  @ViCustomerCare Why can't I send SMS despite having an active pack (unlimited calls), top-up balance, and another SMS pack on my VI sim? The network is already poor and now this... If it wasn't a temporary number I would have switched to @airtelindia or @reliancejio.

  Firstly he didn't pick up my call and now he's saying that I cannot get connection as there is no slot available and for me they can't install new box. Very disappointing service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
