SR no 10158101362 is raised and called customer support team but no luck,no engineer visit til 4:55pm IST.

If u don't have a good network in a posh area like Bandra West i can imagine how poor ur network will be across india. When the govt doesn't do anything this is what companies like jio do to their customers.

Apparently as per them i am their priority customer holding airtel black account with 3 postpaid and 1 wifi connection. This is the reality of service.

Their helpline No. is another fraud as after entering my correct RTN and customer ID repeatedly their IVR is so programned that it reports wrong registered mobile Or customer ID No. It is a scam.
