Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We are Facing Network Problem in my area last 20 years. Although have a jio tower but 50% people using airtel sim. I am one of them . So please install a tower or collab with jio For better network. Guniada, Bankura, West Bengal

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews very bad customer support, i have registered a complaint about very poor network connectivity in the last month, but their is no updation and am still facing the issue. Customer support number is not effective for any customer support.

Based on my recent experience I am here suggesting that don't choose Airtel network if you have any problem you will never get help, By the way if you have a lot of money to spend then it's ok, Because in that case you don't need to reach support #suggestion #Airtel @airtelindia
