Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We are Facing Network Problem in my area last 20 years. Although have a jio tower but 50% people using airtel sim. I am one of them . So please install a tower or collab with jio For better network. Guniada, Bankura, West Bengal

@airtelindia this company is bullshit. I availed 6months student plan for 3000rs. After series of network issues, they converted from 8 Mbps to 16 Mbps. But the engineers said our plan is not even updated to 16 and their console shows 8 Mbps. I am paying more for less speed.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing issues in airtel broadband. Coverage and speed is not optimal. Support is suggesting for all required support. But, lineman and executive who visits is not ready to resolve the issue. Rather they just take away happy code without resolution.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Recharged my no. thro #Airtel app but it didnt reflect in my accnt till 1 hr . Then I did rechrg my no. thro 3rd party. Now my no. is recharged twice & Rs 558 is wasted due to inefficiency of ur #Airtelapp.kindly look into issue & refund my money.
