  @airtelindia pls send someone and get ur wifi removed. If ur extraordinary team can’t fix a wifi in 3 DAYS, I don’t think ur services are worth it. Its a sector wide issue, everyone is fedup of your services! The text msg update hs also stopped now!!

  @airtelindia you ask customers to check their DMs to reassure the public during the outage, but you neither acknowledge nor respond to the DM. Since there was a confirmed service outage, make sure necessary billing credits are applied to both WiFi and mobile services and confirm back @TRAI

  1,@airtelindia @polimernews Hello, I am currently in a prime location in Madurai and I have an ₹838 5G Unlimited plan. The problem is that I still have to recharge with the ₹49 Unlimited Data Pack every single day because my 5G unlimited data has never been activated.
