Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We are Facing Network Problem in my area last 20 years. Although have a jio tower but 50% people using airtel sim. I am one of them . So please install a tower or collab with jio For better network. Guniada, Bankura, West Bengal

@airtelindia Extremely bad service (network issues) in my area. Escalated multiple times but there is no customer service. I do not use Airtel broadband but the call quality is horrible. Always people complain about distortion and nothing has been done so far.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sir, for prepaid recharge i can't redeem my 50rs discount coupon. I have cantacted customer care,but they are saying that once you change the,Sim slot all coupon will not redeem. Does coupon has relationship with sim slot??, Please see this matter.

Unable to send messages even have balance in my Airtel mobile number. Talked to customer care they said, from 19th June SMS sending functionality is only for that customer who will recharge their mobile number with unlimited plan else not allowed to send SMS.@airtelindia
