SR no 10158101362 is raised and called customer support team but no luck,no engineer visit til 4:55pm IST.

First no connectivity, then all complaint requests got auto-closed, now the AirFiber account itself disappeared from Airtel Thanks app. Customer care says “no information available.” Paid ₹1500 on 15 March and now nobody takes responsibility.
