing customer's issue. Is this how you value loyal customers?

    Hey @airtelindia , I wanted to book a new wifi connection today and got to know by agent that my aadhar is already used by some thug. I wonder how it went and i don’t see any option on my number to close . Help me close the connection ASAP, else I’ll be raising cyber complain.

    @JioCare Sent a Port request to switch to @airtelindia but received this message UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    @airtelindia i am using airtel air fiber with 100 mbps plan but I am getting even 1 mbps it's showing only 0.08 mbps speed I have raised more than 7 to 8 request but every time it's auto resolved without any information or solution If you unable to provide speed please disconnect

    @airtelindia My data is being consumed unusually fast despite minimal usage. As an 18-year-old customer, this is extremely frustrating. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I'll switch to Jio. #Airtel
