Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We are Facing Network Problem in my area last 20 years. Although have a jio tower but 50% people using airtel sim. I am one of them . So please install a tower or collab with jio For better network. Guniada, Bankura, West Bengal

@airtelindia Worst ever service from Airtel. Despite being ₹1730 balance in my fasttag they are showing like the fasttag is blacklisted and after waiting for 5 mins on the call to connect I’m left with no valid answer. Really disappointing service from Airtel. Will never suggest
