    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The worst customer service ever. Store denying SIM card replacement for a bed ridden sen.citizen-says the customer needs to visit store, can't do anything. Home delivery for new SIM, but no help for cust with 6 conns for 20+yrs

    @airtelindia @airtelnews My broadband is not working since 26Hrs. Call-centre said, it's due to outage & cannot give the exact time frame to solve the issue! So r you guys indirectly saying to the customers that you cannot guarantee the internet service when outage occurred?
