    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet complaint has been open for more than a week and no-one is bothered to call or check the status. Such a shameful service! I'll switch from airtel as soon as my pack is over.

    Dear @airtelindia Please stop claiming the best internet services provider in India if you can’t restore the interrupted broadband service after passing more than 24 hours. SR no 10158101362 is raised and called customer support team but no luck,no engineer visit til 4:55pm IST.

    @airtelindia customer ko service denge yeh bolke sim toh de dete ho uska network bhi acha krdo ..bs advertisement krne se nhi hota h public review bhi matter karti h..joki ab negative me jayegi. Trying to use my mobile data since yesterday but due to slow speed i can't use it.

    @airtelindia “There’s no network issue,” “it happens sometimes,” or “it’ll be resolved in 4 hours.” Today, instead of actually resolving the problem, I was suggested a ₹449 + GST “priority postpaid” plan. So the solution to poor network and call quality is apparently to pay more?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your #WiFi outage has become a regular feature inspite of several calls for long with your customer care. Even your technician hsd failed to response. As a premijm customer I deserve better service.

    @airtelindia I’m an Airtel Black customer, yet I’ve been dealing with poor Wi-Fi performance since last month, with no proper resolution so far. Latest Speedtest: 37.95 Mbps download | 89.11 Mbps upload | 50 ms ping, and this is not AirFiber. As an Airtel Black customer, this level of service is extremely disappointing. Please escalate this to the technical team, investigate the root cause, and provide a permanent resolution. Please share my complaint/SR number and a clear update on when this will be resolved. #AirtelBlack #Airtel

    This is beyond frustrating! Our entire building in Ghuma, Ahmedabad has had unstable Airtel Wi-Fi for 4 days. Engineers “fix” it for a few hours, then it dies again. Many residents work from home, and this is now affecting our jobs. TL Sagar isn’t responding either. @airtelindia

    Useless support! Major Airtel AirFiber Issues & I can't even raise a support ticket because the Airtel Thanks app gives a "Sorry, error occurred" message every single attempt. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia stop hiding behind broken app features and get someone to contact me ASAP.
