SR no 10158101362 is raised and called customer support team but no luck,no engineer visit til 4:55pm IST.

Technician comes and reset the network “by mistake”, had to reconnect all devices and still the speed sucks.

Post waiting you still don’t resolve and when I want to cancel you don’t allow me to cancel it immediately. You ask for more 48 hrs to cancel it . Why is there so much delay ???
