    Hi @airtelindia I'm experiencing pathetic network coverage in my village. N/w coverage is there in farms but zero inside house. Can't talk inside my room & can't use internet too. Always have to come on the terrace or go to farms for network. Kindly help as I need it in WFH.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why a customer can't opt for another plan online ? I want to change plan and for the same I have recharged too,but received msg that I can't change,why? Also I get disruption of service for few hours on daily basis,who is going to compensate?
