    Scam of 2026 by Airtel, exposed. You raise complaints to appellate authorities and what happens next , the ticket closes the very next day without a resolution, happened once after writing to concerned authorities and this is now second time, screenshot attached. How do they operate? You raise a ticket and you receive a sms acknowledging a ticket is open and will be resolved within 2 weeks and you wait for another email saying it resolved and you don’t receive it , you go back to app to check it is closed. You are in assumption that 2 week resolution was given and you forget and that is what they catch on to and close tickets ? Appellate authorities at Airtel are just a laughing stock bots. You send email , boom ticket is closed. Highly doubt if the individual actually exist or work to provide or to any complaints @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence #Portoutairtel #airtel #nonetworkairtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia when I called that number there was no response as it was from IVR. If a customer's number is busy, installation person didn't call back after 10-15 minutes or next day. Without ringing they marked it cancelled. What kind of customer service is it?

    I recharged with ₹349 unlimited 5G plan but my Net speed was slowright after using my daily 2 GB limit.If this is how your unlimited 5G works it is very misleading Jio offers a better service in this regard If this issue is not resolved I will port my number to Jio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia your services are degrading day by day. Be it mobile or wifi, paying for 200 Mbps plan and receiving below 30 Mbps. Unable to take client calls from home. 5G speed on mobile is below 20 Mbps, perks of being a premium customer.
