    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do you guys take complaints request seriously, a prepaid sim taken which is not active it's over a week now, every time we try to reach out to customer care we are told request in progress how many days/weeks will it take in today's world.

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago Since 3days connection is switched off, it's money is being deducted daily, if it is not done today I will complaint in consumer forum, and let me tell u that I will not fix it even tomorrow, I want to resolve my complaint today itself, anyway #shame
