    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence giving the request for new Broadband connection in my native Theni for past 4 months but no response I believe some bug in airtel thanks app regarding the notification or carelessness in airtel sales team. rectify any of the issues from your end.

    @airtelindia My worst experience with Airtel Broadband.I asked for a shifting service request 5 days ago. Everyday I call the customer care people and they say it will be done by end of the day but no technician has been assigned till today. Case ID :218226637

    @airtelindia your network is really going bad nowadays. Anwhere i go i have internet issues in Mumbai.Please try to solve the issue otherwise you will loose a customer
