@Airtel_Presence Great "support" closing a ticket while the service is still broken. My AirFiber is still unusable. Is this how @airtelindia handles WFH customers? Reopen the case and provide a real solution, not just a DM.

I’m sure that, your customers will come to below 100 very soon @airtelindia especially in our area. Then you can permanently shutdown the mobile tower. Which already shutting down evey day when power cut. Also with 5G - 4 mbps speed, 1 bar indoor coverage. Such a shame.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia booked a Wi-Fi thru airtel app, visit was scheduled on 12th April. no body turned up till now. Got a call from technician asking to cancel request and take it directly from him. Which I denied. Then told me to transfer remaining amount in his account
