    This is the 3rd time in a row I’m facing an internet issue with Airtel Xstream. I’m unable to contact customer support or even raise a service ticket. This is extremely frustrating and the worst experience I’ve had with Airtel Improve your customer support.@airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , Still no improvement in network fluctuations. Kindly tell you team to resolve as soon as possible. I can't wait more because your network is very bad and also can't pay any bill if issues not resolved.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such a worst service by airtel they telling you are the priority customer still the issue is not resolved for me gone to airtel store they told sim got corrupted replacement they provided now wait for 4 hrs to activate great priority service theygive

    Having internet problem @airtelindia in Gachibowli Hyderabad, chatbot support is useless it tries to just restart router. Also even with no internet it has all 3 yellow lights on lying about the status.

    Honestly I am tired of complaining again and again to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You want to increase the rates go on but atleast give the service you promise to I pay for 100mbps and there has been no single day when I have seen 100mbps speed in my laptop or mobile I am tired of this **** service

    I would like to clarify that I never claimed the OTT benefits on my previous number My current active plan is the Airtel 599 WiFi + TV, and as shown in the benefits section it specifically includes these 4 benefits: Disney+ Hotstar Airtel Xstream Play ZEE5 Google One None of these four plan benefits are currently active on my newly registered number Since I am being billed for the 599 plan, these benefits are part of my account, and I should be able to access them. Kindly resolve this issue on priority and activate these 4 benefits on my current number as soon as possible. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .

    Dear @airtelindia Why does raising a complaint on your 121 register a request for new connection? I was trying for a new conn. which is denied by technician citing bandwidth crunch but sales guy doesn’t cancel the request & get me a refund. Each 121 call creates a new conn req

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia despite assigning me the time to repair my WiFi, your engineer didn’t come and made excuses. Why ? I needed to do my office work at home and now I’m stuck. The helpline is also not responding. Why AIRTEL? Why such poor after sales service?
