    @airtelindia I called customer care centre for @FibreAirtel twice and they are saying they can't contact the concerned team. They told me to wait for another day. How come your own team members can not contact your own team? What's the solution here?

    I have my Airtel Internet pack and what I am facing is that whenever electricty gone the Internet also gone and not working. Now I feel that why I always choose the Jio internet over my Airtel. Dump @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @priyarajputlive @airtelindia @airtel_wifi Go for local providers like excitel, tripple play , nextra or whichever available in your area not only plan will be cheap but service will also be good. Jio and airtel are worse

    Extremely disappointed with Airtel Fibre service. WiFi has been down for more than 30 hours and still no resolution. Repeated assurances, but no actual support or technician visit. This is highly unprofessional. Resolve this ASAP @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
