    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've been an Airtel customer for 4 years and never faced such issues until I shifted my connection to my new address. I hope this is an issue with the local service team and request an immediate resolution.

    Your representative assured me that on Safe Custody all charges would be waived for 6–12 months. Yet I’m still billed and getting 10+ router pickup calls daily. Issue my No Dues Certificate & resolve this immediately. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia such a great shame that I have to call so many time in last 4-5 days to just shift my wi fi. Even senior executive person didn't solved my problem ... I have spent 1-2 hour daily listening your computer voice and hold tune. What should I do next after this??
