@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Registered a complaint on 8th about landline not working.A technician came after repeated calls and instead of making landline work goofed up a working internet connection and just walked off. (ticket number 10102354909 and 10099109789).Totally disappointed

@airtelindia I have raised many complaint by asking since how long you are being wrongly to me, last I talked and simply told issue resolved and ongoing it should be ok, but can’t provide other detail because it is beyond of his capacity ? How do I get refund for your mistake ?
