As good as the performance has been, I'm not sure how long could I keep using @airtelindia xstream fiber if I am out of connection for 2 days, without anyone showing up to fix it. And they gave a timeline of 24 hours resolution. Disappointing. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia My Grandmom's mobile is deactivated even when she has more than 100rs balance. She is not able to book gas cylinder or receive her ration otp. This is such a inconvenience. Tried calling the customer care but got disconnected after waiting for almost 15mins. Pls help
