Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since morning Wi-Fi service is off, NO action despite requests ; also Data services is quite unreliable + irritating. It looks to switch over to other networks.

@TataPlayin hey Tata play, your (wi-fi) has no customer value or they are stubborn enough not to improve. In past 5 months I have made more than 20 complaints of frequent disconnection but completely failed to secure my trust in comparison to @airtelindia 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

@airtelindia my complaint has been getting closed without my consent and when ask to reopen the call no call will be reopened and close the phone call that engineer will visit the location. Airtel this shame for you as ur customer is shifting to RJIO due to the services solution
