Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We are Facing Network Problem in my area last 20 years. Although have a jio tower but 50% people using airtel sim. I am one of them . So please install a tower or collab with jio For better network. Guniada, Bankura, West Bengal

@airtelindia i never had this issue with act broadband makes sense they are pioneers in this space.. I have raised a request on 27 th with no response or support till date.. Many calls to customer care with no support.. Even the local guys are not having co-ordination..

@airtelindia. Contd.. The worst part is there is zero co-ordination b/w these guys.. When i call the customer care they simply kept my call on hold for 15min.. I have lost trust in your network and in your policy towards customer support. You guys are worst in broad band space..
