    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please let us know how to connect to your customer care. No one answering your customer care number even after multiple times. No responsibility from your team. We are not in remote place. Its already 15+ hours still wifi issue not resolved

    @airtelindia I terminated my Broadband connection with you in July 2026, due to "UNSATISFACTORY Service despite multiple complaints". Shortly the router was collected from my place as well. A pro-rated bill of INR 188.56 was generated, & the same was duly paid on the due date

    @airtelindia it's been over 3 months, I've been asking to cancel my wifi. But instead you'll are raising monthly rental bills. No response from anywhere. Worst customer service. I want a cancellation by EOD today!

    @airtelindia 6 days ago you acknowledged the network issue, asked for my Airtel number via DM, and I shared it immediately. I even followed up the next day — still no resolution or update.

    Dear @airtelindia, My OnePlus 11, despite running the latest software, is not displaying the Fastlane network. The Airtel appl indicates that a software update is required. Kindly investigate and resolve this matter.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Facing constant connectivity issues on my postpaid WiFi (DSL No. 01132439580_wifi, A/C 20048178198) since installation on 27.04.2026. Raised complaint ID 11037576231 — still unresolved. Paid Rs 1500 in advance (receipt enclosed) for a broken 40Mbps connection (Rs 499/- unlimited plan). Need a permanent fix, not another temporary patch. #AirtelWiFi #AirtelCustomerCare #PoorService

    @airtelindia network is a mess again 😤 Barely 1 signal bar showing ‘4G’, calls keep dropping, phone goes completely out of network at times. Had to switch to WiFi . It is not FastLane and premium I pay.This needs fixing. #AirtelDown #NetworkIssue #PoorConnectivity
