    @airtelindia @RBI @airtelnews 'Airtel Fraud payment bank' is cheating customers.Modus operandi is they first fail transaction only so that they can charge the card and customer thinks he isnt charged.shared all trx details from bank but the frauds havent refunded after 10 days
