    @airtelindia broadband sucks.when you launched your service in my area your latency on games was 2 to 5 ms max. Now its jumping up to 250ms. Tried contacting your customer care they don't know the difference between latency and internet speed.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - the worst way to screw a customer is your Airtel black package it should be renamed as grey package as it aptly suits totally misleading and unclear
