    @airtelindia is there a way to contact customer care? 198 is automated IVR and it says that my internet connection issue will be resolved in 8 days. Your chat in the app says contact customer care. I have recharged for 118rs data pack, but cannot access internet

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a Airtel Black customer, who tried to raise an installation request for my broadband as I am relocating to another city. I was informed that Xxx amount is pending. If some amount is pending that will be paid in my next bill. Shameful @TRAI
