    I paid for a 1year Airtel recharge with Unlimited 5G, but it hasn't been working for the past few days. Only the daily 2GB data works and after that the internet completely stops. This is not what was promised. The customer service is absolutely pathetic @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it has been time and again the internet has been down. The CS says pay your bill. My bills were paid on 24th of July. Why this fleecing of customers by @Airtel_Presence. Has Airtel fighting the inflation and holding customers ransom

    My family has been using Airtel for over 10 years. I wanted to switch to postpaid, but I found out that my prepaid balance would be forfeited, with only a ₹100 benefit. This feels unfair, so it’s time to switch to another network unhappy customer @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn

    Very disappointed with your services @airtelnews @airtelindia . Your services for fibre connection sucks as I'm unable to use the benefits of OTT which I supposed to get free in my plan. Poor customer service and poor customer support.

    This is a loophole because, in a family pack, not everyone’s recharge expires on the same day. Airtel doesn’t compensate for the remaining prepaid balance either, which is unfair. @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn @reliancejio will you help on this

    @airtelindia @airtelnews How can i get a refund or discontinue XStream as from your customer support to your team all are just of no support. It has been over a month I am complaining of my wifi but there is no response !!?? @Airtel_Presence
