    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet complaint has been open for more than a week and no-one is bothered to call or check the status. Such a shameful service! I'll switch from airtel as soon as my pack is over.

    @airtelindia customer ko service denge yeh bolke sim toh de dete ho uska network bhi acha krdo ..bs advertisement krne se nhi hota h public review bhi matter karti h..joki ab negative me jayegi. Trying to use my mobile data since yesterday but due to slow speed i can't use it.

    Dear @airtelindia Please stop claiming the best internet services provider in India if you can’t restore the interrupted broadband service after passing more than 24 hours. SR no 10158101362 is raised and called customer support team but no luck,no engineer visit til 4:55pm IST.

    @JioCare Your tower is just 100 m away from my location and in my dm you are saying you are not able to locate my location if @JioCare you dont want to resolve issue then good i will try another option @airtelindia like many people’s are doing

    @Airtel_Presence I don't care about my personal info.i want refund. I was not able to use it for even 1 day. Repeatedly had chat with customer executive on airtel thanks app. Followed all the steps told by every executive in the chat. They also admitted that I wasn't able to use it. @airtelindia

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia @airtelnews. No home internet for the past two days. Airtel changed service engineer four times in two says but no one turned up and not even taking calls. The last message says that an engineer assigned and he will come after one week

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Even though his son personally visited the Airtel center in Hinu, Ranchi, today—carrying a copy of the police report regarding the lost SIM—they refused to issue a replacement. It is absolutely shameless; why on earth should we use such a pathetic service? @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence using airtel postpaid, got fed up with service and even caller tune doesn’t work properly. No discussion left i guess 9 is every month billing, sept 9th i will make my 2 postpaid number back to jio. I knew post to prepaid take 3 months. Thats ok!

    @airtelindia created problems twice...when i was abroad. Airtel wanted me to cancel it before dept. I was billed and there was no way to cancel by emails/calls. The absurd systems shd be cut short. And no payment or billing shd be by default...the co shd clarify and then bill❗

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 5/5 I'd like three things: the ₹300 refunded, a credit for the two days of data outage, and a serious look at what the Panaji store is telling customers. This was a gap between Airtel's actual policy and what your counter staff said.
