    @airtelindia Customer Care confirmed that an External/Engagement ID was generated, but despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received it after 4–5 business days. I’m extremely disappointed with the delay and support. Please look into this and restore my Prime benefit ASAP.

    @airtelindia - Your services have turned pathetic lately in Delhi. No network - no wifi whatsoever. Outages last more than 7 hours at a stretch everyday. Planning to move to @reliancejio after horrible non existent customer service experience. Been two days no response. @TRAI

    Raised a request to shift my fiber connection on 15th, but I want to modify the shifting on 14th. You have no options to do so, I can neither change date, cancel the old request or upgrade my plan. What kind of priority service is this for AirtelBlack. Pathetic @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I really frustrated with your service recently. I ordered for a UPS for the WiFi router, but there is no way to track it. I called multiple times service desk for help, and today they are saying it is cancelled. What about my money?
