    Even the new connection is not installed yet. This is how you work with your customers. Its really disappointing to see someone like @airtelindia @Airtel do this. Customers are your first priority. If you are not able to prioritise your customer its useless for the customers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Customer service has become horrible, the bot is absolutely useless and then you have no option to connect any other ways if bot doesn’t understand the issues. Query raised get resolved status without any communication or any actual resolution

    @airtelindia My ₹399 plan is active, but mobile internet is completely not working. Airtel Thanks keeps asking me to complete “First Recharge” when I try to raise a complaint. Even 198 shows the same issue. Please check and restore my internet ASAP. #Airtel @airtel

    @airtelindia If that does not happen, I will take the complaint to the relevant consumer grievance authorities and submit the complete complaint/service history. I’m sharing this publicly because customers deserve to know what long-term Airtel broadband service can look like when things out
