    It's near about 8th month ago my oldest connection Airtel digital TV has been restore, ID is 3012078656 So many problems on my STV box automatically restart colour fade hang issue within warranty period, two time swap my STV box with charges 150 Rs. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is regrd Ref. 42908015. Cust care again assigned the same Engnr Viswanathan(9751305428). Who doesn't respond back or in case if someone picks up they say it's wrong number. Airtel I'm not happy with the customer service. I didn't expctd this.

    I am a fixed line customer of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since 2013 and can say with certainty and proof they have charged me double & broken the laws on multiple occasions

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If Airtel "absolutely" cares and wants to know why I have decided so. Please listen to the 30 minute recording you have of my problem. The recording was dome between 6 and 630pm by your call centre on 25th May 2021. All I want is a quick resolution.

    I went through the transcript of the @airtelindia con-call held recently and I can say with certainty what they are saying about customer satisfaction is false and misleading to put it gently.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia want to port my postpaid number. I am happy with prepaid service n net speed in alternative number. Hope I get the same speed in postpaid.
