    @Airtel_Presence 4G speed is getting worse day by day in Burdwan, West Bengal. I use my internet by changing my preferred network mode to 3G. Please improve your 4G service here. @airtelindia

What a Joke!! Don't try to take advantage of @reliancejio 's 6p/m Cz its nothing.

    @airtelindia I have been using Airtel for last 10 years and never got a JIO sim. But the way u guyz are cheating its ridiculous now. There is no cash anyone ever got by paying through ur UPI then y do u show it in ur App?

    Every time, the issue is just passed to an engineer who never responds or resolves anything. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Because of this negligence, I was forced to switch to another service provider. @AirtelIndia — Is this the level of service you provide?

    @airtelindia Despite raising the complaint engineer did not visit the premises.. tried to connect but no one picked up the call...waited the whole day wifi issue did not resolved... Complaint number -11028716704.

    @airtelindia Can you please disconnect my Air fiber WiFi connection? I have been talking to customer service from 14 days but none of them are helpful. was told I would be receiving a call back asking for confirmation. It’s been 5 days, haven’t received. Please address this issue

    Hey! @airtelindia I'm unable to use my 5g unlimited data and keeps getting data consumption alert for a few days even after I haven't used enough data in this month. You guys keeps the 300 GB caps and still plays these kinda games. Stop it airtel. And provide proper network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Transferring my T-Mobile (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes about 2-3 minutes. Transferring my Rogers (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes no more than 5 minutes. BUT in a crappy place like India 🇮🇳, after SMS OTP verification and phone call verification, I am told my SIM requests are arbitrarily cancelled after email confirmations, and I am not even informed. Mind you, I initiated these requests from within an Airtel mobile app. When I visit your store, I am told by idiots that I cannot transfer 2 eSIMs to the same EID on the same day, as it is flagged as suspicious activity. When I asked them to show me this in writing, these low-level gutter scumbags started typical ego battles. How ********? One number is over 28 years old (originally a Hexacom number), and the other has been with Airtel since 2013. The last device change was in 2022!!! Who makes these rules? And now that EID is blacklisted, a one-hour process has stretched to several days, with multiple store visits for certifications! Why is India such a torture????
