    As usual, pathetic customer care experience with @airtelindia 🙄 been trying to get my internet fixed for days now but no response. Time to switch. Unfortunately, taking matters to Twitter seems like the only way to get their attention.

    Dear @airtelindia ! I requested to shift my Airtel Xtream fiber to another location dated 2 April. because i shifted to another location. But my problem is not resolved yet. I tried to call Airtel helpline but now you are not taking my call . Please clear the situation.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I thought you were different. But alas. Disconnected broadband on Feb 5. Had a credit balance on the account. On March 25 you label me as a defaulter by charging me for a service I cancelled call me multiple times and abuse me as well. Bravo !
