@agarca_in @airtelindia They are focussing on advertisement part. Giving slow net speed, their customer care team is worst.Not solving the issue within time limit. Before installing connection, they give lots of committments, but once connection is installed no one cares.

@airtelindia @airtel i am very disappointed with the customer care for my broadband connection. 2 engineers have contacted me with wierd solutions and there has been no visit. Local airtel people are not answering calls. I am not able to work since 7 days.. very bad resolution
