    @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel is making a fool of the public. Once the daily data limit is exhausted, even if you activate a data add-on pack or have an unlimited 5G plan, the internet simply doesn’t work. When you call customer care, they say, “Switch to postpaid.

    I have already provided the required details, yet there has been no resolution. I have called Airtel Customer Care 15 times, and every single time I get the same response, with no actual resolution. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia It's really pathetic support from Airtel in 4 months they are even not bothering how much customer is suffering in these follow up sent email and many calls but not a single person look in detail to help on this please look into this matter

    So let's understand what this means. 1. Third party providers get their money because they have marked the ticket/service request as being complete 2. Airtel continues to get their money from the customer and they are unaware that the customer's problem has not been solved 3. Customer problem never gets solved and has to constantly call airtel and spend hours speaking to ineffective and incompetent call answerers. If you don't see a problem in this, you must wake up. But the bigger question is - how can a third party vendor obtain an OTP sent by airtel system to a customer's mobile and use it to close the ticket/service request? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hey @airtelindia I am forced to tweet because I am fed up of complaining about your services at pincode 401202 in Maharashtra. Issues are as follows: very bad network, poor internet speed, call drops. We are on expensive post paid plan and yet this is the situation #fixit

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi @airtel_wireless Pathetic service from U. Your service agent came &sold a plan saying the engineer will install it ‘this evening’.By the time I paid(in ten mins),it became ‘tomorrow’ from ‘this evening’ & now even ‘tomorrow’ is ending but no installation
