    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet complaint has been open for more than a week and no-one is bothered to call or check the status. Such a shameful service! I'll switch from airtel as soon as my pack is over.

    @airtelindia customer ko service denge yeh bolke sim toh de dete ho uska network bhi acha krdo ..bs advertisement krne se nhi hota h public review bhi matter karti h..joki ab negative me jayegi. Trying to use my mobile data since yesterday but due to slow speed i can't use it.

    Dear @airtelindia Please stop claiming the best internet services provider in India if you can’t restore the interrupted broadband service after passing more than 24 hours. SR no 10158101362 is raised and called customer support team but no luck,no engineer visit til 4:55pm IST.

    @airtelindia Subject: Request to Allow WiFi Extender Usage for Broadband Connection Respected Sir/Madam, I am using an Airtel Broadband connection with a WiFi connection number: 04015311420. Earlier, I was using a WiFi extender/router along with your broadband connection without any issues. Recently, during a complaint visit, your technician informed me that the usage of WiFi extenders has been technically restricted or blocked from the backend team side. I humbly request Airtel authorities to kindly allow the usage of WiFi extender/router so that I can access uninterrupted broadband connectivity throughout my premises. The extender is essential for proper signal coverage and smooth internet usage. If the restriction continues, I may be forced to cancel the existing broadband connection and shift to another broadband service provider who permits such usage.     @airtelindia I shifted my WiFi/Broadband connection from Vizag to Coimbatore on 13 May, but even after 9 days the issue is still not resolved. I have called customer care daily and also visited the Airtel store in Coimbatore, but I am not getting a clear response.

    @airtelindia Your relocation service for fiber is so efficient that I’ve completed 12days without internet. Truly next-level stuff. This is my final attempt solve it in 2 hrs or I switch to @JioCare permanently, not just fiber everything. Great way to value 10yr loyalty customer.
