    @Airtel_Presence 4G speed is getting worse day by day in Burdwan, West Bengal. I use my internet by changing my preferred network mode to 3G. Please improve your 4G service here. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have been using Airtel for last 10 years and never got a JIO sim. But the way u guyz are cheating its ridiculous now. There is no cash anyone ever got by paying through ur UPI then y do u show it in ur App?

    Paying for 4G, getting 2G — that’s @airtelindia. 3 months, weak signal, unusable internet all day, calls not working — but complaints magically “resolved”. If this isn’t service failure, what is? 48 hours or escalating to TRAI + consumer court.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really frustrated with Airtel WiFi service.Constant disconnections, repeated outages, and no proper support. Last week it took 3 days to restore the connection, and today again it’s been down since morning. iously going to cancel this service.

    Hello @airtelindia, Booked a new Fibre connection and paid the initial amount. When Engineer come, he said connection is not feasible at this location. I asked to cancel & refund the amount. It's been 10 days still no refund & engineer stop responding. Pathetic @Airtel_Presence
