    No response yet from @airtelindia I’ve been informed my router may be recovered due to inactivity, despite being told earlier that I can reactivate anytime. I am currently away but will be returning next month and intend to continue using the service. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @TRAI Airtel for 6mnths ur reps have given wrong info and ignored the issue. Now blaming me for not recharging the same plan,even though the old plan had already expired N I’ve already shared clear proof of it. Still forcing the same scripted excuse? Fix ur system and stop misleading.

    @airtelindia what a pathetic service you provide. I had bought a new connection for airtel broadband and I had particularly asked that will the wifi be installed within 24hrs and is fibre cable available in this area and he responded in yes and now its been more than 24hrs and

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am trying to disconnect my WiFi connection and there is no way to lodge SR from Airtel thanks app and 121@airtel is not responding emails since last 2 days not 121 customer care #airtel So difficult to get a human to talk to
