It's near about 8th month ago my oldest connection Airtel digital TV has been restore, ID is 3012078656 So many problems on my STV box automatically restart colour fade hang issue within warranty period, two time swap my STV box with charges 150 Rs. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@ETNOWlive And Airtel will break the spine, charging 129 per month for sms services. Even you have to send single message you needrecharge of Rs 129/-. And don't talk about customer experience , No one from Airtel will respond !!! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence cheats

You have the worst customer care service. Tried calling 121 and 198 no one picks and number inputs wont work either, just wasting customers time with ua worst ivr system. Porting out all the numbers in my family. @airtelindia

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, from past 2 weeks, my fiber internet connection speed drops to 0 mbps many times a day; numerous complaints logged but no resolution. Complaints closed without consent. Not the customer experience you claim to provide.
