    @airtelindia I have been using Airtel for last 10 years and never got a JIO sim. But the way u guyz are cheating its ridiculous now. There is no cash anyone ever got by paying through ur UPI then y do u show it in ur App?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have registered a complain at customer care (complain no. - CLCNF3EST20210809523651) But still now I am not getting 4G internet speed.

    @Airtel_Presence 4G speed is getting worse day by day in Burdwan, West Bengal. I use my internet by changing my preferred network mode to 3G. Please improve your 4G service here. @airtelindia

    New SIM activated today but SIM card and have already paid ₹350 for a recharge. However, the recharge has not come my recharge, and I am currently unable to make calls or use any network services. please check this and activate my full network service immediately @airtelindia

    Airtel fiber internet services have degraded with time. I switched to another service in Rahatani. Now Runal Gateway Kiwale customers are furious and soon all your customers will switch. The same problem is with the mobile network. Take action @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Thanks for the worst support experience. My WiFi router power adaptor has been faulty for 4 days—no fix, only calls, and the issue was wrongly marked resolved. I work from home; this negligence is unacceptable. Resolve this immediately and take accountability.

    @airtelindia I have been facing a slow internet issue since 9 April, and complained about it but still don't get any clarity on how long it will take to resolve and what's the issue, as I will not get any compensation about my days I am not using internet resolve it ASAP.

    @airtelindia I had a terrible experience with still pending installation of Airtel Wifi. It has been rescheduled thrice with all advance payment done. Hi Gaurav kumar, we're sorry as your Airtel Wi-Fi installation with order ID 21-164286576994 has been rescheduled.

    Hi @airtelindia& @OfficialDMRC I recharged my Airtel Metro Card via mobile but the balance is still showing zero. This is just a waste of time and money. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Also, I want to continue using my old metro card.
