@airtelindia Not happy with the resolution time. If you are going to take two full days for sending engineer to resolve then what is the difference between Jio and Airtel. Airtel Black customer but resolution time is 2 days. No internet since yesterday. Very upsetm DMed details.

So @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence got me to unbundle my Airtel black while trying to upgrade my broadband plan/ now I possible to connect with them and no resolution. Not expected from what was otherwise a wonderful client experience
