Hi @airtelindia I'm experiencing pathetic network coverage in my village. N/w coverage is there in farms but zero inside house. Can't talk inside my room & can't use internet too. Always have to come on the terrace or go to farms for network. Kindly help as I need it in WFH.

NEVER CHOOSE @airtelindia I REPEAT. @Airtel_Presence IS THE WORST NETWORK IN THE COUNTRY. Worst customer service. 3 days to update an incorrectly spelled email address. 4 days to change the same and a few more days to provide esim. Pathetic. I don’t know why I keep going back

Being a loyal customer I never thought @airtelindia would get down to such a disgrace that they would start looting their customers. I have been a victim of their fraud where even after shifting my place and raising a disconnection request these people have issued me false bills.
