    @airtelindia Dear Team, I am sorry to say but Airtel Black and the support is really pathetic. I shifted a number from prepaid to postpaid in Black plan and nobody is able to give me an idea what happens to the money spent on recharge for prepaid in previous month ₹1498 wasted

    @airtelindia An example how broken Airtel systems are! Airtel missed updating the billing address for my broadband connection after we moved to this location in Mar 2021. Understood frm CS that complaints are taken fr network issues Only. Are other issues not worthy to address?
